When there for the pool and hot tub for the night with the family and it was closed and construction going on everwhere around the hotel was not informed about it till we got there was not a pleasant stay with crying kids about the pool they wanted to go home not a good place for the price we paid seems like a wast

Great property, the only thing you need to know is that the pool is nowhere near as big as it looks in the pictures. About the size of a standard hotel room with a 2/3 size hot tub, it gets the job done, but it’s pretty tiny.

My room was very clean! And despite many parts of the hotel being renovated, the renovations did not cause any issue for me.

Property was ok but lack basic amenities. Pool was not functional when visited.

These days I generally pick hotels based on the pool for my 3 year old. This pool was wonderful. Warm in the pool room and the pool water was like bath water. Very enjoyable stay plus the pool stayed open late!

The hot tub was out of order! The water in the pool very cold too! You’d think for almost $200/night you’d at least get to go in the hot tub, and not just pay for the 4 walls in the room…I’d like a partial refund please for both rooms, thanks!

Renovations were happening but did not affect our stay. Seemed to have it contained to areas not in use. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Plenty of places to grab food and fuel up.

The property was in a convenient location. However, there were white clumps of dust ((?) behind the TV set and the lamp bases were dusty and full of fingerprints. They had not been wiped down. Black marks were on a wall in the room that could have easily been cleaned with a little effort. Handrails in the bathroom were not convenient to use. The area was quiet and we did sleep well, just felt that it fell a little short in the area of cleanliness. The breakfast choices were good and enjoyed by my husband and grandson. We did not have coffee in the room. Both my husband and I felt it didn’t measure up to other Fairfield Inns we’ve stayed with in the past and needed an upgrade.

We only stayed for one night but everything was clean and comfortable. The front desk was extremely helpful and all the employees we met were very friendly. The location was excellent. Easy to get around to everything.

Bathroom was not cleaned very well. Hair in the shower and the toilet wasn’t clean. Old food on the walls in the room. Just a bad cleaning crew for sure!

As a person who is reluctant to sleep on hotels I have to say this visit made me very comfortable! The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable too! The AC kept the room cool although it was a bit loud in addition to being in the room behind the elevator so we heard it through the wall when it went up or down Breakfast was ok typical selection of items Overall I would stay here again as long as they keep up with the conditions

Bathroom was dated, shower was gross, sink leaks. Windows were dirty.

The first thing we did when we arrive was to check for bed bugs. We found a huge blood stain below the mattress and on the wall. We switched room, no blood stain this time but the curtains, translucent curtains, were dirty. Those translucent curtains were the only curtains we had, the privacy was almost absent.

Everything was very nice except the mattress & pillows they were very uncomfortable...mattress actually felt like an old spring mattress. Also the highway was very loud outside our room.

There is a great breakfast, and the staff are attentive. But, I was there several days and had no housekeeping services. Perhaps it’s on demand only? Avoid Room 217– intermittent security lights on a transformer outside shine through the translucent curtains all night. The a/c unit is quite loud. There is a $20/night amenities charge (security deposit) that is removed after you check out and they determine you did not trash the room. So many annoyances in a place that used to be quite nice. Come on, Fairfield Marriott Concord, you can do better. At least the breakfast is top notch!

We are in what the front desk person referred to as a “remodeled king room” on the first floor. It’s small, but adequate. Barebones, really. Hard to determine what the remodeling improvements were, since it’s pretty plain. There’s a refrigerator, but no microwave. It’s quiet, though. A major deficiency is the absence of any plug ins for computers, phones and other electronic devices on the desk or bed stands. I had to pull out the bedside table to find an electrical outlet. And I was very surprised (irritated) to discover there was no hot water for my shower; that’s pretty basic! The breakfast was quite good. There was no luggage rack in the room, but when we requested one, they tracked one down for us. Thus my rating of just ok.

I wish I could have regulated the temperature. I tried repeatedly, to no avail. Also another chair would have been good, as there were two of us and one chair.

Arrival - lots of parking available Check in - went very quickly and very friendly completed in under 5 mins. Room- clean, perfect for what we needed. We were on the front side of the hotel nearest to I-93. I had seen many ppl complain about this. To be honestly as a light sleeper it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. Early evening it was busy and loud we thought it would be a long loud night. but by the time we went to bed it was much quieter out there so not overly bothersome my family slept through the night no issues, me being a light sleeper I woke a few times due to louder vehicles passing but overall slept well. Would potentially ask for backside the next time because of being a light sleeper but if only option was front side I’d still stay here. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Pool - some poeple had mentioned it was very small. Yes it was a smaller pool but at the time we were there we were mostly alone so the pool was actually the perfect size for my 6yo and 2yo to swim around and enjoy in the evening. We were in town for another event so having a pool was a bonus for us. Breakfast - was great lots of options. Check out - was done in less than 30 seconds. Location - ideal close to I-93 close to the downtown Main Street and other shopping options and restaurants. Overall - we would stay here again if ever in the area.

