Everything was nice! Loved the pool!

At night when the pool was open no lights, very dangerous. No lights in the pool or outside the pool at night. Limited, food for breakfast.

The front desk team was superb! Very friendly! The pool was well maintained! The room had little drain flies which were very obnoxious!

We were on second floor and they didn’t have an elevator.

Clean, safe, comfortable Parking lot needs more lightening when dark

The rooms are okay, but no fitness center, no indoor pool, no bar. But otherwise the bed was comfortable and I slept well.

The room and property were clean and well-maintained, and the pool area was pristine. The breakfast spread was just ok.

Plenty of parking, fast check-in. Washers and dryers available for guests.

Very clean facility and the bang for your buck in Lancaster. At this price point I was not expecting a Five Star Stay but this location delivers alot. Sure the carpets may be dated and the bathrooms are not modern but the make the best with what they have and it works. Rooms are clean and this staff is friendly and professional. Plenty of parking in a safe location. Plenty of parking for commercial vehicles also.

Filthy room, foul odor, mold under rubber mat in shower, dried pink lotion on conditioner,,,a Hair in our Ice bucket,,,asked for new bucket, desk clerk looked but none available, apology given, gave me a plastic bag,,,,,only two bath towels, no blow dryer, no bath floor mat so had to use one of two towel, walls thin can hear everything

We spent one night before traveling to the beach and our room smelled so horrible! It was either mold or extremely musty. The bathroom had hair along the base boards and the tub had a tub mat that was old and falling apart. I was unable to sleep due to the horrible smell emanating from the room.

I like how spacious the room was. I don't like the stairs. I hope they install handicap. The worst experience I had was there are bed bugs in our bed and I woke up with lots of bites and very itchy. I did not have good sleep as I was scratching the whole time. I don't recommend this hotel's cleanliness and hygiene.

This hotel by far was one of the worst hotels as far as cleanliness. There was crickets and dust all over the bathroom. The bathtubs were stained, and so was the bed comforter I should’ve taken pictures, but I did not who was definitely an old, rundown hotel. I do not recommend this to anyone who cares about cleanliness.

The room was not clean, which is the most important thing when staying in a hotel. The wallpaper and trim were peeling, the shower had rust, and the carpet was worn. The beds were also uncomfortable. We were tired, so we stayed, but the overall condition was far below what we expected

Overall, our stay at this hotel was unsatisfactory, primarily due to significant cleanliness concerns. Upon entering our room, it was apparent that a deep clean was lacking. The carpet was visibly dirty – to the extent that the bottom of my white socks turned dark gray after just one evening, suggesting it hasn't been properly cleaned in quite some time. We also avoided using the upholstered chair due to noticeable stains. The bathroom, while featuring a newer vanity, still had an aged and yellowed bathtub, indicating it hasn't been updated alongside other fixtures. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning effectively kept the room cool during a heatwave. However, we did find it odd that we had to set the thermostat to 66 degrees to ensure the fan ran continuously. Finally, the complimentary breakfast was extremely limited, consisting only of waffles and muffins with no hot items or eggs. Given the cleanliness issues and basic amenities, we cannot recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very dirty and clearly doesn’t clean the rooms throughly. Upon arrival to my room I noticed the bathroom floor and bathroom shower curtain was dirty with stains and filth. The shower wasn’t clean either. It was absolutely awful. I took pictures as well. The beds felt like prison beds. Hard as a rock. Only one pillow was given on the bed. The hotel was not good at all. On a more positive note, the staff was very nice.

Front desk staff was very nice. Ice machine wasn’t working they were nice enough to give me a large ziploc bag of ice. The room had garbage on the floor when I got in the room. Cleanliness of bathroom was poor. Globs of shampoo or conditioner were on the shower wall from previous person. Bathroom walls needed to be wiped down bathroom door was destroyed at the bottom. Room ceiling and walls needed to be wiped down. Again the front staff was very friendly. The housekeeper was in slippers and had her ear buds in arguing with someone on her phone.

We entered our room to find something gross smeared on the wall, toothpaste on the bathroom sink, something dirty on the front of the toilet, dirty door frames and doors… when we asked if the bathroom could be cleaned, we were told no one was there to do it. We checked out and went to a different hotel. Very inconvenient and very disappointing to have had chosen this hotel first.

