My family and I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The pool water temperature was a little chilly but tolerable. The front desk workers were extremely courteous and helpful. The gym had a peloton bicycle which was a nice addition to the treadmill & elliptical machine. The free hot breakfast was okay, they only served pork as their meat choice so we had to eat the waffles and bagels which were nice. Overall we had a nice time and I would go back if I was in the area again.

Not much hot water in sink or tub. So this was really only issue parking was a little strange as most of spots are to the left or right. Or behind the hotel. So this could be better. Room was clean and so was building.

We were extremely disappointed because there was limited handicap parking. Instead there was more diamond parking which was not used while we were there. I was told to let my husband out and go and park. I have mobility issues.

This hotel was very clean and well run. The desk staff were extremely friendly and made you feel welcome. The breakfast was adequate but could have been a little better. The bedding was very nice except I would have liked a firmer pillow. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Very dated property that doesn’t seem maintained. We stayed on the top (4th) floor and there appeared to be extensive longstanding water damage on the ceiling, to the point where there were cracks between the ceiling and walls. This made me feel uneasy about the structural integrity of the building. Beds/sheets seemed clean but the rest of the room was not.

Would not stay here again. Room was not cleaned well & housekeeping only comes every other day. Even when room was serviced it was still dirty. This hotel had the worst breakfast options of any hotel we have stayed at. There were only 2 hot items, some form of egg & a dif type of pork each day which was not good.

The facility is clean and close to everything I needed. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The bed mattress was too hard for this old body so I don't know if I would come back. But if you like a stiff mattress then this will do.

The layout of the room is kind of weird, but spacious, i wish they have a bigger counter top space. Also the hot water takes 5 minutes to turn hot in the shower...... and I am not joking. The second night of my stayed, I actually turned the shower on first, brushed my teeth, and the water still not even warm. Weird, but about 5 minutes, it runs nice and hot!

Amazing hotel. We stayed in a suite. 2 Queen beds in a separate bedroom with a tv & door for privacy; living room area with full size sofa bed, chair, extra large size counter top with kitchen sink, fridge, microwave and a decent size table and 2 chairs. Perfect for a family. The location is amazing! Less than 3 minutes from shopping center and our favorite restaurant-Captain George’s. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again-and likely every time we come to Williamsburg!!!!

We checked in on 12/30 for just one night. There were two people at the front desk. A man, who kept going round and round with me about being a Hampton Inn member. I kept telling him I'd made my reservation through Hotels and prepaid it. He didn't seem to understand how to find me. The other person, a woman, who said she was the manager either was suffering from a medical condition that made her speech slurred or she was completely inebriated. She had trouble keeping her eyes open. She also was pushing the rewards program with Hampton. Between the two of them it became exhausting quickly. I just wanted to check in! Our room was clean enough. The beds were very uncomfortable tho. So much so that I woke up with a backache. Breakfast was your typical free breakfast from a chain hotel. Powdered wet eggs, but the precooked bacon was crispy and tasty. Overall nothing to really write home about. I probably wouldn't stay at this location again due to the front desk run around.

I had a terrible check-in due to Expedia not sending my reservation number to the hotel. The manager of the hotel Teresa was very helpful and tried to get Expedia to send the confirmation # but David E. From Expedia was rude and would not send it. So Teresa made accommodations for me but I had to pay the hotel. Jeff and Vicky were also very helpful. No happy with Expedia

The front desk is too understaffed. When I arrived I had to wait 15 minutes because the staff member was doing a walk around of the property. When I checked out, I had to wait 15 minutes because the staff member was on the phone with a customer. Checking in and out should be less then five minutes unless there is a line, this was ridiculous to wait that long.

Overall, my stay was very nice. Most of the staff was very friendly and professional. The room was great and very clean. However, there was one front desk lady who was extremely rude and unprofessional when I went downstairs to request towels. I have contacted the corporate office of this establishment with the hopes that they will retrain her on how to deal with guests. I would hate to think that they would want this lady to be the face of their establishment when she is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people.

Hampton Inns are our go to hotels. Always clean, courteous staff and good breakfasts. The location of this Hampton had a bit of traffic noise because of the busy road in front of it. If our room would have been in the back of the hotel, I’m sure the noise level would have been much less.

The breakfast was not very good. The selections were limited. For the waffle maker, all they had were little packets of syrup and nothing else. The muffins were not very good and the scrambled eggs were salty, watery, and just not good. In the past year, we have stayed at several hotels and this was the worst and most limited continental breakfast we have seen. On the plus side, the staff working in the breakfast area were friendly and seemed to be trying, but the quality and selection of items was lacking.

Wonderful staff. I requested a special location and Mohammed easily accomplished this for me. The room was in excellent condition and the breakfast was perfect. There were lots of families there and the breakfast area was kept fully stocked up with yummy food!
