Nice reception. On a street that leads to JR Yokohama which is super convenient and it is just a bustling street full of life! I was worried it would be loud, but at night it was very quiet.

The Staff response to fire alarm at front desk/floor is not timely and well communicated to the guests at waiting line. Do not have the same feel as most Japanese hotels.
