Hotel is being renovated and is mostly completed, carpet, paint, new beds etc with just a few things left like painting door jams. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Breakfast was all carbs, but did have waffle machine and 3 juices. We will stay there again.

I wasnt happy with the accommodations. The name of the hotel is incorrect, and they are in the middle of remodeling for a buy out so it was a bit crazy. Also it was raining 1 night we were there and water was heavily leaking into the room thru one of the recessed lights. The man at the desk came and saw it but nothing was done to fix it. I really wouldnt recommend.

The property was undergoing extensive renovation, of which I was unaware. My room had a non-functioning toilet and bathroom faucet, but the staff was very nice and moved me to another room, which was very good. The cleaning staff was very nice.

I was very disappointed with this hotel overall. There were ants in my bathroom crawling around constantly. I saw dead roaches in the stairwell. My shower was broken and it made it very difficult to use. I stay at Microtel with my family pretty frequently and this one was in very bad shape. I was embarrassed because I had booked my friends a room for a birthday celebration expecting the same quality from microtel that we are used to but this was absolutely not up to par.

Air conditioner was in its last legs and made some loud noises going on and off. Lighting was poor. Breakfast was poor… boxed eggs were a strange consistency .

Hotel is right by a bunch of food which is nice. The room was ok. The floors were dirty when we walked into the room. Had to ask them to clean twice before anyone came at the end of the day. Other than that it was ok.

The water pressure needs to be increased. It's very low to the point that it becomes an inconvenience. The towels are also not great. Other than that everything was fine.

older hotel that room hadn't been painted in years. bathroom had mold and didn't have hand rails in tub. I had asked for a room with hand rails in bathroom but was told they didn't have any. I was staying there for a week. there was trash around outside. there was a phone but no clock or coffee in the room.

We reserved a room with a king bed. The AC was not working in that room so we got stuck with a room with a queen bed and did not reduce the rate. The toilet was running most of the time no matter how many times you giggled the handle. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Supposedly this location has been recently renovated and reopened one month ago. My room had two stink bugs. We had family staying at the same hotel in a separate room - their first room had bed bugs. Mild argument ensues with staff. Their second room had a stink bug as well.

Despite the environment being clean, the shower was very low pressure and basically trickled out of the Showerhead, there was a second showerhead that did not work at all. Breakfast was only till 9 AM and there was no offer for any quick grab snacks other than coffee. The staff was extremely unhelpful and not hospital whatsoever. I also had asked for a later check out no more than an hour. They flat out, told me no, even if I offered to pay a little extra so I can have an extra hour there. I had ask if there was anything to do around the area and they told me no, I would have to drive an hour away to do something. As though there is no downtown area, which there is and could have recommended. Overall experience was two star, Cleanliness was fair and hospitality was a negative 5

Thank you Microtel for agreeing to canceling my reservation I messed up. I inadvertently put the wrong dates down and did not have a room when I got here last night. Reservation was for a month away. I made a new reservation quickly and proceeded to my room to try and change my original reservation. Hotels.com said the hotel would have to agree to cancel my reservation. Microtel agreed. Thank you.

Staff was not friendly upon checking in. Barely spoke to us. The 1st room had bedbugs. Staff denied. Got another room, however. It was fine. Bed was comfortable. Seemed clean. Won't be staying there again, though. Mostly because we were gaslit.

Breakfast consisted of pancakes and cereal. Excuse was renovation taking place soon, but more food could have easily been provided. We count on starting the day with a good meal when traveling. Photo was deceiving and this was a major disappointment.

This is an old building with new renovation. Very nice and beautiful rooms with new furniture. But there is a terrible smell of old age and dampness in the room because the air conditioning does not work when there are no tenants in the room, and the windows do not open. I had to sleep with the exhaust fan on all night to reduce this terrible smell a little. Yes, everything is painted and the furniture is new, but the building is old and smells terrible. Breakfast is super simple and cheap. I did not like it. The workers are not very friendly, although one of them gave me a quiet room away from the elevator. If I could open the window it would be perfect. But I am sensitive to smells and I can't stand the smell of old rooms. I think the price is high even taking into account the new renovation.
