The room could have been a little cleaner. The bed sheets looked like they weren't replaced. There was a dirt ring in the bath tub. The folding table was stuck together. The elevator was broken. Children were getting confused about how to get the next elevator. The elevator issue was a hazard that should have been addressed as an emergency.

The property was along the riverfront as well as near many restaurants. Very clean and very relaxing. However, there was a parking charge per day of close to $12. That either should be included in the charge of the room or one overall charge.

Disappointed in this place. Didn’t feel clean, they charge for parking when there are acres of parking very near by, and the supposedly included breakfast was not available. I received a “refund” for the breakfast in the form of Hilton Loyalty points due to room being booked through Hotels.com couldn’t give the $15 refund. Needless to say I won’t be going back!

Rooms and staff were wonderful. Breakfast was included and there were several options to choose from. Gym was clean and rooms were very spacious and comfortable. A little extra time could be spent on cleaning the rooms would be beneficial (dust coming from wall vent on the door/wall, around handles on cupboards and baseboards). Overall, great stay.

I didn’t like the parking. I chose this hotel because it came with parking. After returning to hotel from a show approximately 10:30 PM , I found the parking lot full. I was instructed by front desk that I would have to exit the lot and go park down the street at Planet fitness. Not very happy about that at all.

The Riverfront views, footpaths, and nearby restaurants made our stay memorable. It’s an easy walk to the Amtrak Station and we appreciated the onsite laundry room after all the tourist walking we did in DC.

Very nice amenities, beautiful views, easy to find, ample parking right at the property. Some of the property could use some care- one of the elevators was out of order, the ice machine was out of order and the snack area was all but empty. Our room was very nice with one exception- the bathroom had not been cleaned very well after the last guest- there was urine on the wall & floor and hair on the floor from the previous guest as well.

The breakfast selection was very Average and it wasn’t kept warm. Bedding didn’t fit the beds and a pull down blind was missing. My biggest complaint was that the hotel charged for parking!!! $13/night!! It was an open parking in the lot! Ridiculous!

Convenient riverfront location . Parking situation is a little annoying but doable . They should offer valet services to accommodate the limited parking as a good gesture . Dirty towel was left in the closet in the room , housekeeping perhaps didn’t see it when tidying up .

Cleanliness was not what i expect in a hotel. There was clearly no attention to detail. I was not able to get a replacement room due to my time constraints and had to end up booking into another hotel. Piles of dirt in the corners, milkshake splashed on the inside of the window, sticky floor and table, dead flies on the floor, dirt in the vent. With the state of the room, i was not prepared to sleep in that room. There was some kind of event going on and i waited in a long line to get an exchange, but i was in town for an appointment so i had to leave.

All was good until we noticed in the morning that the bed we were sleeping in had 2 pairs of dirty socks in it and a lot of dirty spots on the fitted sheet and quilted blanket. And there was a dirty out in the closet. Alerted the front desk and got an empty apology with zero eye contact, she could not have cared less!

Our suite was dirty. We had dirty sheets, sticky dirty floors and countertops. The bathroom floor was dirty as well. The whole place was not cleaned at all. We did call the front desk to request our sheets to be changed and they did so. I should have asked for a different room but after a 5 hour drive we were exhausted. There were multiple parties who smoked inside the hotel. Horrific experience.

The lady at the front desk was nice, she did a good job while helping us checking in. The hotel lobby and outside was nice. But the bedroom was horrible. The floors were dirty, the bed looks like they didn’t even change the sheets between guests. The towels had hairs stocked in it. Luckily they had a bag in the closet with two extra sheets and blanket. The only reason I booked that hotel was because of all the good reviews about the hotel being clean.

Property was very nice staff very nice I only had two issues with it.I had to pay for parking and the room that I was in was very nice but the whole wall was made up of windows but there were only like some transparent blinds to be pulled down so tons of light at night when trying to sleep.

