The hotel was clean. It wasn't as quiet as I would like it to be, you can still hear people in the other rooms. You would think as high as the proce was, there would be free parking, but you have to pay for parking.

There was no early check in whatsoever. The pool was not open. The bar was very limited and the waitress, while nice, seemed to be inconvenienced by us. The breakfast setup was very confusing. There were quite a few homeless people across from the hotel in the park, which I understand isn\'t their problem but it didnt seem very safe. Even the waffle house (which was the only local dining option within walking distance - every other place we walked was closed) locked their doors at 8:30 next to them. The air conditioner in the hotel made sounds all night long. The hotel looked old and wore, definitely didnt seem as nice in the pictures - but I did see that there were going to be starting to remodel the facility later this year. Also- I\'m not sure why they charge $10 to park there... it\'s not exactly like the area was high traffic...there was plenty of parking on the street directly in front of the hotel. Overall, I feel like it was a decent hotel but it wasn\'t any better than one I could have gotten a good deal cheaper...didnt stand up to "Hilton Standards" in my opinion.

The Hotel adds a $ 9.95 Parking charge even when you are not using their parking. I parked at the down town street because their parking was full. The next morning I asked about the parking charge and the front desk said everyone is charge that amount, and it does not matter where you park! I think that charging for a service not provided is wrong.

Do not stay here. Rooms are filthy and outdated. No pool access as it was a nasty green color. Looks like it might have been decent 15-20 years ago but definitely a dump now.

Staff as always was very polite and professional. Ann who works at the lobby bar/restaurant is THE BEST!! $10 a night parking is unreasonable for what is already paid for room. Should be free Continental Breakfast as with other major hotel chains.

I like the fact that the property had a restaurant, but would have preferred they tell you that at checkin. Also, did like the fact the they charged extra for parking. It should have been included in the price of the room.

I was pleasantly surprised at what I found at the Hilton Garden Inn - Albany, GA. It was busy on Mothers Day and the hotel is being renovated but our stay was quite nice. Everything was clean and our room smelled fresh. At the end of the day it was nice to unwind in a clean, comfortable space. Thanks for such a great stay!

This hotel supposed to be going through renovations late 2024... but this is December 2024 and nothing has happened. There is mold. The towels are not all clean. Someone at the front desk was trying to get they cash back

My room was not serviced properly on the second night of our stay. Towels were not replaced and there was a large amount of dirt lien left in our room. I called the front desk to alert them of my concerns and the gentleman working at the front desk was rude and short with me about my concerns. I took pics of the room and the condition that my room was left. Very unprofessional and dismissive. The restaurant and servers are awesome

We liked the location as we were attending a show at the Civic Center. We were given an accessible room, which was right behind the elevators. You could hear them constantly. The sheets & towels did not feel fresh & crisp. The shower head in the accessible shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere. The lights were all a very yellow color and the bedside lamp light was so dull you couldn’t tell it was on.

This was the dirtiest hotel we've ever stayed in. If it wasn't so late at night that we arrived after evacuating from the hurricane, we would have left. The carpet and furniture were so old and full of stains. The sheet on one of the beds has 2 stains on it. And then to top it off, there is music playing all night long from across the street that you hear in your room.

It was a decent hotel and they were in the midst of some remodeling so I’m sure it will be even better when they’re done. Thought it could’ve been a bit nicer with just the hotel name alone. There was only one small trash can in the room.

The front desk staff were excellent…great customer service. Patrice and Taylor deserve a raise. We, and many others, evacuated from Hurricane Milton. There were also a ton of 1st responders staying at the hotel waiting to dispatch to Tampa Bay. The staff handled the extra work with grace, so professional.

Nice hotel with friendly professionals. Fransico was there when I checked in. Very knowledgeable of area and very kind. I was in the area to visit family and i didnt know Ray Charles was from Albany. There is a beautiful park directly across the street with his statue. You can hear his music playing softly but clear. As I got closer i notice like a riverwalk and walking trail. Very clean and peaceful. I truly enjoyed my stay.

This was the dirtiest hotel we've ever stayed in. If it wasn't so late at night that we arrived after evacuating from the hurricane, we would have left. The property management needs to enhance security around perimeter of property. Too much loitering and panhandling. Was approached each time I left the building to go to car. Did not feel safe ! Fortunately I carry though but still felt unsafe. Will not stay here again simply for this reason

Front desk clerk Sandra was very professional and helpful, such a great assess to the company. I was born in Camila, but relocated to Florida each time i visit i stay at your hotel . Love the location and my room was facing the park, Absolutely Beautiful scenery.

Property outside was very dirty staff were very rude at front desk! We’re not helpful when asked about dining in area and app Expedia said breakfast included and when tried to eat breakfast they said there’s a fee of $10-15 per person! Do not recommend!!

Avoid the restaurant. We waited over an hour for wings we never received. Got yelled at by staff for making my plate at breakfast (not sure why) and the toaster is “just for show.” These are just the highlights, it was a circus.

The only complaint is that they charge you for everything!!! Don’t you dare drink the water bottles that are in the room they will charge you $2.50 for each water!! Unlike other Hotels that the breakfast tend to be complementary here you pay like if you where eating at a Waffle House!!
