The underground parking was a nightmare.

Inside Parking garage is one of the worst ive ever visited. Loved the security of how you enter into the garage. But the super tight parking spaces was a real bummer for someone who drives a 3 row suv. But i will say that the overall conveniences of the garage is spot on. You jump on elevator to go to lobby and the room elevators are right across where you come off. No long walk with bags, and kids who are tired, and mom and dad who are miserable. Another issue i had but this issue maybe out of the properties control is the amount of loitering displaced individuals lurking around the property as you roll up to this amazing building. It's a tad overwhelming. I'm from NYC so I'm not new to it but it doesn't stop me from feeling uncomfortable when someone is walking where I'm staying and asking for money while I'm with my family or even by myself. Not sure what you can do but just letting it be known. Also one last thing and it's totally in the properties power to change. I forgot her name but the clerk at the front desk had a very bland attitude, i called to make sure that my online check in was okay because I've never done a online check in before. And i was at a wedding and couldn't get away to meet at the front desk for check in. The long hold was irritating enough. No hold music just complete SILENCE for 9mins. I had to call back. Even then she put me on yet another BRIEF hold smh. We really need to work on the customer service with the front desk clerk

Despite the rate being $ 169 a night with $ 20 for parking all of the additional fees and taxes pushed it up to well over $ 400 for two nights. Then you had the privilege of paying $ 20 for breakfast that was no nicer than a Comfort Inn.

Rooms and service were great. Hotel was dated and needs updating. Worst part was elevators were inoperable. Had to carry luggage up to 2nd floor and take service elevator to our floor

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Loved the shower which included handheld shower wand. However. Parking garage is tight and only for small cars.

Seems to have issues with the elevators not working.

Parking situation is not good. I'm not sure considering the space that's available what can be done but the parking space on the lower levels are so narrow that everybody has problems parking and then getting in and out of their car.

Everything was excellent, but the parking can be a little challenge because the garage only fit car 6' or less and we have a Chevrolet Silverado pickup and didn't fit so we have to find parking on the street.

Hotel room was great. It’s quiet at night around the area. Hotel receptionist suggested taking Uber to water front. Parking lot has roll up metal gate. Be aware of the parking fee & not included in the total cost . Read the hotel property detail & stated 16 per night. Then the hotel charged me $24 per night. Contacted hotel directly & no help. Contacted Hotel.com chat & able to settled the parking cost .

Elevators frightening and dirty A/C not working well

Room had a stale smoke smell. One evening, the smell of marijuana was noticeable in our room. Hotel needs a remodel: doors are scratched on the outside. Bed and pillows were too soft. It was nice to have a sink in the little kitchenette area. Sitting table in the living room only had one chair. Short on staff: one woman (who was amazing) ran the breakfast and starbucks counter. I would not stay again.

Room was really nice . View was awesome ! Bed was really comfortable ! My son said the pull out bed was comfy too . The place was really clean but the elevators were gross . I don’t think it was really their fault though people will always be slobs . The only thing that sucks was breakfast was not included and 18$ a person . When I booked it said breakfast , so my bad for figuring it was free I guess.

The staff from the time we arrived until the time we departed was great. They were all very friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and if we needed anything the staff was accessible.

I like that it’s pet friendly and the full bar and restaurant on site. Starbucks coffee on site was nice. The room itself needs to be cleaned better rug was old stained and the walls also.

Hotel needs renovation and not as clean as hotels we have stayed in the past.

There were holes in the walls, lightbulbs out in the hallway, missing bathroom amenities, dirty sink, beat up and horribly maintained elevators, the elevator key touch to get up to floors didn’t work, allowing ANYBODY up to any of the floors and rooms, terrible parking garage with the spaces too close and too difficult to get in and out. Terribly over priced for what you get. I left early because it was an overall terrible hotel. The only saving grace where the lovely women who checked me in and out.

I didn’t like the bathtub it didn’t look white dirty , I also there was white spots on The table

This property was not completely terrible . Upon checking in representative to me was not friendly . I am from a completely different state from where the hotel was located . Recommendations , letting the guest know what is on the property, hours for the hotel restaurant mabey even local favorites . Just being more hospitable and friendly would have been nice. Our room our towels had some staining on them in our bathroom . And our stink was backed up in our bathroom and took extremely long for the water to go down . The guest elevators in the entire hotel were down during my out causing the entire hotel to use their 1 freight elevator and then the steps . This made it a little difficult for my family traveling with small children . I was told one price for Incidental fee over the phone then upon arrival it was a different amount . I will state some positives the bed was extremely comfortable the bedrooms were clean and the common areas of the hotel was really up kept . I will say upon checking out the representatives were really sweet and apologetic for the elevator outage .

