The Hotel appearance was very nice when we arrived. We had the 2 bedroom and it was spacious. We had an issue with the ac leaking and they took care of it right away. We asked for extra blankets and received them right away also.My grandchildren and I went to swim in the pool and the chemicals were not right. The pool was cloudy and our eyes were burning by the time we returned to the room. (we are avid swimmers.) I will say the breakfast people overall tanked the visit as far as the staff went. They were very rude. We had a couple things run empty by 8 am and then at 9 am they ran out of coffee in both regular pots, It took them 25 minutes to bring it back out. I would stay here again. Just some things to keep in mind

We love Homewood suites and stay there whenever we are in Williamsburg. However, it’s time for repairs. The stove in our suite had dials in which the settings had been scrubbed off. I actually couldn’t get it on at all. A treadmill in the gym didn’t incline and the screen on the Peloton bike didn’t turn on so logging in to spin wasn’t possible. There was also a sneaker cage missing on the Peloton.

We have been staying at this location for 10 years now, they always been impeccable in everything! They are always supportive, kind and professional, the pool is perfect cool during summer hot on winter, super close to the parks, breakfast is plenty on options, the staff is always always nice, several times we have need to stay an extra night of fun, they always find a way to accommodate us even going the extra mile in offering us the best options and ways to save money in each of our last minutes extra nights, (even on the busy seasons!) they are the best place for long stays were we try to cook some of our meals and for and Awesome recommendations when we like to have dinner around. At this point we have been on solo journeys, with our daughter and with our 3 nephews, and we have been extremely please with all their room accommodations for every occasion, this hotel has become our home away from home when in the area. Thank you Stacey you make us feel like coming back home every time!

the pet area wasn't very pet-friendly - an poorly maintained slope and marshy area with sign: Watch for snakes --YIKES! the staff was very helpful and friendly; good space overall; had a problem with dishwasher, but extremely friendly, helpful maintenance guy showed us that a switch on the wall needed to be flipped --a label is needed there. very limited breakfast menu compared to other Homewood Suites facilities.

This was the worse hotel I've ever stayed in, not worth the money spent. This is a Hilton brand hotel that should not be called an eco lodge. The room wasn't cleaned before we checked in. I had to clean both bathrooms upon entry. I asked the front desk clerk if the room was service and he admittedly advised it was serviced, that's a lie because when I went to close the door to the children bedroom, there was a soiled diaper behind the door. Not only was this establishment filthy, the ceiling above the fridge was leaking, and the continental breakfast was the worse in the south. We rented two additional rooms for family members and they were locked out of there room because of a problem with the locking device requiring maintenance to remove the entire device to repair while my mother was without her portable oxygen for greater then 40 mins. lastly, after I complained to the front desk clerk and asked for the owners information, they threatened to throw me and my family out. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worse enemy. I will be forwarding supporting documentation and pictures to the Hilton CEO because this establishment shouldn't be affiliated with HILTON.

When we first arrived at the property we were told they overbooked the hotel so we got a free upgrade. That’s where the good stuff ends . Rooms were nasty to say the least. Sofa and armchair where heavily soiled and stained to the point we didn’t use them . The rooms are infested with ants . In the bedrooms the dressers had every single drawer broken . The corner edges in the room were peeling off and we would find them on the floor when we returned to our room . All of this would be ok if this was a super cheap motel but at $300 a night I expect at least a clean room . Feel like i need to take a shower in bleach after staying here.

The customer service was amazing! And it was clean but the sofa bed was horrible old and worn out and ripped up. The covers in the closet were ripped up with holes in them and the condition of the room was old and not worth the money I paid for unfortunately. The pictures online looked better than the room in person.

Excellent stay. The perfect setup for our family of four plus our pup. The staff was very friendly with our pup. Having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen was ideal for one week. We will come back!

Great little hotel in the heart of Williamsburg. I loved the apartment style setup. It was quiet and clean and close to everything I wanted to visit. The breakfast was adequate for it being “free” and the coffee was really good. This is a great place for families or anyone wanting to be a close driving distance to the Williamsburg attractions.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff! Our room was spacious and we were able to have our dog with us. They even have a pet station outside for convenience. We really enjoyed the pool as well. Only thing that could have been a bit better was the air. It was quite loud and would wake me each time it’s came on. I imagine that is probably unique to our room but thought I would mention it. Very grateful to the staff for an enjoyable stay!

Excellent property! The breakfast has a wide array of options (bagels, toast, fruit, muffins, eggs). Two of the days I was there they had pulled pork/pulled smoked chicken for breakfast burritos. The staff they have for the breakfast is awesome. I came down towards the end time both days and the place was spotless. Not a crumb on the tables or the floors. The manager approached me twice on different days to make sure we had everything we needed. Very quiet in the evenings. All the staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming.

The suite was fine. The checkin time was different when I got there than what Expedia had said, so I wound up in a room that was near the front desk which was loud in the morning. It was nice and close to Busch Gardens and Williamsburg.

Three night family trip to Busch Gardens. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but to be expected in pretty much every hotel. The breakfast plates, bowls, and silverware were not always clean so you’d have to pick through to find a clean one. The hotel overall is very clean and kept up well. The front desk workers were all helpful and pleasant. Breakfast started an hour later on weekends compared to weekdays which frustrated us and other guest who had scheduled things at certain times. The housekeeper did a fantastic job as well. This hotel is pet friendly so expect there to be dogs barking in various rooms throughout the day and night. Once in the room you really don’t hear it so it’s not bad. We would stay here again.

The location was great for what we needed. It was convenient for all the historical spots, as well as close to lots of dining options. In general, the staff was friendly and responsive. These were elements that bring it down in my mind. The shower pressure was clearly too high to be contained by curtain and overspray went everywhere. The wallpaper around the shower were peeling back and were showing lots of mildew. The breakfast was very bland and seemingly old. Even the cereal seemed tasteless, and our kids were not even wanting to eat there on day 2 and 3.

We stayed about a week because our floors were being refinished. During that time, housekeeping never asked if we needed service. At one point, my husband asked if they could vacuum our room since we brought our cat who had gotten litter on the already very worn rug. The room appeared to be clean upon arrival but was in dire need of updating. The breakfast was uneatable…watery oatmeal, powdered eggs…
