This is a super nice hotel in a convenient location. Staff was accommodating and efficient. Currently they are remodeling different areas of the property so the parking is reduced but that's just temporary. Wifi is reliable. Pool is clean. Air conditioner did an excellent job even with the extreme heat advisory.

Check in was good. The recommend Berrets restaurant was good. Back in room ice machine didn't work do we were brought ice. Second night ice brought to us. Third night we were told there weren't bags for the ice to be brought to us. We were told to go to another machine on a different floor. What happened? Laziness? Untrained??

When we arrived we were told the onsite hot tub wasn’t working. When we got to our room the ac wasn’t working - we informed the front desk and then said they would take care of it while we were at Busch Gardens. When returned it was still not fixed- so after much discussion they moved us to a new smaller room, from a king and sleeper sofa to a king. The hallway lights were we not working (being worked on). The exit door near the room worked but the card reader didn’t (so it was out only). Not what I expected for a place at $350 a night

My name is Dennis, (Stephanie's husband). I did not like the hot tub not working, ice machines not working on any floor, and not having access to the balcony. Those three things greatly impacted our enjoyment. The staff and cleaning crews were without faults. We could stay they again.

Nice property, but should have told customers that property is under construction. Stairwells blocked off….not safe. Gym closed. Was not acknowledged or thanked for being a gold member. Have noticed that being gold member does not mean anything now.

I was disappointed because I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and spa. No where on the website did it say it was under renovation and the pool and spa would not be available. We did not find out until the day we arrived. I was very disappointed.

Stayed for two days and one of the two elevators was broken and since the elevator was small it could barely handle four people at a time. So taking the stairs was the only option. I was thought there was a complimentary breakfast? No they had a coffee bar that you payed top price for everything. Highly disappointed, payed a lot to stay there just thought I would get more.

The pool and hottub were closed for maintenance, which i came to find out was a recurring problem that was conveniently not mentioned during the booking, not addressed on the hotel's website or mentioned during check-in. The entire hotel smelled like mildew.

We are expecting a refund from the property as our room need to be switched since there was actual feces on the couch cushion - and then after the switch- the second rooms mattress was full of urine- a full urine circle on the bed. We brought it to the front desk attention who stated we would be fully refunded after she spoke with her manager. The staff was incredible and the property overall was nice, clean, taken care of. The rooms definitely need updating, obviously.

The floor was not vacuumed. I stepped on a dirty fruit snack. Couch had stains, and the floor plan was terrible. I had to squueze between the couch and end of bed to get to my side of the bed. The back door entrance kept getting propped open by someone, despite closing it. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in the rooms next to us, including the kids at 6 am.

Two words: bed bugs! Discovered them late at night, requested a new room; they then tried to move me to a room right across the hall, which i refused, and requested to be on an entirely different floor. New room had a faulty lock that required me to get the key reset just about every time I went back in my room, which was beyond annoying. One manager took only $100.00 off of my first night, the other, head manager, at checkout, assured me he’d contact me after eco lab came out and inspected the property, told me I’d hear back about a week after my stay, which was in October btw, never heard anything nor were ANY of my calls to them returned. Very disappointing stay to say the least. Requested a full refund, which the property denied! Overall lack of customer service, and again, bed bugs! I will never stay here again, stay at your own risk.

The hotel is under construction so i had to drive around 3 times trying to figure out where to enter. While the hotel was clean and tidy, the exterior is a mess. Had I have known it was under construction, i would but have booked a room. Also, while my room was clean, the carpet needs to be replaced. It's dirty and fraying all around the edges. The location was perfect and no issues with parking.

I did like the location. I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room and only one available to use for all guests. My room smelt unclean; a bad odor, and I had to spray with air spray to freshen. Also this hotel needs updated tv’s and a few of the channels on the guide list had “no signal”.

It rained, which limited out of room activities for one day, but apparently rain causes the TV to go out. No TV for 4-5 hours after rain ended. TV's were old and did not allow for streaming Netflix etc.

The property was nice. I liked the sitting areas outside. The room was a little smaller than expected and we didn’t care for the sink outside the bathroom set up. I didn’t find the staff that friendly or helpful. I have stayed in alot of Marriott’s all over and here most of the staff seemed a little annoyed and bored with their job.

I made a reservation for a room for two adults and two children nearly a month before our scheduled trip. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was shockingly denied check-in. As per management, the hotel was overbooked. We had to stay in a double queen room when we PREPAID for a king suite. We asked for housekeeping daily and they didnt show up at all. Cigarette disposals remained full of cigars in the opening the entire two days we were there.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and professional. I checked in and soon discovered a problem with the room. I went back to the front desk and Tyrell was great! He immediately switched rooms for me, apologized for the inconvenience and offered a complimentary breakfast. He didn't make any excuses or pass the problem to someone else. He just took care of if. And he had a great attitude during the entire process. I really appreciated it.

We had a great stay. Jeremiah and Corey at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly! We have stayed here a few times and always had a great experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff and very close to so many things in the area. Definitely recommend!

This was our third stay at this hotel, but we won’t be back in the future — the hotel is being renovated but has taken no steps to shield guests from the negative impact of renovation. Parking was extremely competitive, there was a ton of noise at all hours of the day and night, and the room was shabby. All of this, plus an extremely unfriendly front desk clerk, meant that the stay was extremely overpriced for the experience provided.

Property was being renovated so there was construction debris and commotion. I understand the situation and property will be really nice once finished. Our room was renovated and clean. However, we arrived well after 5pm and room was still not ready. Had to wait almost 45 mins in lobby while it was getting cleaned. They said it was because it was a busy weekend. Not a terrible inconvenience but me and all kids just had to sit in lobby after being in car all day already. We were tired and it was well after our promised check in time

Loved our stay here. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. They have an indoor/outdoor pool and only 3 minute drive from Busch Gardens. Really enjoyed our stay here as a family of 4. They have a cafe style place to eat downstairs. We purchased a breakfast burrito and French toast. Both were delicious. They serve Starbucks products for coffee. At night they have the bar that you can sit at and have a few drinks.

Great customer service!! Great location near Busch Gardens and so convenient to dining and shopping. Our room was clean and quiet. Our granddaughter loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was poorly managed and ridiculously overpriced for food in the AM. The hostess at the Starbucks was rude even though we tipped her $15 for a raw bagel, some avocado toast, a breakfast burrito. More than $70 for coffee. Room had no pullout couch or cot. Won't be returning

This is a really nice property! So close to Busch Gardens. We enjoyed the pool and the onsite breakfast cafe with Starbucks was an added bonus each morning. Staff was really friendly and everything was perfect. We’d stay here again!
