Staff is always polite an rooms always clean. Quiet. Pool area is always clean an you dont choke on the smell chlorine. They have a decent exercise room. Only thing i didnt like is i miss the hot tub.

Saw a few bugs on the wall in the hallways, breakfast was not great at all, parking lot lights were not working very dark in the back, back door to go into hotel not secure always open to anyone, keys constantly not working to get into room.

I really appreciated the front desk clerk. There were massive issues with computers across the country, and he was very patient in checking us in and kind. Nice facilities. It’s great to have the Starbucks in the hotel.

I always try to book this location for the pool and walking trail nearby .Dissapointed that they would not supply a cot as was advertised...I was traveling with 3 children..as indicated when I made reservations.While it was no problem last time...they would not supply one this time.Go figure...this made a differance in a good nights rest..

The outer door to the building was to be accessible with our room key, but the door didn’t lock at all! Also, we are used to a second deadbolt security lock on the door, to the room, but that did not exist!

We loved our stay here! The first night we got a lemon of a room-cigarette smoke, strong ammonia smell, ground floor room with people coming and going late in the parking lot, and mould in the bathroom. We told the staff and got a new room on the second floor the next night! No weird smells, no bathroom mould, comfortable bed, lots of coat hangers, quiet, and right beside the staircase! Parking was easy and we get a spot near the door almost every time. The pool was clean and lots of towels and seating. We didn't try the Bistro, but it all looked good! We'll definitely stay here next time we go to Lexington.

We enjoyed our stay, only thing was the booking site said there was a hot tub and there was not. The indoor pool was quite cold. Other than that the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

When I checked into the room it had an unpleasant smell. Not sure if it was a cleaner used or what exactly. The room was also extremely damp. The carpet felt very damp as well as the bed and sheets. For the price it was disappointing

This property is in serious need of renovation. Carpets are just beyond dirty and there was a musty smell and ants in my room. Staff was very courteous and the location was great for where we needed to go. If not remodeled, it will not be my choice next year.

The property is tired and starting to look run down. My room was dirty. There were stains in the carpets and furniture. The main console was dirty it was not wiped down properly. Had to call down twice to get them to send up pillows I had asked for. The guests in the room next to me were having a party and had the music blaring till after 11 pm and you could hear them through the walls. As a Bonvoy member I was very disappointed in my stay. I would never choose this hotel again.

The hotel is disgusting. Our first room smelled like mold/mildew. The balcony was dirty and full of leaves. The bathroom had black mold in the vent, tiles coming off the wall from the shower, no fan or exhaust, hair on the wall, a constant running toilet, and would flood everytime someone showered. The mini fridge didn\'t work. The floor hadn\'t been vacuumed and there were food particles all over. There is an extremely loud squeeky industrial fan of some sort on one of the buildings that comes on frequently. Downstairs "restaurant" had dirty and moldy chairs. They were out of nearly every single item on their supposed menu. Our door lock broke and they sent some guy with a huge hanger and laptop to open it. I can\'t believe this is a Marriott. I know I\'m forgetting additional issues but I\'m trying to forget I stayed here.

We had a great stay in a king suite with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Very close to downtown area as we were there to go to Rupp arena for a concert. (5 min drive) Would recommend and would stay here again.

Outdoor entry readers were not working which made parking in the back and walking to the front door very inconvenient. The room had a weird/musty smell and the bed was lumpy. No fan in the bathroom. Hotel receptionists were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful.

We always stay at this property on our trips to Lexington. This stay the propery and rooms were not up to standards. The carpet was frayed in our room, there were dirty glasses left on a shelf in our room, the carpet was not vacuumed well. The balcony to our room had trash on it. The grounds were not well kept. Our air conditioner made a sound like a jet plane preparing for take off and the control panel had finger prints all over it. I think this will be our last stay here.

The guests in the room above us were so making so much noise at 12:00 pm we asked to be moved. They were also smoking marijuana, the smell of which drifted down to our room. The hotel did move us, we had to pack up our belongings, this was the second night of our stay. And they did give us a complimentary breakfast which consisted of a bagel and coffee. That hardly compensated for my frustrations and lack of sleep and total inconvenience.

The front desk and cafe staff were top notch. Complimentary water and tiny whiskey were nice. The water pressure was good, and the towels were good quality. Strangely, there was no clock in the room. The television was pausing regularly to buffer. Crumbs on the floor, and I got the impression the room hadn’t been fully cleaned. The handle on my door was broken, so I had to be careful when exiting the room that the deadbolt hadn’t opened by itself. (I can’t hold them responsible for the fire alarm going off at night.)

Terrible check in…sent me to the wrong side of the building to park and haul up my luggage to the third floor on the wrong side of the building and therefore had to bring it all the way back down all the way across the lobby and over to the other side of the building, and then I had to go and move my vehicle to the other side of the building. Then once I finally got the right room, I found out that the key that he had given me didn’t work and unfortunately, it didn’t work twice so yeah check-in was bad and the room was smelly and damp.

Older property that maintained ok, but house cleaning didnt clean the room during my stay and I dont know why since there was not a "do not disturb" sign. Staff at the front desk was friendly.

I walked up to the front desk, was not greeted by staff. The staff member stated “name on reservation?” Without greeting me or looking at me. The staff member handed me two room keys without verifying the room. The lobby was very noisy. The room I was given, was not the room I reserved and I was told “you booked through a third party so there is nothing we can do about it” I was not offered any other solutions, therefore I requested a cancellation for the full reservation.

WENT TO ANOTHER ICE MACHINE AND ALSO WAS DOWN.. I WAS TOLD AT CK IN THAT ICE MACHINE WAS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR OF MY ROOM... NOT SO MUCH..... THE ROOM WAS FINE BUT ONLY 3 TOWELS AND THE ROOM WAS BOOKED FOR 4 PEOPLE... ALSO ONLY HALF A ROLL OF TOILET PAPER WAS SUPPLIED... CK OUT WAS HORRIBLE WITH A UNPLEASANT MAN AT THE FRONT DESK. WHEN I GOT A CUP OF TEA I HAD TO GET THE LADY IN CHARGE OF IT UP FROM HER NAP.. AND THEN PAID $5 FOR NUKED CUP OF TEA..

Seemed like a lot of homeless folks in the surrounding area but hotel itself is tucked away sorted of hidden. So there was none of that riff raff on the property itself. Would stay again with no worries.

Unfortunately I didn't like the location didn't know it sat back at the end of the street, I didn't think it had enough lighting on the outside I was spooked just a little because of coming back late, I didn't feel secure, I think the hotel is a little out dated but my room was nice and clean and slept great, I didn't like the lady who made our breakfast I felt she was rude, I think if someone don't really understand how things go you should not get an attitude but for the most part it was an ok stay

No carts for luggage, carpeting in halls needs replaced, no decaf coffee, husband’s regular coffee was cold, The woman wanted to charge us for breakfast even though it was stated in our bill that we had paid for breakfast for 2. After checking at the desk she said we had paid!

Attractive, clean, and convenient to navigate Lexington. Unhappy with breakfast options. I knew we would have to pay, but my husband and I did not care for any of the choices. We drove several miles to Cracker Barrel.

It's a good clean place to spend the night at a good price. Most this are dated, but clean. The bistro/bar is not worth the money, very limited and very low quality food. It's a great disservices to have and operate it as it is. The chairs in the bar are also falling apart.
