Best Western Plus Strawberry Inn & Suites

Lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating

I had an adjoining room and I could hear the guests talking (Loudly) in the late night and early AM. The cable TV had terrible reception. Other than that, the property is nice, comfortable and well maintained.

The property was clean staff was helpful and beds were comfortable

Room was clean & perfect temperature. Beds were comfortable. Slept the best that I have in the last couple of weeks when staying at various hotels. Love the thickness of the bathroom towels. The TV in our room when we turned it on we were able to see the tv guide and change the channel to what we wanted to watch. Once on that channel, there wasn't any sound or picture, but could see the information regarding what was showing on the bottom of the screen. We ended up shutting off the tv and trying again the next morning. It did the same thing again. We ended up leaving it on the channel about Knoxville with the weather and all of a sudden the sound and picture were working. We were then able to change the channel and keep watching the tv. We decided to leave the tv on all day incase it wouldn't work again. Did not use the pool or hot tub or workout area. Breakfast was okay. Have had better breakfasts at other Best western hotels that we stayed at. They must be fixing up the breakfast area as a couple of walls had new dry wall placed and still needed mudding and painting. Also must be redoing some of the rooms or areas due to construction materials in spots. Did not use ice machine. Did notice machine on our floor was out of order.
