Brandywine Valley Inn SureStay Plus by Best Western

No bath size towels. Air conditioner did not work. Weird smell in room.

Upon check in the card reader for credit/debit cards was reading decline. I contacted my bank in front of the clerk and the bank confirmed the money was pulled. I tried my card 3 more times and it still came back declined. Nonetheless a back up card took care of the hotel stay despite me being charged with my bank that I have to no dispute. There were noisy guest below me and beside me. I’m a BX girl so I’m use to all kind of noises and traffic. First off these people were outside their room at 4am yelling, talking loud and laughing as if they were only ones staying at the hotel. I called the front desk and about 20 minutes later the noise stopped.

Overall a good hotel at the price you pay. A nice location for shopping and easy access to 95 a short distance away.
