There were people hanging out all night long outside. There were people on the stairwell at all hours. It advertised a breakfast which is false. I sat on the side of the bed and fell on my butt cause the bed was not hooked right. When the adjacent rooms used their fans in the bathroom we could not hear our tv in our room.

The room is average, the staff are kind. The area is busy, you are very limited for dining options if you don’t have a car, something to be aware of is that only amenity provided is bar soap-everything else costs.

The location worked well for us but the first room they put us in had an odor and was not clean. The second room was better but not the best. The ice machine didn’t work and the grounds not attractive.

Comes with a mini fridge and microwave which is nice. The room has an updated look. The mattress feels like it’s from 1990 if you’re feeling nostalgic. Also the toilet wasn’t fully seated to the floor so when you sat on it you would rock forward. It’s what I’d expect from a motel. Good for the price.

I stayed here Dec 24th &.25th and wasn't to happy bc their wasn't a fridge in our room and they lied about breakfast in the am but n had to stay due to unforseen circumstances and was settling in for the night and seen bed bugs on the bed. I took pics, packed My things and didn't look back!

It was convenient for what we needed. Sheets had some stains on them but otherwise clean. Was able to park in front of room. Smelled like smoke in room and we got a nonsmoking room.

Clean but not in great condition. Some areas in the room were clean, others were quite dirty (bathroom door). This was a smoking room but no ashtray was provided. There is only 1 ice machine for the entire motel and it was not working- according to a long-term resident it had not been working for over a month. There is no coffee maker in the room. The check-in gal was nice but was not aware the ice machine was out of order.

We arrived on a friday for a one night trip for a concert. We entered the room and was immediately hit with a very musty odor. The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. There was dried urine on the lid and around the ceramic. An old, used soap bar was still in the shower. We lifted the sheets on the heds to check out the mattresses, which were covered in brown and yellow stains all over. Then, something caught my eye by the wall...a roach. It was a roach. So i moved the desk and then the microwave and more roaches scattered. We immediately gathered our bags and headed straight back to the front desk to check back out. Our money was refunded back to our card within 48 hours. I highly, highly do not recommend staying at this particular hotel.

There were roaches in the room as soon as we opened the door dead roaches on the floor under the microwave by the dresser. I knew they were hiding somewhere I lifted the bed up and sure enough there were roaches scattering under neat the bed 100% do not recommend unless your comfortable sleeping with roaches. We had already checked in and we requested a refund at this time they told us we have to go through hotels.com to request refund

when my sister and I went to the room, the phone didn't work, there was soap scum in bathtub, sis found hair in her bed covers, when i pulled back my bed covers on the bed I was to sleep in there was dirt and a cockroach when she killed, there was also dirt on floors, tv didn't work at first, but come to find out it was just unplug, but tv remote didnt have a back; however we did have internet, if not that would have been a breaking point, i guess for the price of the hotel we got what we pay for, first time i stay at motel 6, have to seriously consider whether i would stay at another

Roaches Roaches and more Roaches..went thru 2 cans of raids.. and More Roaches and did i forget to say more roaches. Had to take my clothes to the laundry to make sure i didn't take them to thw next hotel. And clean out all my bags

U better buy big cans of bug spray. I killed over 40 roaches!!!! They didn't even change the sheets. U have to take your clothes to washer soon as u leave. Bc the roaches will be in your bags n clothes. I paid for 5 days up front the only reason i didn't leave. #roachmotel

Roaches, flies, dirty tables, dirty floors, smelled like cigarettes, cigarette burns in sheets. Place needs to be shutdown for an overhaul. Especially pest control is extremely needed. Very loud outside with people yelling and alot of activities all night long. Was awful. Could not sleep. Had to leave.

Saw two roaches. There was something on the floor under the second bed. I think it might have been a cracker? The bed was clean. No signs of bed bugs. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The heater worked quite well, but was loud.