Staff was really nice. The location was great - right on a riverwalk so it was nice to get some exercise and walk to several good restaurants. The room was very clean. The internet did not work on the TV, though they did try to fix it. But that is my only complaint!

Hotel was nice, however the breakfast was subpar at best. No coffee very little to chose from. All the employees but one were very rude, and we requested more towels and coffee for our room and it took so long, Hours. That we had to go find housekeeping ourselves. So as far as the hotel it was nice, but very disappointing for a Hilton brand hotel. Also BEWARE there is a $12.00 a day parking fee that no one new about in our party of 10 with a total of 5 rooms and none of us were aware until we we got there. We will not be returning to this one.

I enjoyed the riverwalk area, a walking path along the riverfront behind the hotel. Customer service was poor. I waited 20 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk when I arrived. The front desk staff was generally very unhelpful!!! The room was nice and the view was acceptable but not overlooking the river as advertised for this location. The kitchen is clean and well-stocked, and the beds are comfortable. However, the closet door was broken. I had difficulty accessing the closet to hang my clothes, and the television didn\'t work. I reported this on Friday evening when I checked in. I left the hotel room at 11:00 am the following day and returned later that day to find the closet door partially fixed, with one sliding door opened, allowing access to hang my clothes. The other door was still broken/jammed, and the television\'s live channels were working, but none of the other advertised "free" apps, such as Netflix, YouTube, etc, worked. The floor and carpet could have been cleaner, and the room was dusty. The bathroom was clean, but I could not adjust the showerhead; it was stuck in one position. Housekeeping is every other day unless requested. I only requested housekeeping provide fresh towels and trash removal daily. Housekeeping was one of the few services offered quickly and with a smile. The free breakfast was okay, but the 24-hour coffee was excellent! There was an unsightly water leak in the ceiling. Overall, I rate my stay at 5 out of 10.

There was some kind of domestic violence happening in a room around us that went on for 3 hours. Multiple women were sobbing and screaming. I called the front desk and they said “security would look into it”…nothing stopped until after 3 AM…if I was not half asleep I should have called the police. But after several calls why didn’t the front desk call the police if it went on so long? Disappointing…their lack of quick safety resolution in the middle of the night. I inquired more in the AM as I checked out and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about!! And didn’t offer so much as an apology for lack of resolution so guests could sleep. Maybe this happens a lot there…either way I will NEVER stay there again.

When i arrived at the hotel i went to the front desk and told the receptionist there what my name is and said hey where is your restroom. I went to the restroom and when i came back to pay 5 mins later she said oh yeah mrs strong we moved your room to the westin. I said huh? She said no worries we will pay for it. I drove over and they didn’t have a room booked dor me and i had to pay the weatin amount because i didnt have a walk over letter from the homewood suites hotel. I was tired. I had been driving for 4 hours and needed to rest. I ended up paying twice. Homewood had already charged me. I still dont know why my room was moved to the westin.

The hotel has a Great Location it is about 30 Minutes from Philadelphia International Airport. The Staff is Friendly and Helpful. Being on the Riverfront, You have Access to several Restaurants within a short walk. Also the Riverwalk itself is a pleasant and safe place for a nice Stroll.

The hotel is in a great location especially for attending events at the Chase center. The hotel could do some little things to make it 5stars, like improve the breakfast offering. The eggs were terrible, very little bacon was available (and what was left was burnt). We went to breakfast at 8:30. No other protein options (greek yogurt). Bananas were all green. Additionally, an elevator was not working all weekend and the entrance was wet and very SLIPPERY. Bad weather weekend but extra mats should have been at the front entrance to make the tiles less slippery.

Poor breakfast options powered eggs in 2024 not enough food or staff to clean up or prepare food. The lounge furniture was dirty sofas need to be deep cleaned and stream cleaned. The rooms were dirty the floors, the sheets, the pillows had yellow spots, the mattresses etc. I tired to get a room at other hotels and they were all booked so I had to stay at this dirty hotel.Staff nasty and no room service.
