Homewood Suites by Hilton Knoxville West at Turkey Creek

I must say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were very nice. Shower was awesome. Mini Kitchen with full size fridge was a plus. Walking trails and restaurant within eyesight. Front desk staff and housekeeping were always helpful and the gym was great

Room was excellent, staff was kind and helpful. Only concern was that the elevator seemed sketchy. For a period of time it didn't work at all. When it did work, it rumbled in a way that had us discussing what to do it we got stuck. We were on the 4th floor so stairs were inconvenient.

Great location in Turkey Creek. Facilities and staff were very nice.

Frankly, I was shocked by the state of the room. It was nice! Kitchen, actual bedroom that was separate from the den, breakfast, coffee all day, gym, pool (didn't use) and parking were great. Staff though, polite, helpful and respectful. I will stay here exclusively on my trips to Knoxville. Exceptional stay. Thank you.

The property was under renovations and looked rough. The first night was horrible. The interstates noise was extremely loud and the bed was as hard as a board. Did not sleep more than a couple hours. The next night they moved us away from the interstate side and it was better.

The hotel was clean. A little bit of overuse of bleach in our room by the cleaner. Went for a walk on the trail and the trail is right beside the interstate and noisy. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was good and the staff accommodating.

Hotel was great. Really close to food options that we could walk to as well as shopping. Only downsides were that the water pressure in shower was awful and we had hoped the pool had stayed open past 10 pm.

Furniture in room was in need of a refresh. Tables and chairs were very scratched and ratty. The sofa smelled like urine, and the A/C didn’t keep the room comfortable. There was hair in the sink outside the master bath. The staff was friendly and pleasant. I believe the stay would have been OK at $200, but not $500 for the night, which was our charge.

The room was very clean except for two moldy walls in the shower area. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet except for the noisy AC fan squeal.

Service was excellent, breakfast was great, room was decent, cleanliness was subpar, and bed was terrible.

It was a little dated, and our shower was DINGY. Giving the hotel the benefit of the doubt that it was clean, but its appearance didn't give that vibe. There was ONE tiny trashcan in the kitchen area, none in the bathroom area or bedroom. The check in staff was super friendly but check out staff just complained about systems being down and kept saying "I don't know" to every question (after waiting 10m to even be acknowledged). The hotel is super convenient to the interstate and tons of shopping and dining options!

Our room smelled like dog poop! I moved the coffee table and yes a nice huge brown stain! I arrived at hotel exhausted from driving and just went to bed! If HOTELS ARE GOING TO ALLOW ANIMALS IN THE ROOMS RIP OUT CARPET AND USE VINYL FLOORS!

Good overall experience for self and family. We had two suites which were clean, well-kept and spacious. Hot buffet breakfast was very good.

Car noise from I-75 is very big to sleep.

The only issue was the bed was not comfortable and then lights shinning in from the street lights, you were unable to close the curtains

Great place, received a free upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite which was AMAZING for our family. Included 3 TVs, and 2 full baths

One night stay was clean and comfortable. I do think the TVs need to be upgraded to smart TVs to allow guests to watch premium movies from Netflix, Starz, Prima, etc.

Nice stay and great area, close to everything you need! Could update the tv and offer maybe streaming sign ins. staying more than a few days i was a little bored with the channels and wanted to catch up on some of my shows. Loved having the kitchen helped with the longer stay.

Our room was perfect for our family of 4. We had two separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom. A living space and kitchen. The area around the hotel had many options for food.

I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites and while my experience was generally okay, I faced a frustrating situation that left me quite disappointed. During my stay, I accidentally left behind my denim jacket in my room when checking out. It wasn't just anywhere - I specifically remember leaving it under one of the pillows on the bed. As soon as I noticed my jacket was missing, I quickly called the hotel, providing them all the necessary details about the room and where I had left the jacket. To my surprise and disappointment, the staff informed me that they were unable to locate the jacket. Given that I had called immediately after leaving the hotel, I was genuinely taken aback that my jacket could not be found. I felt like my issue was dismissed rather quickly, and I am not entirely convinced a thorough search was made. When choosing Homewood Suites, I had expectations of reliable and thorough service, given the hotel's reputation. This situation, however, has left me questioning the hotel's commitment to its guests and their belongings. Overall, while the hotel offers a decent stay, my experience was negatively impacted by this incident and how it was handled. It's left me with a sour taste and I feel it's important that future guests be aware of my experience. I genuinely hope the hotel management will take this feedback to heart and improve their lost and found service to ensure future guests don't have the same experience

I was very impressed with the entire staff. Very friendly, supportive outgoing. I’m coming back because of them for the next 5-6 weeks as I continue with cancer treatments. The only negative was the smell and no airflow in the stairwell. Bryan Schwitzke

There was only one staff member in the hotel!!!! On my first night my kids took a shower and I was surprised that the shower floor was flat it didn’t have an edge or wasn’t surrounded with anything to stop the water! The water went everywhere in the bathroom, I was worried my kids will slip when they use the bathroom so I called front desk to get house keeping to dry my floor she said there was no house keeping and that she has no one to send me some towels to my room for me to dry the floor!!! The next night when I came back to the room it wasn’t cleaned and the wet mountain of towels was still in the bathroom floor I moved on, but I did call to get some sheets for the bed she tells me so WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH SHEETS!!!! That made me so frustrated turns out she was trying to avoid sending sheets because she was the only staff there and had no one to send them!!! Will not stay there again and will not recommend

The property itself is just fine. The worst part of the experience was the employees, particularly what looked to the cleaning and maintenance staff constantly smoking right by the entrance doors to the buildings. one of them was ALWAYS smoking. They left their still smoking cigarette butts still smoking in the disposal receptacles which were, of course, located right by the entrance doors so every time the doors opened that smoke would come into the hallways. The workers themselves wreaked of smoke. For $500+ a night you don't expect this type of annoyance.

The front desk staff was spectacular! I was going to recognize one particular staff, but as we stayed all weekend it became apparent that every front desk staffer was spectacular! Answers to every question/problem and very accommodating! Highly recommend this hotel/location!

Accommodations were very comfortable but highway noise is very disturbing while trying to sleep.

We stay at this property every four months. My husband has treatment at the Turkey Creek Tennova Hospital so the location is superb. Shopping is close and your choice of restaurants great. Hotel is clean and staff go out of their way to be helpful. Only negative is the noise of Highway if that bothers you.
