The property felt unsafe. Broken bolt on door. Pool chlorine was so strong my kids eyes burned for the entirety of the day after this has never happened in any other pool.

Perfect location for game day! Literally walking distance to Lambeau Field There was plenty of parking. Facilities were very clean including our room. Beds were comfortable. We did have some ants in the bathroom but that’s typical for the season. Now let’s talk about the pool! You guys nailed it! There is plenty of room for the entire family. Large pool with varying depths along with an extra large hot tub made for a perfect end to our days.

The kids loved the pool and ping pong table. We spent most of our time on the pool deck. The staff were above and beyond amazing and accommodating. Breakfast was good too!

The property was very clean. Has many great amenities, pool, restaurants, billiard tables, hot tub, just to name a few. It is easy to locate and has on site parking. The only thing it was missing was an elevator to the second floor which made moving a heavy suitcase difficult.

5 min away of the stadium by foot. The pool is great and the surrounding nice just to hangout. The place is very clean and the staff friendly. There is access to a lot of GreenBay and a lot of amenities inside.

Super convenient for our event at the Resch Center. Close enough for multiple dining options (1-4 miles away) and shopping. Property is a little dated but clean and staff was excellent. Great large, clean, pool area with tables, ping pong and a hot tub. Good for our family of 4 for a long weekend.

The property rents out parking spaces for events near by and then there isn’t convenient parking left for customers or you basically don’t leave if you want to keep parking. Also the hotel was changing the door locks and never informed us. We couldn’t get in the outside doors and they changed our room locks during our stay. Very. Unprofessional.

Room phone did not work. Remote control did not work. Lots of dust in the room. No one has been in it for a long time. It smelled old and musty through out, save the pool. Bed comfort was fair at best. The room was pretty clean, except the dust. I won't be picking Best Western again.

This is basically an indoor motel. We were in a room facing the pool where you could hear every conversation outside your door. The room was dirty, literally dirt on the bathroom walls, and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned (bathroom stains in the bowl). The shower ran hot or cold depending on if the surrounding rooms flushed the toilets. We asked for the sheets changed while we were out and all they did was make our bed. The only positive was the free breakfast and the staff were friendly.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was outrageous due to event. But we wanted the convenience of being able to walk where we were going. Property is older, which did not bother us, but it does need a deep clean. Very dusty in room, cobwebs on walls, floor was dirty under chairs and tables with garbage and food, dust was built up heavy on lamp fixtures. I feel with the prices they charge for the area they are in, they could at least do a better job of keeping up on the property. Breakfast was good.

Great Green Bay location!! Eye sight/short walk to Lambeau Field, Packers’ training facility and Resch Center. Sports bars right down the street - everything you may need! Staff were fabulous, friendly and professional. Room was clean, well maintained and quiet - looked just like the pictures (you know how it can be sometimes - not here!). Coming to Packerland? Do yourself a favor and book here!

Front staff was amazing. It was the perfect location for our event. The restaurant connected to the hotel was delicious and great service. The internet and tv didn’t work for the entire 2nd floor when I mentioned in to the front desk they offered to switch 1st floor. The toilet in our room obviously was not cleaned. The rest of the room was cleaned.

The hotel was extremely dirty and had bad smells even the bed sheets were dirty!I requested a change of rooms but they were full and I asked for a refund before I got settled in and they wouldn’t do that either

Very close to the Resch Center or Lambeau Field. Good space in the room, no carpet which I love. The bed was on the hard side though. The pool area was cool. There was zero signage on the lobby entrance side for sections 230-260…we had to wander around the whole pool until we found our section. Nice double bar area by the breakfast room. I would stay here again.

We stayed just one night so we got through it. We realize it's a party area, so there is music coming through the walls and windows. The bathroom fan was like a tractor, so loud we couldnt use it. Be prepared to bring all needed plug-ins because there are no upgraded USB or C already installed. Also, if you have a hard time going upstairs, please request a ground floor room. There are no elevators. The reason we booked the hotel was the distance to the Resch Center and that was the best part.

The room was quiet, the bed was clean and comfortable. The bed groaned loudly with the slightest movement. Any movement would wake up the other person. The NON Smoking room smelled like someone had smoked in it. Visiting friends said the same thing immediately when entering. TV remote was cheezy. Convenient to many local restaurants. Good value for the money. I would stay at the hotel again - but would bring ear plugs for the bed.

The front desk staff was so incredibly rude to us during our stay. We will never again stay at this property during our frequent visits to Green Bay. It’s unacceptable how disrespectful the staff treated us as guests. So disappointed.

It's a decent place for the money and a great location. The beds were comfortable and the sheets clean and starched. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The TV could use an update and the cable service is the worst in terms of seeing whats available and navigating to it. They closed the hot tub the last night we were there so we couldn't use it that next morning before we checked out as we were planning and they gave no warning about that. Breakfast was really good and Maria was so kind and friendly and energetic as a server. The guy at the front desk in the evenings is a jerk. Unfriendly. No sense of humor or willingness to go the extra mile with information or even a smile. He alone would make us consider staying somewhere else. Parking lot had trash all over with garbage bins overflowing.

Check-in was great. Pool area was ok. I would not get a room near the pool area again, way to noisy at night. The pool does not close until 11. Also, when I asked the front desk if they monitored the pool rules or enforced them, the guy said no, I then asked, then why do you have the rules posted and he simply said, he did not post them.

Close to Lambeau Field. Clean room. Parking at the Front sometimes are full, but a lot of parking at the back of the building. I didnt like the slow shower drain. They have a nice staff. Good selection of breakfast items.

The room was located on the mezzanine of the massive pool room whose water was quite nice. The beds were nice and firm. It was very hot when we were there and the it took two days before the ac caught up to make it comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very, very good, especially the custom omelets.

Check in was quick and friendly. Breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast. An ideal location for those in town to attend a Packers game. Close to the stadium and right in the middle of an assortment of bars/restaurants for pre-game and post-game festivities. Older property, that you can tell was built in the heyday of the multi-purpose hotel of the 60s/70s. Large pool area, multiple event/conference rooms, just two floors. Nothing like the newer hotels which are generic boxes.

Breakfast omelettes were great. Hotel as a whole was tired and I need of renovation. 2nd floor balcony by the pool had garbage cans collecting dripping water and toilet in my room would loudly fill up during the night. Housekeeping did come in and refresh beds, towels and pulled garbage. Proximity was good but probably better places to stay for less money.

Accommodations were real good. Location perfect for access to Pack training facility and a bonus we could stay in the lot until 3; that was huge. Great breakfast, finally a hotel that had made to order omelets instead of putting red and green peppers in scrambled eggs!
