Firstly, the rooms are very clean and housekeeping does an amazing job here, although you have to specifically ask for any service, despite the signs on the mirrors saying differently. I had an issue with the door lock not working, and low water pressure pressure in the first room. It took 4 trips to the Front Desk, and leaving all day for time to fix the lock, and it was not done. I had to change rooms with the Night crew. The rooms on the other side were much noisier with fire/rescue apparatus blasting by with sirens at all hours. The "Breakfast" is luke warm oatmeal packets and yogurt; expect to find other choices or you will be very disappointed. Lastly, despite the sign at the front desk saying there is complimentary shuttle service to the airport, and signing up the night before as instructed, the Day crew refused any such ride because of the booking via Orbitz (?). The empty white shuttle was parked right outside and there were multiple employees who appeared to be available, but I had to call my own Uber. Will not be returning to this property. Such a shame.

At check in, we were waiting behind a line of people for 15 mins, and for each guest before me, the employee had to go physically make sure each room was clean. Also, if you’re staying at this hotel to travel at the airport, they no longer include that in your expense - if you do not book directly thru them, they charge you for parking and the shuttle.

Our room was comfortable and clean. Only one bar of soap and one shampoo. Usually there is body lotion and hair conditioner. The elevator wasn’t working. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Broken elevator, tub was cracked in the middle and when I showered, I felt like I was going to fall through. You could hear it crack when you moved around. No cable or refrigerador in the room. Non smoking but multiple other guests were smoking in the rooms around us. There was an altercation between a woman and man in the next room over that kept us awake all night. I don’t recommend this place. We were from out of state. I’d suggest a hotel downtown Milwaukee.

Nice room. Nice staff. But only 2 towels even though the room was booked for 5. When asked for additional towels they were out and i had to wait for an hour before the laundry was done. Also the fitness room was closed because of broken equipment. Breakfast was decent (waffle maker and some cold food items) but the breakfast area felt cramped. Overall a good experience but not excellent.

The hallways smelled like marijuana, even though it was a non-smoking bldg. We were given 2 "body" towels and two washcloths. When we asked for more, right after we first got to our room, front desk person asked for our dirty towels. We hadn't even showered and that was the answer for more towels.

The shower was not clean, sheets had stains if you untucked them. The entire second floor smelled like a wet dog, the room was extremely humid to the point that my bed sheets and clothes felt damp. The only area of the hotel that wasn't off-putting was the entrance. 100% would never stay here again.

This hotel is just okay. It needs updating. The volume on the tv didn’t work we could not be adjusted and it was really quite loud. The air conditioner was extremely loud and it woke us up every time it went on at night. The top of the bathroom tile had thick layer of dust and dirt. Otherwise, it meant our needs for an overnight stay.

We booked a stay for 1 week. Not one time did they clean or make up our room. They did not bring clean towels or empty the trash. We had to go to the desk and ask them if they could have someone come the following day to make up the room. They said yes, but no one ever came. That night l, we saw a bunch of trash outside other rooms and realized that's the only way to get them to take your trash is to put it outside your room. So we followed suite and put our bags of trash outside the door, but it remained there another 2 days. Definitely not a comfortable stay

The only issue that arose was that the window in the room didn't shut completely, so there was highway noise through the night and the room had a drafty and cold. When we noticed it it we were ready for bed and didn't want to change rooms at that point. Upon mentioning it the next morning, the desk associate seemed to be aware of the issue in that room. Results- a very cold night.

Good value for the money. It's clean and in good shape. Carpeting in rooms has been replaced by laminate which is nice. Breakfast includes powdered eggs, sausage and waffles but was still a little sparse.

The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, looks newly refurbished, carpet was clean and smelt great. We stayed in a king room on 3rd floor, internet was very slow. Breakfast had good options, hot, except you had to ask for everything to be refilled, replenishment was slow.

Surprised by an $20 early check in fee. Never run into that before. Attempted checkin 40 minutes early, and while there was a room available, the fee would be charged. Staying for 4 days and 40 minutes early was a problem. Probably avoid Wyndham properties in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. My room was only cleaned once in the entire 7 days. I had to take my own towels downstairs and ask for more. The room phone doesn’t work so anytime I needed anything I had to call on my cellphone. My room cards had to be rekeyed every time I left the building and came back. I will be sending a letter to the corporate office as well as the Better Business Bureau regarding this hotel and will be demanding at least a partial refund for my inconvenience. There was a clerk named Lanie that was really awesome and helped me where ever she could. I will not stay here again.

The girl at the check in counter was super busy with multiple guests having issues, but she did a great job of prioritizing. She knew one guest was going to take longer than a minute so asked if she can hang on while she looked into her issue, then she checked me in pretty quickly. The room was clean and efficient for what we needed, we only stood one night. We didn't go down for the free breakfast so can't comment on that.

I loved staying here - I had to check in really late in the night and the staff was so nice even though it was close to 3AM. The area was quiet and easy to park. The rooms were nice and the housecleaning service workers were also great. I would definitely go back here each time I’m in the area moving forward.

Had to pay $20 to check into my room "early". It was 2:45 and check in was 3pm, but I had a car waiting for me outside while I dropped off luggage. First room I was checked into was occupied. Room smelled of smoke. Complimentary airport shuttle sign at the front desk is not available unless you book your room with them direct (no 3rd party reservations). Waiting for the Uber to take us to the airport we were literally ran into with a vacuum in the lobby as if we were in the way as guests. Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE else.

Convenient to Milwaukee Airport. Very friendly staff. Paola was a jewel. This is an older facility in the process of upgrade. It is located in an older OK area. There are several restaurants within an easy drive. Breakfast was nice.

My largest complaint, I wanted to check in early and they didn't even offer with a fee. I went to the lounge for the continental breakfast at 6 am and there was nothing everything was empty no creamer, no fruit, no waffles, nothing.not even toast. Very disappointing.

Went down to get breakfast and nothing was stocked, everything was empty no juice or fruit either. Asked an employee that walked by about restocking the breakfast area food items and she acted like I was making her do something she didn’t want to do. She went back grabbed some muffins and bagels and sat them out but didn’t say or ask us it we needed anything else. We didn’t get there last for breakfast either it was 8:25am and breakfast was done at 9am we sat there eating and others came by to eat but wasn’t much for anyone. Very poor motel would not stay there again.

Good for the price. Nice to have breakfast. A lot of options for breakfast. Toast, muffins, oatmeal, waffle, scrambled egg, sausage, fruits etc. Close to highway and easy drive from downtown.

The rooms were pretty clean. The breakfast was not good. No eggs, no bread , one type of cereal to choose from/other dispenser was empty. The same lady making many waffles and tied up the machine for 30min. Juice dispenser was broke and coffee/hot water machine was broke.