The room was fairly clean but definitely needed updating. The heating system was extremely loud! We had to turn it off and deal with being cold it was so loud. Also I have never been in a room where a person taking a shower in the room above ours sounded like Niagara falls in our bathroom. It was adequate for a quick stay but not worth the price we paid for it.

We booked this hotel for our son's soccer games near by. The hotel was average. Good for a night or two. The rooms were a comfortable size. The beds weren't very comfortable. The bathrooms needs an updated. The lights above the sink had rust on it from the humidity from the shower. The shower stall needs a total gut. The hot water in the sink took a really long time to get warm enough to be able to use it. The air in the room was loud everytime it came on and off. The walls are not noise proof. You could hear the television in the other room, people talking and walking in the hallway. People need to be considerate when closing doors and not have the door slam behind them. For the price we paid, I really wasn't expecting anything high in. It was ok for the night. I would recommend for a short stay. Breadfast was just average. You could make your own waffles. There was toast, small muffins, yougurt, instant oatmeal, bananas, oj and cranberry juice. Coffee was available all day. There were a McDonald and a few other places to eat relatively close by.

The place was fine and did the job but our room was right by the lobby and we heard all the noise from the guest who were hanging out which was really frustrating when I was trying to sleep. The shower curtain smelled like soemthing that was left in the washing machine for days and it had that musty smell and the breakfast was so-so.

Outdated rooms

Place was a basic bare Bones hotel. Checking is painless stuff was great and the guests more a little noisy but not too bad. There are limited food options nearby. What I didn't like was that the rooms facing the parking lot all had doors that were screwed shut I felt that it was a bit unsafe. There could also have been a better shade in the windows facing the lot as there was no privacy unless it was completely closed.

Everything was fine. Room was spacious. Only thing was that the walls are a little thin. We had a little noisy neighbor next door and we cold hear people running up/down the stairs and slamming their doors.

Hotel walls were "paper thin" and could hear everything. Even rooms down the hall, there were no sound barriers.

The room was average. There was only the one lock on the room door not very safe. The toilet bowl was running all night. The TV was messed up picture very small could hardly hear it unless it was blasting. Room was near exit door which slammed all night long. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. It was only for one night so we dealt with it but would not recommend or go back.

The young lady at the front desk was amazing, and so sweet. Hotel was nice and quiet.

The staff cleaned up the bathroom daily and didn't make the bed for our entire stay which is a bit surprising. I asked for extra blanket twice but it didn't happen also and that's a bit disappointing.

Staff seemed easily frustrated by guests or lacking in knowledge of customer service. Breakfast was lacking in choices, waffle maker didn’t work well. Poor pressure in shower.

I was very upset with the fact that I had to sign a non smoking waiver, which honestly isn't a problem for me because I don't smoke. However, that evening while trying to sleep with my daughter I smelled not only smoke but pot smoke. It was very disturbing to me. I will never stay there or recommend this place again. Management did nothing to control the behavior of the customers they had staying there. They other guests were loud in their rooms and in the hallways with no regard to other guests. It was extremely disturbing to me. Especially when my daughter was asking what the smell was and I had to explain. I got not rest that evening and had to be up very early for a volleyball tournament.

The younger guy at the front desk with the dark curly hair is one of the big reasons we keep going back. He’s always so friendly and kind. The rooms are clean (some are nicer than others). The pool is clean and has been empty when we visit during the week which makes for a very relaxing time. They usually have coffee available all day long and they offer a nice little breakfast. They are rather pushy about checkout. We asked for an extended checkout at 12 (I work remotely and have my lunch break at noon) when we were not out of the room right at noon they were knocking and calling the room. All I had to do was pack my laptop up.. everything else was in the car already. We were out by 1203. I get it! They have schedules, it just seemed a bit pushy. Really a lovely place for the price during the week. :)

I called before I reserved hotels.com my reservation had a double queen bed with a pullout sofa, the room is for 4 ppl. When we got there the young man at the front desk was rude and nasty, and told us that room type is no longer available. He cancelled my reservation, It was 11 pm, I was left 4 hours outside calling multiple times hotels.com after they repeatedly disconnected me! Finally at 3 am My mom that was traveling with us is disabled and needed . we ended up driving to a local hotel and taking two rooms and costed us a big buck for only a few hours left to sleep. I've been a GREAT client of hotels.com, after this horrific experience I will think twice before I book again with you

Great staff!

