Not safe for kids electric outlets uncovered. Door locks didn't work checking till 4 when no one there. Go to hilton up street

Upon check in, our room was dirty with bed not made, dirty wash cloth in bathroom, floor dirty etc etc. We checked in at 6pm which is 2 hours after we were supposed to check in. It took multiple calls revisit to the front desk before a manager spoke to me and came up to see the condition of the room. The room was finally cleaned and we checked in around 9pm where it was cleaned.

Staff was extremely helpful!

There was a wedding and a dance party or contest going on in the convention center, so there was 100 kids running around couldn’t really enjoy the pool or the lobby for a quiet time. It was a madhouse. It’s good to bring your kids, but it’s not good to get away and relax.

No microwave in room.. was not aware of the dance competition that was being held there at the time of our stay… kids running in the hallways at 630 in the morning.
