The staff was attentive and welcoming. We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping brought us fresh towels each day. The only downside was the pool was covered. It looks like it hasn’t been operable for a long time. We were bummed about that but the room itself was fine. The tv worked, the shower worked, the beds were comfortable, and juice/coffee, breakfast bars, and fresh apples were available for breakfast every morning.

This was the worst stay I have ever had at a Daysinn. We couldn't get into our room the keys wouldn't work x2. The room they put us in the toilet didn't work, was told we would have to wait til morning. I went and bought a plunger. The pool that was advertised was CLOSED! Our food froze in fridge. They did not have breakfast like advertised, coffee and a basket of apples. The coffee was horrible! I will be sending a letter to Wyndham RE: these issues. There was NOTHING appealing about this hotel. Oh now they charge $50.00 cash deposit that was returned at check out, most ppl do not carry cash and it was not stated when I made my reservation. Buyer Beware!!

Dirty curtains blanket had cigarette burns TV remote did not work had to switch my room because the card did not. Filthy hotel don’t advertise a pool if you don’t have one. This Days inn was in Knoxville 9240 Parkside. I want my money back. Broken chipped bathroom doors no soap it was not what I expected

I'm a truck driver passing through. Parking was free and plenty to fit your rig there. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is decent, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. No complaints. I'll stay here again if I'm passing through......the rate was pretty high. I guess it's expected for same day check in.

COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. When we asked for a refund they advised that hotels.com would have to refund us due to 3rd party booking. Was unable to get a refund due to non-refundable room policy, even though they admitted “pest control was coming the next day”. Do not waste your time booking!!

This place was disgusting. The man in the office was rude soon as we checked in took a minute he claimed we didnt book anything. Got that straighten out got our key went to our room. Found the room soo. As we open the door we were hit in the face with heavy cigarette smell. This room was disgusting bed linning was dirty and had cigarette burns then the bathroom toilet seat had urine on it. I didnt bother to look in the shower. Worst part of it all was the ROACHES!!!! Saw one on the ceiling crawling along the baseboards then another on the wall then another on the table. We packed up and got our money back and lefted will never book a cheap hotel again. WORST PLACE TO BOOK!!!

Roach and bed bugs infested! I got there at 2 am after many flight delays due to weather, was exhausted, the person checking me in told me I had to pay $50 in cash for deposit to get the room (room was paid for online), I asked to have charged to CC but he refused, I didn\'t have but $16 in cash, when he realized I didn\'t have cash he said it was OK without deposit. He tried to put me in a smoking room even though I had booked non smoking. The key card he made did not work, I had to go back to the office twice! The room smelled like smoke, so I called the front desk to complain, the attendant kept picking up the phone and saying "I can\'t hear you, the phone is not working". I fell asleep as I was exhausted, I woke up in the morning about 7am because a bed bug was crawling on my face! I was shocked because of the condition of the room, filthy! They didn\'t even bother to vacuum, there were dead roaches on the floor! I took pictures, the place is not only run down but really filthy.

First of all, when check in, the keys did not worked. No pillows or towels in the room. There were roaches in the wal and in the bathroom. there were bed bugs in the beds and wall also. We had a bad night. Tried the orange and coffee in the morning it was mainly water and the area was very dirty. not a pleasant experience

I needed a place along my route to rest and get some work done while on a road trip. The room had blinds that were falling off the track, as the track hung down right inside the door - the curtains could not close over the window. I was so exhausted I just tried to get some work done and get to sleep, but the Wi-Fi dropped the signal every few minutes, so I decided to just go to sleep and hope for better in the morning. I woke to roaches in the sink, a filthy shower, with long hairs stuck to the wall, the bathroom door did not close because it was not fit to the frame, and the floor was dirty. The breakfast was a granola bar and an apple and the Wi-Fi still didn’t consistently work. I originally thought I might stop on my way home, but will endure the ten hour drive rather than stop there to break up the trip!