Excellent service, quick check-in, comfortable room, and clean bathroom! There were plenty of outlets too and the air conditioning worked perfectly! Only suggestion would be to have an elevator, so travelers won't need to carry luggage up and down the stairs to their respective rooms. Overall, we would definitely stay, as the value and experience were exceptional!

There were several huge black gnats in the bathroom which I had to begin killing within the first 5 minutes of entering the room. It was so bad that my daughter and I slept with the bathroom door closed to to make sure none flew on us while we slept. Also, at check in, I asked the rep at the front desk if I had to use the card that was used for the registration. She immediately replied, “No, not at all. We can take care of that right now.” I, then, tapped my major credit card and signed the check in documents. The next morning upon checking my account, it shows that the original card used for the reservation was actually charged in full and there was NO charge at all showing pending or processed on the major credit card. This definitely created a financial hardship because the funds were not in that account hence my reason for using a different card at check in. I was very upset and frustrated.

Staff, specially the front desk person kindly help us to expedite our checking and we made it on time to our theater show!! Thang you guys!!!

Convenient to major highway. Dining options nearby. Quick check in. Ample parking. Quick access to room from outside. More pastry items for breakfast would have been appreciated. Overall we had a good stay.

My husband and I booked this hotel from Oct. 23-26 to attend our daughter’s weekend wedding. Upon arriving to the room together later in the evening after some festivities we found the room very dirty. Hair was in the shower, glass door filthy with soap and water streaks, dirty bathroom vanity, sticky bathroom floor with black grout, fingerprints throughout and I’m pretty sure the bed sheets were not changed due to all the wrinkles. We were exhausted and just stayed that night. All during the night there was outdoor noises including a train whistle about 5am that woke us. We tried to be a bit positive with breakfast before making a decision to inform the front desk of the dirty room but the breakfast area was a mess and we decided we needed to go. We were told the room was not charged yet so as long as we left before check out at 11am the room would be cancelled and we would just be charged for that one night. Fast forward to today and my card was charged anyway. I called and the gentleman did refund me the remaining days but it will be a waiting game to refund. Only positives was the comfort of the bed and the nice staff.

I stayed here because it was close to an attraction that I booked for my husband and i and little did I know it was close to so many others that we were able to enjoy in convenience.

Breakfast was only cold cereal and coffee. You need a better breakfast

We chose this property for its conviniency. Close to the venue of the tournament that we went to this weekend. Has restuarants, mall 10 minutes from the hotel. The front lobby staff are very nice no issues. Cons: 1. Cleanliness. Our hotel room smelled mouldy and vinegary especially whene you turn on the ac. To be honest, the hallway is not stinky compared to our room, We had to open tge door to air out the door. Even the linen, not sure if they ever changed it. I am sensitive to dust, and when I layed down to my pillow, my nose and eyes became itchy, had to take allergy pills for the weekend everytime I enter the room. The bathroom finishing and doors looked mouldy. Obviously looked like they were not cleaned properly. 2. Breakfast has very limited options. Do not expect a lot from this hotel. Only has waffles, cereal, banana and apples, juices and 3 breads are the options. We asked the first morning if they have bread, the guy said " no egg. You get what you see here". 3. Not very accomodating staff who works at tge breakfast area. When we asked if they have more bananas, he said " you guys took a lot of banana. There are 30 rooms and you guys finished 80 bananas." Made it look like it was our fault, but we just got there and so we asked for more. Did not feel right to us to make us feel uncomfortable. In conclusion, i would never go back to this hotel again next time we come back for another tournament.

The hotel was decent for what we paid. They have to get a better supply of things for the guest. I needed a cover for the pull out bed and they didn’t have extras, I needed a new towel and wash cloth they didn’t have any extra towels 😳😳😳😳🤔
