When we arrived in our room, we had no toilet paper. When we tried to call the front desk the phone didn’t work. The tv reception was in and out so watching a movie was disrupting. We were on the first floor and had to go to the 2nd floor just for ice.

We checked in around 9 o’clock with 2 littles and the process couldn’t have been easier. Hotel staff were very friendly and were great with greeting our little ones. Pool was open till 11 so we were able to get in a swim even though we checked in very late. Room was very nice and clean, they had soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Breakfast in the morning was great, lots of options and super friendly kitchen staff. We will 100% be staying here again for our Williamsburg adventures.

The property is very nice. The shower in our room needed some cleaning in the corners. There was not a working ice machine on the first and second floors. An ice machine was installed on the first floor during our stay. The common area was nice. The room was very clean with exception of the shower. The continental breakfast which offered fresh fruit everyday (apples, bananas, oranges) and 24/7 fresh brewed coffee was very good. The hotel is conveniently located in Williamsburg, VA with easy access to dining and shopping. The salt water pool was a hit with my grandson. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

front desk person new but trying hard,air conditioner in room 218 very very loud. they need to have work trucks park in back and leave front spots for cars.very small and limited parking at 6pm. breakfast hot and good.

The rooms were clean and it was in a good area. The only odd thing was we were on the fourth floor and you had to take a different elevator. The front desk person didn’t tell us and we had to drag our bags everywhere. Good breakfast.

Room was clean and modern, breakfast was great. The elevator needs some repairs, it’s extremely creaky and slow along with quite a bit of jolting as you go up. Otherwise a great stay, we’ll be booking again!

The location is very convenient to everything Williamsburg has to offer. The cleanliness of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom had pubic hair all in the shower and walls of shower had stuff on them. The handle of the shower was broken. The toilet would not flush correctly. I always take my own cleaning supplies anyway so I cleaned it myself. Also our beds did not have a full set of sheets on the bed and 11pm when we went to go to sleep my husband had to go to the lobby and get more sheets. They offered to move us but it was 11pm so we stayed put. Hotel needs to check behind their cleaning staff.

It was ok for just one night. Front staff was very nice. Room had stains on the walls. Mold around the tops of the soap bottles in the shower. Mold on the shelf in the fridge. Bed was comfortable though.

My family and I had cut our weekend trip extremely short and drive all the way back home. This hotel was extremely unclean, orange mold, hair, and dirt in the shower. An overseer came and cleaned it, then didn’t even wash it out, we had to and OMG! Plus when he walked out he didn’t even say a word! Our AC barely worked, the whole room was musty & smelled of rotten feet and old cheese. The carpet was sticky! We walked outside and condensation splashes you in the face from above out of the AC units. When my family and I arrived the whole hotel stunk. We left and waiting on a refund! I will NEVER stay here again

The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were no broken fixtures! That was awesome and the beds were very comfortable. My Mother(s) are a little older and they slept well. I also had my daughter and her friend, and felt safe for them. Check out being at 12 was also a plus. We will be back. Thank you

At first glance the hotel looks great, check in super easy and staff very friendly. The rooms however are in need of maintenance. The showers have mold everywhere, we had to get moved from our first room because 1. No way to control cold and hot water and 2. Huge roach walking on the walls. The second room we were moved into was even worse. The water in the shower wouldn’t drain and you could see the drain hadn’t been cleaned in forever. There was hair and guck left on floor of the shower once the water finally drained. We called for them to fix it, the front desk receptionist came and took

The first room we were put in had someone’s finger nail, some sort of pill on the floor, urine caked onto the rim of the toilet, and pubic hair around the toilet. I showed pictures to management and they moved us to another room. That room was subpar to the cleanliness that we expect at any hotel. The pool had worn bandaids and strings of hair.

Location is perfect with lots of dining options around. There was no internet connectivity on the fourth floor where our room was, so a big inconvenience as not able to work. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to offer to open up the conference room for us but still an inconvenience.

The room was great and the breakfast had a lot of choices. The location to sites and restaurants was really good. One slight problem was no hot water in the shower on the last morning. Not sure what happened, but the staff person at the front desk didn't seem particularly concerned when i brought it up at check out.

Everything was perfect (except the AC didn’t really cool the room which is odd as the temperatures outside were around high 40’s low 50’s). Highly recommend, would stay again, but would bring a fan for white noise AC was also quite 🙃

Breakfast was great, considering it was a hotel free Breakfast. Everything tasted a very high rate better than other hotels ive stayed. Everything was clean and beds great. That being said, our room was terrible. The doors do not even muffel sound, the wall is against the elevator maintenance room, humming all night, the refrigerator rattled all night long. Normally I would have loved this type with a full seperate freezer, but ours had an moter that just rattled. Im a vary laid back person but the first night i was ready to walk out, the management tries, so next time ill request a higher floor.

