The beds were comfortable, our room was clean. Our kid adored the outdoor pool, we tried then indoor one but it was too cold for us. The pool offered towels which was great. Overall the experience was great. We stayed for a week, Dutch Wonderland is basically across the street and very convenient. It’s close to the outlets if that is your vibe. The staff was attentive, they also have a washer and dryer that it’s available, worked wonders to get the swim gear clean. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel was clean, check in was easy. The pool is great, kids have a blast and love the splash pad and mini playground. Wish all the gates surrounding the pool did not have to be locked with only one entrance. Service in bar and ordering food was slow. Seems like they could have used more help. Over all we would stay there again. This is our second time staying there for Dutch Wonderland trip.

Really nice property. Little playground , two pools , inside play area and gameroom. Get drink at pool or order food. Does need more tables to eat at pool.

We loved our hotel suite. Very spacious and plenty of room for our family of 5. There was an indoor and outdoor pool, which came in handy bc it rained the one day.

This place was amazing everything was clean especially the pool and pool area lots of stuff for young kids to do I highly recommend staying

Room 330 front entrance door is loud and you have to slam it, tv sucks no a smart tv, no free breakfast, both pools are dirty and the inside pool concrete pieces are falling around the pool, they come at you without knowing if you are in the pool asking your room number to see if your are staying there or if you checked out and are still using the pool like they made me feel uncomfortable in front of my family like if we was doing something wrong.

This place is absolutely gorgeous.It’s a perfect spot for families with little ones. They have a water playground right by the pool, so the kids can splash and play all day. There’s also an indoor playground, arcade, and even an indoor pool. The bar is super lively in the evenings. During our visit, they had live music playing at the bar.

The staff was not accommodative, there was a stain on my sheets, the floor was not vacuumed, and there was an open water bottle in the fridge. When I checked out I let them know of the issues and they did not even care. I told them to please let the manager know so future guests won’t have the same bad experience.

Frint desk staff clearly not trained. Had to ask that they clean my room after checking in due to dirty sink and fingerprints everywhere. Overall building lookwd old and not well kept. Half of the furanture is stained or showing wear. Not what I would expect for the Wyndam price tag.

I liked the area that the hotel was in. The outdoor pool area was nice. The Starbucks and “cafe” bar area were closed during the week, only open on the Sunday we checked in. Housekeeping didn’t throughly clean the room prior to us checking in. We found trash left over from the previous guests under the bed, inside the trash can (under the bag) and in the bathroom.

Looks good from the outside. Interior was dirty.Room was terrible! There was hair all over in beds and bathroom, floor carpet was dirty. would not recommend.

The room was dirty, there were stains on the table. Cracks in the wall of the shower. Very noisy at night. The in house restaurant food quality was terrible.

Stayed 3 nights for a dance competition. Check in was very quick, however, the girls at the front desk didnt know where my room was and directed me to a map. Upon entering the building, the trash was piled high and overflowing outside the entrance and smelled horrible. Luggage carts had flat or worn tires and were almost useless! My room was on the first floor. The thermostat took some convincing to work but we had a great talk and it finally obeyed. Only options were heat at 72 or AC at 71 and below. Now, the absolutely disgusting part...shower tile was full of red mold, ceiling had black mold, and the bathroom floor still had hair from a previous person. I ran hot water on the shower with some shampoo to make myself feel a little better. When I went to turn down the bed(1030pm), the mattress protector came off the mattress and I saw what could have been dried blood, feces, vomit, or red mold on the side of the mattress. Slept in the other queen as I was alone that night. Next morning, asked front desk for a new room but they were full. Staff asked if housekeeping could rotate the mattress so stains would be at my feet. I laughed and said sure. Never happened, so I had to do myself. TV kept losing connection so I gave up. Front desk was never attended! Finally, spoke with Asst. GM Sunday night at 845pm. He said he would speak with manager and call me. Have not heard from anyone. Stay away! $667 for 3 nights and I've had a migraine since Saturday at 2am! Book elsewhere!

