It was close to my training facility as well as had a lot of amenities and dining options nearby. The elevator was having issues and was unpredictable. Housekeeping was inconsistent but staff were pleasant enough during my stay.

Pubic hairs on the bathroom floor when we checked in. We had some friends staying at the other end of the hall, they had the same issue when they checked in. Maybe this location should consider vacuuming between guests, instead of (I assume) just running a mop on the floor.

We were there for a VFW banquet the food was very good and reasonably priced. The room was very clean, the king bed was very comfortable even the pillows were very nice.

The room walls are really thin, so you can hear TV from the neighbors. The main complaint though is that if you forget anything there - consider it lost. We forgot headphones inside the table shelf and called within an hour to ask to find and mail it to us, but the staff " couldn't find nothing even though they looked really hard for it". Also, as an explanation, we were told that upon check in we signed a paper saying that the hotel is not responsible for anything missing from the room.

This was a work trip, we had reserved 3 separate rooms. Each of our rooms had issues. One the toilet wouldnt flush and didnt have hot water day 1. Another room had no hot water and the shower handle fell off. The other room had the lock/door card pass falling off the door. Check in was very uninformative, no information provided about services. Check out was amazing, the lady was super knowledgeable.

Ellie at the front desk was kind and helpful when I had any questions. The gentleman working in the restaurant was also extremely kind and helpful I do forget his name though sorry! Overall I would definitely stay again if needed!

We have stayed in several Holiday Inn Express hotels and loved them. This was disappointing. On checking in, we had to wait 10 min for the receptionist to complete a phone call instead of putting them on hold while we were left waiting. Room was out dated. There was no pamphlet explaining amenities or local attractions. There's always a pad and pen. The bed looked like someone had been lying on it. All rumpled. Not sure if the sheets were changed from the last guest. The bed was comfortable though.

I have had an amazing stay so far. Alexis I have to mention as she is very friendly and courteous whenever I went to the front desk for anything during the daytime. All the front desk associates have been great but Alexis definitely is an asset to this Holiday inn. Extended my stay and was easy and no issues.

Hotel was undergoing some renovation, so it wasn't exactly at its best. The computers in the business center are in bad need of upgrading. They are extremely slow. Otherwise, the room was good and the staff was great! The hotel is walking distance from the capital, the bus station and downtown. I'd stay there again.

This was my second visit and I found the hotel excellent for my needs. A hidden gem is the restaurant and bar, both of which I found very reasonably prices, and high quality service and food. Anthony the chef is outstanding.

I really enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is that it was quite expensive. I paid over 30 bucks for a burger, fries and a cocktail, and it was just me there. Everything was great. The service was great as well, but very expensive