My stay was very nice. I arrived very late and feared my room would have been canceled, but it was not. The clerk at check in was especially nice and friendly. The room was very clean and met my needs. The hotel is located about 5 minutes from colonial williamsburg and the College of William and Mary, so the location is good for both of those. Overall a good stay.

There was never anyone consistently at the front desk. Usually no one was there and customers had to wait for someone to come out. Front desk was not helpful in checking in customers earlier if possible. The lobby was full of crumbs and the elevator floor had a sticky substance on the floor. Location was convenient to my destination but overall overpriced hotel with poor service and cleanliness in the common areas.

From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by an individual who seemed to be having a bad day or year. Rude and unprofessional pretty much sums it up. Lost his temper double charged and then credited someone else's account. Honestly, I will never recommend this hotel to ANYONE. I felt bad the workers who seem to be working in a stressful environment. Disorganization caused a stressful check-in process. I will be sending a formal dispute with corporate.

THE EXPERIENCE OVER THE 3NIGHTS I SPENT WAS PRETTY BAD! AT FIRST IT WAS OK I WAS ABLE TO CHECK IN I HAD 2! ROOMS! BY THE WAY BUT THE SHOWER WAS PRETTY DIRTY AND TO TOP IT OFF ALL 3 NIGHT I SPENT TAKING COLD SHOWERS! THEN THE 2ND NIGHT WE FOUND A BUG ON THE BED AND THE MANAGER AGREED TO HAVE OUR ROOM DEEP CLEANED SPRAYED SO SINCE THAT SHOULD SETTLE OUR MINDS WE WENT OUT FOR AN ALL DAY ADVENTURE CAME BACK AROUND 930PM AND OUR ROOM DOOR WAS LEFT OPEN BY THE STAFF THAT CLEANED OUR ROOM!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN AND BECAUSE I USED EXPEDIA THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING BUT ISSUE US 5000 POINTS FOR THE INCONVENIENCE WHAT A RIP!!!

This was our second stay here. It has become our favorite in Williamsburg. We come down several times a year and other properties have really let us down. We took a chance on this one and we were not disappointed. The staff is so nice and helpful, thank you to Taylor at the front desk. The breakfast is great and well stocked. The rooms are very clean. This hotel is close to everything in Williamsburg. We will stay here again for sure.

I had a very nice two-night stay in July. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is secure and I felt safe at all times even though I was alone. I had friends who ended up staying within a couple minutes but I found their hotel noisy and was happier with my choice. Location was very convenient to everything but I spent most of my time in Colonial Williamsburg and Merchant Square which was just minutes away.

Its a very nice space, perfect for those touring/visiting William and Mary! 🙂 The hotel itself is located outside of the Colonial Williamsburg area, but only by about an 8 minute drive! Tons of modern shops and dinning nearby the hotel, but if you want more local and colonial, theres downtown not too far away!

The room was large & clean with a lots of space. The bed was comfy & we asked for extra pillows. The bathroom & shower were clean except a spot on the wall behind the toilet. Overall the hotel was very clean, quiet, and walking distance to lots of restaurants, movie theater, and a 1.5 mile walk to colonial Williamsburg. (The train did go by several times a day but nothing a noise machine will drown out at night).

Very nice property. Good value for the money. Great location - convenient to W&M and quite a few nice restaurants. We didn’t eat breakfast but when we popped into the breakfast area for coffee. True breakfast area was clean and tidy and looked like there was a good assortment of items to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a good experiencie staying at this hotel. It was clean and very convenient to eating and shopping. The breakfast was decent and the staff were keeping it well stocked. The staff was helpful. I can only drink decaf tea and they had it available which is a big plus for me. The indoor pool is nice and everything was clean. I would stay in this hotel again.

Check in was quick and easy. Hotel was clean and quiet. The only down side is the beds were uncomfortable. Need to upgrade mattresses. The breakfast was good for the price but most of the food was cold and needed to be heated up in the microwave.

The food was excellent (I ate only breakfast there). The cleanliness of the food area and surrounding tables was very good - I was delighted to see a manager on site, making sure things were running right at all times. Front desk staff was speedy and efficient. Not sure the drawer in my room was fixed properly, but maybe they need to do more work on it.