I was disappointed though, first at the cleanliness of the room. It needed vacuuming. Cobwebs on the lamp. Dirt, crumbs and hair in the crease of the desk chair. Second, the outdoor pool was not heated, very cold water for late August and 80 degrees. Not enjoyable. Indoor pool needed paint and there was trash left on the pool floor. Third, Some areas are in disrepair. Balcony had crumbling surfaces, ripped wallpaper in the hallways, chipped door frames on exits. Fourth, housekeeping never came back when asked to come later. Request to front desk took an hour.

The suite we booked was very spacious but not cleaned. I had to wipe down counters and bathrooms w disinfecting wipes. lots of red glitter was all over the bedroom area (not ours) and it appeared to not have been vacuumed at all. good news was i did not find any bed bugs. Needless to say if ever having to be at this venue again we will be staying elsewhere.

This hotel was horrible! Walked in room smelt musty, no tv on wall and it was filthy. Dirty and grime everywhere. Bathroom was nasty and tub had chips out of it. Went to immediately check out and get a refund and were gave the runaround by Expedia and the hotel front desk. Charged twice for deposits Still waiting to hear back!!

Unable to be upgraded to a different room because I “prepaid” despite willingness to pay for the change. Plenty of rooms were available. Bed was broken in room. Hotel is very noisy. You can hear people talk, cough and urinate right through the walls. Hallways were extremely cold. Room thermostat was set at 68 in the room but it kept heating to 72. Large lobby and they won’t let you eat outside food, even though food choices at the hotel are extremely limited. There was a family having some kind of nasty domestic dispute (lots of screaming and yelling the entire weekend) Front desk was notified yet nothing was done. Ice machines out of order everywhere.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Noisy. Could hear people talking next door.(wasn't trying to). Confusing room numbers and kind of a maze to get around. Had to fill out paperwork about the pool before we could check in. OK hotel, we spent most of time away and only slept there.

Room needs upgraded doors, furniture and curtains.

Really nice hotel to stay at if you’re planning on staying just a couple days or less, it’s very expensive for what they have to offer. I travel for work so I need certain things in my room like a MICROWAVE.. the hotel is huge & the only microwave in the place is in the lobby which is like a 1/2 mile walk away from my room.

It was a nice facility. We were disappointed that they did not have a microwave in the room and the ice machine was empty.

The heating unit sounded like a jet plane taking off everytime it came on. Couldn't sleep a bit. When checking out I was telling the gal about the problem and she stated others had mentioned it in the past. Why did they put us in that room if it hasn't been fixed!!!!! Checking was not seamless, gal spoke very limited English. For the money $280 for 1 night we thought we were going to be in a very nice place....

Bed was lovely. Sadly, water pressure was almost zero, to the point that brushing teeth was difficult. Ours was an accessibility room (which is totally fine), but the shower had no bottom lip and the curtain did not reach the floor, so showering flooded the entire area. Note, showering took longer than normal, since the water pressure was missing. The bar was pretty, but on a Saturday night, there was only one bar tender and one staff cook, so service was absolutely abysmal and everything took forever. In fairness, the bar tender was doing her best; the problem was that she was alone. For a convention center, I expected significantly better. Will not be visiting again.

Stay was good…. Only gripe was front desk took forever to answer at times

Phone in room didn't work, no hotel directory, had to call the desk with our cell phone to get the wifi password. No hot water to shower with one of the mornings. Complimentary coffee one morning, but not the next morning, Nobody at the front desk for extended periods of time in the morning.

Check in was horrible stood in line for over 40 min because they has 2 people at the front desk while a convention was going on. Tried calling the front desk around 930pm for an extra blanket and phone just rang for over 10 min at the same time I had my husband go to front desk and two employees were busy joking around instead of answering the phone while he was standing there. He asked for a blanket and it never showed we had to call back 40 min later and asked again then that took another 15 min. Breakfast was not worth the price they were asking and the hotel layout is very poor. We got lost trying to go from the lobby to our room. We are world travelers for over 30 years and I will never stay here again

Was charged extra and told I had extra people at Breakfast with me when I was on a solo trip by self to relax after going to a friends wedding. After noticing an extra charge when I got home ( nothing mentioned at checkout) manager accused me of lying and said an employee said I had 2 extra people with me at breakfast. - I was by myself the whole trip. They charged me and said they would do an investigation. Horrible - talked over me rude and condescending.

