Definitely not what I was expecting by the pictures. Just not very clean. The pull out couch was terrible. Any movement made it creek, it was like having springs stabbing you. The pillows provided were about as big as throw pillows, definitely not standard size. The bureau in the room kept opening on its own. The bathroom was very dirty with some kind of splatter on the back of the door. The outlets were dirty like no one has wiped them down in awhile. The ac barely worked as well. The property is too far to walk to downtown and Ubers were going to cost $20 plus for a 9 minute drive. It is not downtown even though it is called the Best Western Downtown. The staff was very friendly and kind. Checking in and out was a breeze. They had a continental breakfast. I would spend the extra $20 or more per night and get a place downtown next time.

We were pleasantly surprised at the spacious room for the price. The refrigerator was a little taller than what we have had in the past. So it was easier to put things in and they fit. Our only disappointment was that our room was above the pool and so our room smelled like the pool. We were so tired we decided to let it go. But we would check first the next time. Otherwise we will be using more Best Western’s in the future!!!
