Pros: ⭐ clean room and comfortable beds, tub in bath ⭐ Cons: forget any promise of a heated pool. No such thing exist. Pool was COLD and the change room was locked. I requested to be close to amenities, as I have mobility issues and was set as far away as possible, which is fine because the cook to order breakfast I paid for, turned out to be a communal buffet which made us sick. Thank you, Banin for helping us at the front desk, providing a suitable solution. Too bad there's not more critical thinking skills here and young man at the front desk needs a schooling about ACTUAL customer service! You shouldn't put the owners on the customer to prove what you advertise through a third party. Your hotel is still advertising a restaurant that doesn't exist and offering a cook to order breakfast which doesn't exist, although we paid for it. Trash on the floors in the hallway remained there for the duration of our stay.

Nice hotel but parking isnt included? And they rent parking to anyone (used for the airport), so parking is not easy. No hot tub, but a small pool. Nice hotel. Clean rooms.

Overall, it’s a no for me man. Having to pay $12 to park at the hotel, optional breakfast being $16, beds are hard (which is kinda standard), the place is super outdated, it’s musty, and altogether it feels like they’re attempting to grab money at every turn. I just wanted to park my car after a concert in PDX, get a clean reasonably priced room, and eat a rinky-dink breakfast before I hit the road. Nope.

The staff at check-in were very nice and had no major problems on a busy weekend. With that said, the room was a good size for the price but had a weird smell and tattered curtains. We had to pay $16 each for the same breakfast you get at any other hotel (I’ve had better free breakfast many places), the pool had ceiling tiles that were broken and looked like they could fall at any moment and for being pet friendly, there was no designated pet area that we could find.

Nice and close to the airport. While they do offer a shuttle to the airport there was not enough room or enough shuttles. The fact that you have to pay for parking at the hotel, is not optional. While the rate of the hotel room was good, you lost the savings because you have to pay for parking. The paying for parking is not well advertised.

I got to the room and do my usual sheets check. There was a stain on the fitted sheet as well as some kind of dirt or ash stain on the flat sheet. The door to my room has some kind of issue that makes for a gap at the bottom of it that I can see into the hallway through. Overall the price is good but the basic cleanliness just doesn’t seem to be there. I did get new sheets quickly when requested but even the new sheets didn’t smell laundered. They smelled musty.

When I checked in he said my room wasn’t ready because it was a handicap room. I said I didn’t request a handicap room and he argued with me. A lady came out and looked at my reservation and apologized. Then when it was time to check out the lady said “mam I need the correct room number and I gave it to her for the fourth time. She said that doesn’t match our records. I gave her my ID and she said the last name doesn’t match the room number.” I gave her my room key and she still argued with me. I asked for a manager and she said they don’t work on the weekends. I said I wanted a printed receipt and her response was they don’t give out paper copies. All emailed. Still no email. Won’t recommend and won’t stay at again.

The bathroom floor was sticky and there were hairs on the toilet seat. Only one cup in the room. The shower was nonfunctioning and front desk lady said they would send maintenance in 30 min. They did not show after 45 min. We had a plane to catch and vould not wait longer. Front desk staff in the morning were pleasant but could not help with compensation since we booked through Expedia. Expedia gave a 30% discount. Shuttle drivers were helpful and a great perk to this stay.

Phones were not working at the hotel so we had to uber from the airport pay $30 and shuttle never came. As we arrived the staff was outside smoking and taking pictures of the moon. Arriving at midnight and having to wait is not acceptable and I am pissed we always stay here upon arrival and departure and leave our vehicle here when we travel. I will be looking for a new place and hopefully with staff that knows what the they are doing.

The staff were so friendly and super helpful! Quiet area, close to airport, beds were comfy. The room had a weird smell lol but other than that it was great! The parking was not the greatest, had to pay per night but never really had any spaces available. Also it was a very dark parking lot, could barely see so that was a little sketchy.

Stayed for family event. The room was clean and comfortable and dinner in the on site restaurant was quick and tasty. We enjoyed the beet salad and mac and cheese. The hot breakfast was like a typical continental hot breakfast- over priced at $16 a person in my opinion - worth it if it’s free. The location is very convenient to the airport

We were disappointed that there was no dinner service even though advertised. We ended up Door Dash. The breakfast the next morning was COLD. Bacon, potatoes and eggs. I went down a little before 8.