Front desk staff was super friendly and check in took no time at all; spacious and clean room; bed was firm and very comfortable. Next to a freeway and the traffic noise is pretty high but it died down at night.

The reason i love Fairfields is because the suite has a living room area with a pull out couch that is low to ground and has its own tv that is separate from bed tv. We have 2 young kids. They can get in and out of bed easily and have there own area. Wish they rented a shower rod and curtains to make that area a bit more separate.

The internet accessibility for devices that require wi-fi is absolutely horrible

The property is clean, smells a bit like bleach/chlorine. The walls are very thin and we can hear a lot of the people around us.

Fairfield is always our go to when visiting Concord, NH. Always friendly staff, easy check in, clean and comfortable rooms and we especially like that it is close to downtown Main street.

We chose this hotel because it had a hottub. We travel quite frequently and enjoy the luxuries of being able to relax. Our room smelled like marijuana and we were never informed the pool/hottub facilities were not usable. We never received notification and the front desk concierge did not inform us upon check in. We found out when we put our suits on, walked down to the lobby and saw the sign on the door. Overall, the room (aside from the odor) was nice. However, we will be looking into other hotels for our next trip to the area.

It’s a very good hotel that is conveniently located near Downtown Concord. However, they appeared to be understaffed and didn’t respond to our request to have our room made. They did have free breakfast and a nice pool. Overall, a good place to stay.

The front desk clerk was eating at the front desk and sitting at a chair. Hotel carpet in hallway dirty from renovation. Front desk staff NEVER acknowledged you as you were coming or going and they all seemed to be just sitting there

Room was not ready upon arrival. Cable chord was gone so no tv service. We had to pack up and move to another room. No ironing board or soap in that room. We had to call room service again. Rowdy kids screaming in the halls for an hour.

A fantastic place to stay. My second stay here! All of the staff from housekeeping to management are great. They go above & beyond to be accommodating!

The reception desk was exceptional The breakfast attendant was either frazzled or purposely unhelpful The pool should have a policy of 1adult supervision per 4 underage guests (under 18). There were dis regulated and disrespectful teenagers throwing football and basketball in the pool area. They were also playing with the basketball in the breakfast area.

I was told i could have a late checkout at 12pm when i checked in. Then at 10:40am, before regular checkout, they woke me by calling my room repeatedly to ask if i planned to check out at 11. When i said no, 12, they said okay. Then they knocked repeatedly at 11:15am. I will not be staying again or recommending to anyone. Spend a little more and stay at the ones up the street.

Overall it was great! The staff was very friendly. It was a very busy weekend at this hotel and only one elevator. There was a homeless camp set up right behind the hotel.

Decent room, decent breakfast. Kind of a sketchy area. Rooms either face an extremely busy interstate or a garbage-filled area below train tracks.

Conveniently located for easy on and off the highway access. Very Clean facility and friendly staff. Feel like we were overcharged for the Room but otherwise a nice place.

It was hard to find the drive entrance. We had to use Onstar because the entrance was NOT well marked - the sign (easily missed) simply stated lodging. The driveway had to go through an entrance that passed power transmission before getting to the hotel. They should have a FAIRFIELD INN sign instead of lodging.

The breakfast was very well prepared. Every single one of the front desk associates were above and beyond friendly. I will always come back to this hotel when visiting family in Concord.

Was old the sidewalk was very bad the breakfast was not enough two days their was enough apples and oranges but no bread

Room was very clean, attractive, spacey, and comfortable. Breakfast area had plenty of tables for eating, and breakfast was very tasteful, with good choices. Overall, this was a pleasant place to stay!

The breakfast had limited options for people who can't eat starches. The "scrambled" eggs were absolutely disgusting! There was one yogurt in the fridge. The lighting in the bathroom area was awful! The lighting in the shower/toilet area was ridiculously bright so you were blinded if you got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The lighting over the sink/mirror was dark and yellow so you couldn't see in the mirror very well. The trash/recycle can was tiny so we ended up having an overflow of trash. We forgot a toothbrush. We called down to the front desk and there wasn't one to be had. Not a complimentary one or one in the little on-site store.

It was indicated by Expedia that they had a restaurant. They did not. They did have Continental breakfast. When coming in from the rain being wet and tired we were not looking forward to going back out to eat.

This is a standard Marriott Bonvoy property; the breakfast is quite good, the staff were great, the room is comfortable and clean, and the cost was reasonable. Only negatives are that there are few amenities available (a very limited snack shop, no bar or restaurant)--and the location is perplexing--it is off a main road but situated on a dead end behind what appeared to be a power plant. You would need to drive to get to the restaurant closest by (or walk maybe 1/2-1 mile, but it appeared to be closed already on a Thursday by 10). Would not dissuade anyone from staying here, just would want them to be aware that they need to eat before hand, or be mobile.
