I stayed here because this hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub which are open 24 hours a day! As a wedding videographer, I travel around A LOT. Many weddings run late and by the time I get back to the hotel, the pool is closed. I will definitely book this hotel again for my next gig in the Williamsburg area. Of course, it is not totally relaxing until after midnight when most of the kids head to bed.

No business area with a computer badly needed. Other hiltons have this. The TV didn’t work they got one from another room. That was good light bulb burned out next to bed so no light to read with. Only one working elevator which was really slow. No more Hilton garden inns for me. Not satisfied although the staff was nice and accommodating but never got light working with a new bulb. Breakfast is not free $7 for a piece of toast and about 5 oz of OJ.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was just okay - better value eating off property or ordering delivery. Fitness center very small and the Peloton height adjustment screws are rusted in place, meaning unrideable (this was a key reason I chose this hotel.) Good location to W&M and Colonial Wburg.

Everything about the hotel was good except one thing. When I went to use the pool there were…swim lessons taking place (and the hot tub was broken). Yes, swim lessons. Like someone not staying at the hotel was using the hotel to give swim lessons to a Towny. The one girl was roughly 1 years old and was screaming as loud as she could possibly scream to the point I had to leave. The front desk confirmed that external swim lessons were taking place (and they could not have cared less). So Hilton should probably remove the swimming pool as an amenity from their website. False advertising.

The hotel was fine, we loved our room location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, although there wasn’t a microwave, I liked the room. Check in was easy and quick. We didn’t have any issues with neighbors/noise as we were only there for one night. The only issue was the pool. Although it was open 24 hrs, the whirlpool was out of order and the pool itself didn’t look clean as it seems the filters weren’t running. I was looking forward to getting in both after a busy day, so I was disappointed that I couldn’t. Besides that, I would definitely stay there again.

Ms. Nancy was excellent at assisting with check-in—thank you for going the extra mile to ensure our room was clean. Ms. Karen was great at the bar and ensured our dinner was hot and served in a timely manner. Ms. Delphine was the icing on the cake. She was amazing and ensured that breakfast was served and hot. Thank you to the cook and the entire staff for going the extra mile to ensure our stay was great!!! The only thing that could use improvement is the pool area. We were unable to use it because of dirty towels and trash left by the previous guest in the area from the prior day.

The hotel was extremely hot as soon as you walk in Ac was broken for main lobby area. After we checked in the first room they gave us was not clean. The floors were dirty and the bathroom was poorly cleaned. The 2nd room they gave us was better but the sheets had stains on them. So I had to go downstairs and get clean sheets. Both elevators were dirty the entire stay. For as much as this hotel cost you would think at least be cleaned properly.

Have stayed at many Hilton Garden Inns. This one was on the cheaply designed and poorly managed side. Bathroom walls and ceilings poorly repaired. I could see leaks on the ceiling and a wall issue poorly patched wallpaper. No bottled water in the fridge only offered on the day we were leaving. Had to ask cleaning staff for more toilet paper. No extra toilet paper roll in the bathroom. However geographically ideal location. Near many restaurants including Food for Thought. Fun place to eat. Colonial Williamsburg 6 min away. However would choose a different hotel of which there are many in the same general location next time out.

The room was comfy and larger than we thought. The air vent outside of bathroom had mold but we think necause right outside bathroom. We did tell the front desk when we checked out. The pool was nice but was very sad that the hot tub was down as that was the main reason we picked it. Overall a nice stay and everyone was friendly. Room was clean too.

The beds were like sleeping on cement they were so hard. No vent in bathroom. Room was small. No cable for TV. Could have been cleaner, not nasty but also not that clean. No complimentary breakfast - $15.00 per person !! Overall, not the greatest experience. Will not ever stay there again.

Overall a satisfactory experience. The staff employees were polite and efficient. The room provided adequate space and generally appeared clean. The king size bad was comfortable, as were the pillows. Everything functioned properly (TV, clock, thermostat, fridge, etc.).We did not use the restaurant or bar but they appeared clean and organized. The bathroom and hotel room were beginning to show some signs of wear (dirty tile grout, slow toilet flushing, and carpet edges lifting), thus my ranking of four vice five stars.

The stay in itself was fine. The only issue we had was that our room was right under the HVAC units so the noise was irritating (when we checked in they weren’t running) and made it hard to sleep restfully. We were there for the night. When I told them the next morning at checkout, they did offer us free breakfast, which I appreciated.

Bathroom sink did not dain. Gtoos stuff voning up inyo sink. Called desk anout the problem, was offrred free breakfast instea of different room. Later on I cut my hand underneath the sink trying to get sink to drain. Air conditioner in room us super ridiculous loud. Room was rathrr expensive, but needs badkt to be updated. Don't stay here.

Our check in went really well. We were a little early and our room wasn't ready but they found an available room. The check in person did a great job. The hotel staff is very friendly. We ate the buffet breakfast and it was delicious, fresh & hot. They are pet friendly. We will be back.

Stayed for 2 nights and met up with two American friends. We were able to visit local historical landmarks and dine both locally and at the hotel. No issues during this visit. All the staff were very helpful and professional especially Senada and Nancy.

The hotel is fine and it’s in the middle of a great area for eating. My issue is that our reservation was changed from a two-queen room to one king. No explanation was given and no compensation was offered. We made our reservations 10 weeks ahead of time so it was not last minute. I think we were switched because it was an Expedia reservation and they were making less money on it. I asked for an explanation or a different kind of room but they declined both. Also the room we were given was a handicap room, so the layout was odd. There was no closet or dresser, just some drawers screwed into the wall in an alcove behind the door. I wouldn’t stay here again mainly because of how we were treated.

Check in was rough. We arrived at 2:00pm. with a reservation The male desk clerk told us to come back after 4:00 and we “should” have something ready for you. The posted check in time is 3:00. He offered no explanation or accommodation. Once we checked in (after 4:00) the female clerk was very pleasant and accommodating. The television and thermostat in our room didn’t work and she promptly set us up in another room. Thereafter the only issue was the breakfast buffet. They had a bowl of cut fruit that was - - let’s just say well past it’s prime. Ugh. The omelet station, though, was a nice touch. Overall despite several hiccups, it was a nice stay.

I thought this property included free breakfast so I brought my child down to eat. A staff member literally took a plate from my hand and told me to go pay and show my voucher. It was very rude. The staff at the desk encouraged me to leave my card and go get our food to make up for it, and then forgot to give me my card back. Had I not gone back to ask, I would have driven off without my credit card. All of this could have been handled differently and it would have been fine.

The breakfast was outstanding. The eggs, bacon, waffles, French toast, grits, and offerings were as good as any of the restaurants could have served. We were pleasantly surprised. Everything else about our stay was also excellent. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn.

Our stay was excellent I had to stay an extra day and this hotel staff and house keeping is more than professional The breakfast and dinner were delicious and the room was very adequate and very comfortable for us and our kitty Oh and the pool was the best I would recommend this hotel to anyone