When I checked in I was assured the credit card given would not be charged , I could use a different card at checkout. Not only was the card charged , it was charged twice holding 700 dollars from my account . I have called four times and not one person has the common sense to help me they are passing me around . The staff is a bunch of morons who are holding my money hostage I do not recommend this place , we are most likely going to court over inexperienced people just to get a 300 dollar refund

We stayed at the facility during a very busy weekend for them as there was a dance convention. It was our first time as guests. The rooms were decent and clean although not new. Not a problem. The biggest issue that was had is that checkout is 11 am. The room keys stopped working early in the am. This is incredibly inconvenient. Two people couldn’t load the vehicle because someone had to operate the 2 doors as the cards didn’t open work. Cards should have been brought to us when we reported this issue but they stated it was everyone. It wasn’t but that’s besides the point. If this is policy to deactivate, it’s a poor one! We stayed the weekend and had a lot of luggage! Additionally we had to call twice for towels and coffee.

Took over an hour and a half to get a room . Had one reserved and wasnt able to check in til almost 530 ,when check in is at 4. I understand the front desk was trying hard to help out but dont overbook if you dont have the people to clean and have rooms ready for guest upon arrival.

At check in front desk staff was not helpful. I could not understand what she was saying or pointing to for room direction. Had a room move after second night, I was aware of the move, I asked at check in, as advised when reservation was made, if I could stay in the same room, she said I couldn’t. Upon check out to check into new room a second desk agent told me I could stay in the same room. She advised she would let housekeeping know the room was not a check out but a make/ service. I returned after be out to a room that had not been serviced and no clean towels. I called the front desk I told them what happened I was asked in a not so nice way “what do you need” at that point it was late so I just asked for towels and trash bags as ours were full. They did bring them. I also received a text upon checking in that stated if I needed anything to reply to the text, I responded with an extra blanket would be lovely— never received it. Finally, before check out I went to the lobby area to grab coffee and a sandwich only to find out they didn’t have the staff to open the little coffee area. What?! Sorry but I didn’t expect this from Wyndham or from a place that houses events with a lot of people attending. You need to do better.

We stayed for the 4th of July weekend to take our kids to Dutch Wonderland. The pool was perfect, clean, not crowded. Lived that we were able to walk to Dutch Wonderland and other surrounding businesses. The price for 2 nights for the holiday was unbeatable. We will definitely stay at this resort again

It was just ok. There for a dance competition and the facilities for that were great. Otherwise it was a rather awkward hotel. There are steps everywhere!! Total nightmare lugging our stuff in and out. Had to haul huge dance bags very long distances and up and down many stairs. Zero elevators. The service checking in was bad - I was curious if there was something wrong with my accommodations and the desk worker basically ripped my phone out of my hand to look at my confirmation. Then once were finally settled and able to meet friends for a cocktail, the employees were constantly nagging us and asking if we he outside food and beverage. One member of our party was asked to leave twice bc she was had an outside salad. But the rest of us had a waitress and food/drink from the hotel bar. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. The Starbucks should have been great but it was so tiny with only 1-2 people working. No where near big enough to accommodate and entire hotel/convention center. The line was almost always 45min+ deep. The performance area and dressing room was very nice, clean and spacious. So I’ll give them that. Very overpriced for the hassles we endured.

Short staffed. Doesnt look good when owners are drinking at bar and bartender is struggling to get food orders in and serve drinks. She could've used some help. Food took 1.5 hrs for it to come. Bar closed during day time and overpriced breakfast for what is offered. Clean rooms and nice indoor and outdoor pools

The restaurant was not open for the dinner. However the breakfast was very good.

Terrible dining experience at Scratch. Group of 14 of us sat for dinner and waiter said he was quitting and the food was bad. He said he got food poisoning from the chicken and burgers were undercooked. We had to leave hungry. The room smelled like wet mold. Landscaping near pool and room porches needed help. Overall, facility is large, nice pool(s), plenty of towels, not bad but few things need fixing. Mostly management issues.

The only reason I selected poor overall is because, the only reason I selected this hotel is the on-site bar and it was closed because of an AA convention. Could have stayed elsewhere much cheaper.

Great property with easy walk to the outlets. Send like they were greatly under staffed at the dining area as it took forever to get anything. Other than the service area the property was great.