The shower was clogged with someone else hair hanging out of the drain. Called front desk multiple times to send someone up to Address the issue. We had been there for a run and we all needed to shower quickly to get out at checkout time. Sent someone up 20-30 mins later who put something down the drain and told us we would need to wait another 10-20 mins…

The rooms were cold and the heating unit was very noisy. As a result, I barely got any sleep.

Room - what you see on website is what you get in the king suite - sofa bed not in front on tv and one wire chair next to a round table which was supposed to go up and down, but didn't Plenty of outlets and usb chargers. Very safe underground parking for which we were not charged and the reason we chose this hotel.

The room was a terrific size, and the layout was great. However, the shower could not get the water to come out out of the overhead spout only the handheld, and it created a big sloppy mess on the floor for a room that is designed to accommodate for a guest, there should've been more towels and more complementary coffee and tea in the room.

I checked in around 10:30pm it was last minute. Now the room was cool but around 11:30-12 I found out the heat did not work in the room I had. We had to wrap up in the blanket to stay warm. Not my first time there either. Then downstairs ain’t seem to really care. Hey learned a lesson for future reservations.

Lots of space, nice lighting and furniture (the adjustable height table was particularly cool), and really friendly staff. They get the little details in the rooms right, too - plenty of outlets for charging, night light in the bathroom, etc.

Nice big room. Comfy bed. Shower tall enough for 6’8” tall me

Very clean, quiet, very good mattress, nice staff. The only problem is that the separated bedrooms in suites are separated with persian door through which you can see/hear like if they were not there. We wanted a separate bedroom for privacy which those doirs do not permitt.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean.

I had no hot water in my show for two days.

We had isdues with our door not oprning nor closing. Got transferred to another room and parking comped. Staff were very helpful and appologized profusely. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was great Abigail accommodated me with an earlier check-in at no extra cost. Amazing customer service definitely will visit again.

Don't expect anything more than the minimum if you stay at this property. The front desk was unstaffed when I arrived, and the he lobby was dark and uninviting. The room itself was spacious, but there were stains and paint scrapes throughout. The bed linens were scratchy. No clock in the room. Bonus point however for a shower with water pressure and hot water. The restaurant was staffed by a single person, and the menu itself was underwhelming for the price. The next morning I was told that it would be $20 for an "all you can eat breakfast buffet" that a discount hotel would provide for free. The only reason I'd stay here again is if were coming to town to see a show, due to the convenience of location near the Opera House. Apart from that, no thanks.

Out of all the staff members there was 1 that was nice and a maintenance worker. I am a platinum customer and was treated poorly.

Good service and quick check in.

Check in was quick and easy. Employer at desk got straight to it.... took payment... told us what floor we were on as he gave us our keys and how parking worked. The only thing I did not appreciate was another customer came up during my check in asking to be let up to level 11... employee walked away to assist her before completing my transaction. Though it only took a few minutes, I did feel it was rude of the customer not to wait in line. Also caught me off guard that the employee did not politely tell her he would assist her in a moment. But I could tell he was just trying to help everyone as he was the only one behind the desk

The front desk clerk… lack good customer service skills, soured the stay

I normally stay at Hilton hotels, but this Sheraton was top notch! The hotel is conveniently located off I95, the parking is decent compared to the hotels in the area, and the hotel is spotless. The restaurant was opened during my stay but I ordered Uber Eats. The room is a very large size, everything was spacious. The bathroom was perfect, a midge on the smaller side but hooks everywhere, and the bed was soooo comfortable!!! Stay here, you won’t regret it.

The amenities were pretty good. The front desk lady was great. She made sure we were aware of everything that was available to us. Location was excellent. Downtown but not in the middle of downtown

the location within walking distance to most eateries and shopping.

We had a wedding down the street and chose the Sheraton for our stay. Nice, clean, cozy and spacious room. It was very convenient to walk to and from the wedding. We found a parking garage within walking distance and another family member found parking on the street - which was free on the weekend.

The back window of our car was smashed and broken into. Area was dirty and we felt very unsafe.

The area was too industrial. Unless it is a business trip, there is nothing to do!!!

I was driving to Boston and needed a place to stop over. I had called the hotel and was quoted over $250 for the room, but when I went on Expedia, I was able to get it for $160 /-. I did pay to park and that was additional. The hotel is in a corporate neighborhood, so it felt safe and well traveled. There are some good restaurants within walking distance, so that was great. Marcel at the bar was especially friendly. I wouldn’t bother with the Starbucks in the lobby. One of the hotel staff jumps back there and makes a terrible latte.

Loved it! Great home base for the events we attended in Wilmington and visiting Philly.

Great stay but breakfast was basic and not really a buffet worth 20pp the usual eggs and bacon waffles cereal which is usually free at most but other then that it was ok. Rooms were pretty and comfy blankets are a bit thin but we always have extra in car.

I received great service by the barista Shantel at the Starbucks cafe daily. She was friendly and very personable. The hotel should definitely honor her for her customer service.

The restaurant was closed and the menu for the bar was a tad limited.
