We booked this place because it had an indoor pool and hot tub. We checked in and were informed that both the hot tub and pool were out of service and were closed. We had 4 children who were looking forward to swimming for a month and they were all very upset about the pool being closed. The room was visually clean, but if you looked closer it was not up to (my) standards. The air conditioner was not staying on, and our room was very hot for sleeping. The bathroom has no fan, gets steamy when you shower. In fact, there was no fan at all in the room and therefore we had no noise buffer to cancel out all the usual hotel noises you hear throughout the night 🙄 No tv guides in the room so you’re just guessing what each channel is while flipping through. WiFi was really slow and weak as well.

Very convenient to colonial Williamsburg, clean, nice beds, indoor pool was great for kids. Nice staff but they were very tied up so wondering of they were under staffed a bit. Nice lobby.

Great hotel! Check in and out was quick; Andre was very knowledgeable and friendly. The pool and hot tub were great--clean, well maintained, and stocked with towels. The fitness center has a nice variety of equipment. The room was extremely clean and well appointed. It was nice having a microwave as well as a mini fridge. I loves that the hand soap is in a bottle on the wall instaed of those icky little bar soaps that lay on the counter. We did not try the restaurant because there are several eateries within a few minutes drive. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Front desk staff was nice and helpful and got us checked in with no issues. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet and located close to restaurants and a few miles from Busch Gardens. The pool area could use some attention. Took daughter down to the pool and there were not clean pool towels and the dirt towels were overflowing out of the towel bin. The water in the pool was cloudy and the hot tub was filled with form which is a sign of it being dirt or the pH balance being off. Over all would stay again if in the area.

We have stayed at a lot of hotels. This one was clean!! We went swimming in the indoor pool! A nice gym was available. As well as a bar and dining option. The staff was super friendly and helped me pick out a local pizza place! We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!!!

This is a good location close to everything. Easy to get in and out. Good parking. The facility is a little dated. The lounge never opened at time scheduled. The pool was nice for the kids. This is the third time I have stayed here.

Overall this property was great! The pool & hot tub was very nice. The room were comfortable & clean. Super convenient to all the attractions that the Williamsburg area has to offer. They have a little restaurant/ bar area we did not utilize but looked nice. Would definitely stay here again.

I did not stay in the hotel. Upon checkin and walking into my room the smell was so bad and it had a damp feel. I checked out and made a reservation at another hotel. You all should refund my money! Extremely dissatisfied with the experience

The main complaint is the in unit AC. It is incredibly loud. We tried switching rooms, but it was just as bad. We also overheard other guests making the same remarks. We had a king bed suit and had to sleep on the pullout couch in the main room. The pullout mattress is very bad, so you get to choose between a very loud room with an average hotel bed or a fairly quiet room(ignoring hallway traffic) with a thin and flimsy spring mattress. The breakfast is a $15 buffet with about the worst quality buffet food you can picture. If you’re okay with fake eggs, plastic waffles, and expired fruit, then you’re in for a treat.

Check-in was great! The front desk attendant was able to assign or party’s rooms on the same floor across the hall from each other.. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which had plenty of room for our family of six. The bathrooms had Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The bed was comfortable. Definitely we would stay here again.

Staff was attentive and kind especially Marian at the front desk and Kerri in the dining area. The room was clean and large enough for a family of 5. The pool area was amazing and outdoor hang out spot. The food was decent and kids eat free mostly. Overall great experience and will stay again.

Nice property friendly staff but They kept putting charges on my credit card that didn’t belong there. As of right now it’s over $100 even though I went to their desk twice. I don’t know if it’s because I used almost $100 in orbucks and they’re trying to make it up somehow but I’ve never had a hotel constantly putting charges on my card and when I go to the desk they don’t really have a good reason why they’re on there and claim they’re taking them off but they’re still on and I checked out yesterday. If anymore show up or the other charges are not taking off , unfortunately I’m going to have to shut my credit card down and notify The credit card company.

Property does not have hours until 10 A.M for the breakfast I paid for. They close at 9:30 for breakfast, listing 10 online. The breakfast I paid for I did not get. Furthermore, they charge a $50 security deposit. 3.5 weeks after my stay they are still holding my money on the security deposit as pending. They have never released my money back to me.

We went to the ice cold indoor pool on our first night. I hung up my daughter’s bathing suit on the back of the bathroom door to dry. We spent the following day at Busch Gardens. Upon returning to our room, it was evident that housekeeping had been in our room, and half of my daughter’s bathing suit was no longer on the hook in the bathroom. It was no longer in the room at all. It could be that housekeeping knocked it off the hook and mixed it up with the towels, but either way, it was missing after housekeeping was in the room. I engaged the front desk attendant and she first treated it like lost and found, then after a long drawn out way of not believing that housekeeping had taken my daughter’s bathing suit, said that she would talk to the housekeeping manager and call me after doing so, which she never did. When checking out the following morning, I asked if housekeeping had turned in my daughter’s bathing suit that they had taken out of my room the day before, and her response was “if you didn’t see housekeeping take the bathing suit with your own eyes, then it didn’t happen.” Basically both attendants, instead of trying to find out how my daughter’s bathing suit disappeared from our room, they both just called me a liar.

The check in process was a little embarrassing. Their system had been down but not before clerk told me it was declined and I needed to use another method of payment. I actually pre booked and understood you need for incidentals but was taken back that I needed to provide another method … before checking to see if it was their system… which it was. There were multiple people line and was embarasssd.

This hotel was great! Only spent one night but they actually upgraded us to the two bedroom suite since the two rooms reserved wouldn’t be near each other! Excellent customer service! Room was really nice and clean! Hotel had wonderful amenities even though we didn’t have a chance to use them! I would definitely stay here again!!

Property was good however, when i ordered sprite in the dining hall i had soap in my glass and it tasted awful. The bartender was very nice in correcting it. Just took a long time to get the taste out of my mouth.

The breakfast buffet was great. Very good variety. The room was very nice also. The only negative was the bar. It was barely stocked so we couldn’t enjoy a nice drink. We were told they were very short staffed in that area. Other than that it was a very enjoyable 2 day stay.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing as you are charged a fee for breakfast. From pictures it appeared you would have a menu option meal. Unfortunately, it was an already prepared breakfast that was cold. No pancakes or waffles offered. There are a great deal of restaurants in the area that would have been easy to get to in order to have breakfast.I would not recommend breakfast here.

We came here for the shopping and Busch Gardens Christmas Town and had a great time. The Bartender was awesome. All the staff was. The food was very good as well! I will return.

Wonderful staff. Clean queen suite. Great breakfast buffet (you pay extra but it’s much cheaper through Expedia’s discount). Would definitely stay here again.
