This place is gross! I would never stay here again. Its old, dirty, and lots of things broken. We didn't have an elevator, the door handle on the fridge was missing, the faucet in the shower wouldn't turn off and to top it all off there was a cockroach in the shower!

Don't be lured by the '7' rating Hotels.com lists with the property listing. It's cheap for a reason, and likely bots with the rating. While the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind, the conditions- just no! At check-in, a mini lobby (imagine hallway), filled with guests checking were notified that the elevator was down (until September), I can't do stairs for health reasons. Fortunately, despite the full parking lot, they said they had ONE left, with hesitance. Well, I discovered the hesitation was for a reason. 1. The door did not budge until I hip checked it open, due to damage. 2. After dropping my bags, I briefly looked around and noticed bugs crawling near and from behind the headboard (no not spiders, I think I could have managed). But then, as I pulled out the desk chair, that was covered in some white milky residue...no...no way! I left to go talk to the front desk, but previous guests who checked in before me, were complaining about the adjoining door to the next room didn't have a lock and more guests complaining about other issues. I went back to grab my things to leave and request a refund, but took more intentional stock of the room before leaving: cigarette burned curtains, burnt counters covered by an appliance, heavy damage to doors, and walls everywhere haphazardly repaired. Hallways smelt of MJ and cigarettes passing certain doors. I easily rec'd a refund. Again, front desk was very kind and I'm thankful for her!

We booked two nights but left first thing in the morning after the first night. This place is terrible. The immediate issue is the smell when you walk in the door. Boxes are piled up behind the front desk. The doors in the bathroom and in the closet couldn't close because they weren't square. This hotel is a complete mess. All the fire doors in the stairway are blocked open, and there are machinery sounds all throughout the building. This was an absolutely hideous experience. Never again.
