Room clean and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the kitchenette however no pots/pans, utensils or dishes supplied but I I did bring supplies just in case 😊. The pool was cleaned and they supply pool towels. Thank you

Outside property area needed attention just about everywhere you looked. Our room was clean except for when checking bedding. Found one bed mattress pad badly. Stained.

We decided to rent the honeymoon suite for a last minute anniversary getaway. Check in was easy, the staff was nice. Our room less than ideal, it's the last room on the bottom floor facing the bay and the road. We specifically rented this room for the jacuzzi and not only did the water not get hot AT ALL, the jacuzzi does not work. We called about the hot water, guy said he would send someone but did not. Tried to call back and he wouldn't answer. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. Hard as a rock. It didn't feel safe like a safe location. The door had clearly been busted in, the lock didnt reach. People kept walking in front of our windows. It was far from romantic. The outside hot tub didn't work or have water in it. Dirty towels. Over all very run down. Would not stay ever again or recommend to anyone. We ended up leaving and not staying for a second night.

I stayed in one of the most amazing rooms. I mistakenly booked the honeymoon suite for myself after I fell in love with the view in the online pic. Room was clean and smelled great, bed was comfy and the rain head shower was the absolute best.