The woman at the front desk was pleasant and everything in the room worked. Room was not throughly cleaned prior to arrival. The floor especially was super dirty and sticky. Broken springs in the bed. The walls between rooms were fairly soundproof, but I could hear everything out in front of my room and in the parking lot. No do not disturb signs available. Several suspicious people on the premises. Very disappointed. I stayed there a couple years ago and it was much better. I understand that it's a budget motel, but was definitely not worth even the lower rate. Will not be back.

It was quite noisy. 18 wheelers using jake brakes amounted to alarm clocks all night. Emergency vehicle siren traffic was heavy. State of maintenance and repair was poor. It was very much apparent from the patched walls that the door to the room had in the past been forced/broken down. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. A spider crawled across the mirror my second morning there. There was a used rubber Trojan in the parking lot near my car the morning I left. The Good: The shower worked fine and drained well. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Never even got checked in. Got to the hotel and was told i only had 1 of 2 rooms on my reservation but i could pay double my reservation price for 1 room... i made my reservations a m9nth prior to top it off. Hotel charged me for 2 rooms refunded 1 and very rude service desk worker

The room was not as clean as it should be. There were flies flying around in the room my wife had to kill a few of them with a newspaper. The floor was sticky in some areas. The mattress was very hard wasn't very comfortable. The mattress wasn't as clean as it should be. It needed to be sanitized and vacuumed. The tub spigot wasn't fully attached to the wall. Water is going behind the enclosure. Not sure how that passed inspection. No light bulb in one of the wall scones by the bed. The security latch is missing from the door. The plastic on the refrigerator is torn needs to be removed. The vent on the HVAC unit needs to be cleaned and sanitized. Your office associate was very helpful. When asked for extra towels after the housekeeping was gone for the day he went and retrieve them for us.

Front seat agent was friendly and informative. Room has issues such as the toilet wouldn’t flush, the ac air that blew out smelled terrible, and the smoke detector was off the wall and sitting on the desk. I reported the issues to housekeeper and was told ok and nothing was fixed.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this place was terrible. I reserved a non-smoking room and the room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. I asked for another room, and was given one, although the lady working acted like we were the worst inconvenience to her. This room was a tad better but still had the worst smells and filthy sheets. We stayed about an hour and decided to drive home. Never again.

Folks at the front desk were awesome! Hotel room and area needs some cleanup but I slept for 12 hours uninterrupted. I appreciate that because I travel by truck and horses a LOT!

Couldn’t even stay here, left within a few mins of arriving after being harassed by a group of guys who looked like they were on drugs and followed me to my room catcalling. Room smelled of straight urine, lock on the door was busted off. Front desk guy was so kind and tried to assure my safety and offered to switch my room but there was no way I was going to feel safe here. This place houses drunks who sit outside their rooms and stare at you and traveling construction workers in white vans. Do not stay here if safety or cleanliness is a concern. This place is a crime scene waiting to happen. It’s the very definition of murder hotel vibes.

It’s a cheap option to be as close to rupp arena as possible. The staff was top notch,friendly and as personable as it gets. The beds aren’t comfortable (but it’s not a Hilton so what do you expect),the floor hadn’t been mopped in a long time according to my socks,and there were bugs in the bathroom. I was only there to sleep for a few hours and for the price I didn’t even bother complaining.

Terrible property flat out scary! Smelled inside and out. So noisy at night - couldnt sleep. Scary people all around the property thought we might get shot. Shower did not work and thought the plumbing would explode when turned on. In general this property should be condemned. I wish it had not even been listed as a choice the ratings of cleanness and everything else listed are a lie.

Was assigned to a room that had someone already in it. As we approach the room the door opens and a woman had a needle shooting up right there. Walk back to the vehicle and witness “zombies” walking all over the parking lot. The girl at the front desk was great. Helped up get a refund and was very apologetic. She was great. The rest may have been the worst I’ve seen.

I was seeking the least expensive accommodations & this us what I found. Also, the location was close to where I needed to be. This motel is old, battered, not well kept up, noisy, low on amenities, and basically sad. We did stay all three nights, enjoyed our time & survived. I doubt I'd book here again.
