This hotel is always wonderful! Clean huge room, comfy bed and pillows, great ac, your key always works, great service from staff and housekeeping, wonderful breakfast, always fresh hot coffee and fancy coffee and filtered water dispenser, plenty of carts to move your stuff, quick elevator and rooms smell fresh and clean. There was also adequate parking. Many places to eat and shop nearby. Very quiet❤️😁

When we checked in, our room was humid and had a funny smell. The AC wasn’t working. They immediately moved us to a room and the AC was so much better. The pool was a pinch cloudy bc they had just added salt. Almost nobody was in it so we basically had it all to ourselves. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive at the front desk, maintenance and breakfast. Breakfast in the AM was actually really good. They have a waffle maker, pancake maker and the bacon was crispy. They also had biscuits and gravy - the kids loved it. Would for sure stay again.

The first room was too noisy with the highway traffic but they were able to move us to another room for the rest of our stay. The room was spotless, the staff was courteous, and the breakfast is excellent.\--clean and lots of options.

The room was about what you'd expect for Best Western and was quite acceptable but the bathroom was another story. Not only was it in desperate need of being rennovated but the grout in the shower floor was filthy and covered in mildew. There's simply no excuse for that. As well, the design of the shower was such that water ran out onto the bathroom floor. Again, the bathroom really needs a renovation.

convenient to expressway and nearby restaurants. Clean and breakfast is excellent. The shower in my room was inadequate. The water pressure from shower head was terrible. Could have stood outside in rain and gotten wetter than in shower.

We were greeted with a wonderful front staff upon arrival. The rooms were on the large side, extremely clean and very welcoming. Breakfast was way above the standard hotel breakfast. Great little coffee bar area and a yogurt bar , plenty of seating for people to get themselves set up with their families. We only stopped p for one night on our vacation down south but definitely have it written down for future travels as it was a very pleasant stop.

This is a great hotel and we would stay there again. Everything was clean and well-maintained, the breakfast was wonderful. The only minor problem was water. Pressure was low and took a some time for the water to heat up. Otherwise, everything was great and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

However, if you are a light sleeper & traffic noise is an issue, you may want to bring a sound machine as it is close to the interstate. The staff were all friendly, helpful with any questions & eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our large room was clean & the bed was comfy. Only downside of our visit was a slow draining bathtub & the water from the sink took a long time to heat up. Overall, a good place to rest from a busy day.

I would recommend staying at this property only if you are hearing impaired or if you’re one of those rare hibernators who is able to sleep next to a railroad track where the trains never stop. Was it ever loud! Tried to sleep with earplugs in, and all we could hear all night long was the roar and rumble of traffic going by on the interstate. Didn’t realize how close to the highway it was when I made the reservation. Otherwise, it would be adequate for a brief stay at a basic hotel for not too much money.

Everything about this room was really clean ! We liked that it was quiet and that it had a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. We did not like that the sink was outside of the bathroom. There are some things that when you're using the restroom you need the sink for. I also did not like the water pressure in the shower. It was absolutely horrible. Also, the beds were hard. I also found it extremely unhospitable that a front desk staff member was knocking on our door at 11:00 sharp to make sure that we were checking out. It's almost like she was standing outside of our door at 10:59, ready to knock at 11:00. We felt so Uninvited at that point. And all the many years that I have stayed at hotels, this has never happened to me, even during times that were about 10 minutes late checking out.

I was in a room right off the lobby. One night, after 11:00 PM there was enough noise from the lobby to awaken me. I called the front desk about the noise and was told “With seven guests checking in at the same time, what do you expect?” I find that answer totally unacceptable. At that time of day the staff should have asked for those checking in to be considerate of the guests already in their rooms.

Driving back to Michigan from Florida. This is very conveniently located close to 75 and many restaurants, stores and gas stations. Room was clean, and updated, bed was comfortable and breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts we have ever had! Only critique is that the window was not sealed well and the road noise was high. Just ask for a room in the other side and should be fine.

The hotel was clean as expected. The hotel itself was good, but the continental breakfast was far from subpar! They have an automatic, touchless pancake maker! How freaking cool is that?! I enjoyed their breakfast very much and that was honestly the most memorable thing about this place.

Best hotel breakfast ever! The food was really great - the bacon was crisp, the pastries fresh, and the selection of foods was enormous. The bed was sooo comfy - I slept like a baby! I wish I had looked to see what brand mattress.