Arrived after regular hours. Had to yell under a window to arouse the man in charge. It took him 20 minutes to figure out the details of my visit. He didn't say a word to me. I was on the side of the hotel facing I-75. It was intensely noisy. The room was dirty and needed painting. Worst of all, the toilet seat was almost falling off. Honestly, this place was worse than the cheapo hotels you'll land in in Latin America.

He said he was going to charge me, even though I had already paid, and demanded a credit card. When i gave it to him, he asked me what my limit is. Whaaat? He then told me that his machine was down, and that in the morning the manager woukd run it if it hadnt been paid. Fine. I went to the room and immediately went to use the bathroom where i found a toilet empty of water and otherwise full, and clearly broken for some time. I got a new room. That room had a shower curtain rod that woukdnt hold the water in the tub and sprayed around it, towel racks falling down, floors clearly missing boards, non-working tv, missing locks... But the bed was super comfortable. 🙃

The rooms were mostly clean and bug free. They need a deep cleaning. They do not advertise that they require a $50 deposit, but they do. The outside of the hotel could use a good paint job and be cleaned up a bit. The people were nice. We basically only needed a place to sleep and the beds were comfy so that worked for us.

This was a horrible stay. We were there 10 minutes and my wife saw a cockroach go across the sink. We quickly checked out and I went to the front desk to get our money back and they told me the manager is not in. I was given a card and told I would get a call. Four days later I still haven’t gotten a call and I have called every day. Every day they tell me to call the next day and will not give me their manager’s phone number. Cleanliness is one thing but poor customer service on top of that is unacceptable.

The only redeeming person was the head housekeeper. She is awesome! Place had beer cans, cigarettes, trash everywhere. Holes in the bathroom floor and tub, missing faucets and people walking around pushing store carts. Management hassled me about my seeing eye dog! Kept calling her a pet. After moving my items into a room, Mimi from the front desk showed up and demanded I move to a worse room at the end of the building that allowed 'pets'. ADA will be hearing from me regarding this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

When I checked in, the clerk at the front desk took my credit card for the room deposit and wrote down the number on a piece of paper. This seemed very unorthodox to me, so I immediately called my credit card company and asked them to send me a new card number. The room itself was adequate, but there were a few issues with the bathroom. The towel holder was coming off the wall, and the shower curtain was not attached to the wall securely, which made it difficult to keep the curtain closed while showering. Would not recommend.

When we got there homeless people camped out in the grass in the parking lot. The police had to come to make them leave. The police kept patrolling all night and part of the day. I asked the police why they were here I was told it was a high drug area and cars being broke into. The police advised me to look for another hotel to stay in because it is an unsafe place to stay. The police told me if I was to stay to remove everything from my car and put it inside and double lock the doors. The hotel ad states free breakfast. The breakfast they had was a basket of apples and a vending machine for coffee. The grounds was filthy the building is falling apart. The bathroom was nasty the tub/ shower was rusted out due to the walls being rotted and rust stains and filth running down the walls. This days inn should be shut down. Everything in the ad for the hotel is false. I would like to be refunded my money for such an awful hotel stay.

I needed a place to sack out overnight, and that is what this is. Rooms are what you get in a motel. Nice crisp sheets, though. Clean tub and shower. TV worked. Breakfast buffet room is coffee, juice, and granola bar or honey bun, fresh apples. Entirely functional. Staff is not friendly, but polite enough.

The room was clean enough but the bathroom was falling apart. The ceiling was falling, the shower and curtain rod was broken and wouldn't keep water in the tub. Breakfast was junk, coffee, a granola bar and an apple! Thats not Breakfast! Pass on this place!

I like to stay at hotels that have breakfast included so that is the number 1 criterion that I use when searching for hotels. According to Hotels.com this hotel had breakfast included. That is a lie. I want a refund. There was an apple. No milk. No cereal. No waffle. No bagel. No cream cheese. No eggs. No sausage. No yogurt. No toast. No croissants. One thing I can't stand is fraud.
