Stayed 1 night

Staff was not present at front desk when checking in and myself and a few other guests waited 20 minutes while the one person at the desk was “helping fix a TV” in one of the rooms. Morning of checkout there was a lot of hammering starting around 7am from the floor above. Otherwise nice location and clean but will unfortunately look at other options next time staying in Concord.

I can't recommend this hotel more! We had a son at UNH Law School in Concord for 3 years and stayed in the hotel about half a dozen times. Every time we were given incredible service and the hotel has excellent amenities, plus the rooms are fantastic. The staff is some of the best in the region. A couple of my favorite things are the automated espresso maker. Any kind of coffee you want in minutes, Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte or regular coffee. The breakfast every morning is very good and the room it's located in is bright and cheerful. There is a movie theatre next door and they give you a coupon for free popcorn. They have chocolates and cookies every night for a treat, plus ice cream for purchase when want a really fun dessert. The restaurant and bar attached to the property (on the 1st floor) is one of the best in the City. They have a wonderful menu, the food is great and their drinks list (Wine, Beer, Whiskey, Bourbon, etc.) is extensive. The gym is located in the basement, but a really nice small gym with all the equipment you need including free weights. The parking garage takes a little practice, but is ultra convenient on the back of the building. Once you park one time, you'll have it down. The location in the city is also fantastic. Can't beat it. Across the street is a new rooftop bar that I totally recommend as well. Don't know when we will be back, but we will miss this wonderful hotel!!!

Beautiful hotel and a great location. Parking is really simple, which is uncommon in city hotels. Fantastic breakfast. Bed wasn't great, but everything else was, so this was a win!

Stayed 7 nights

It was ok. When I booked a luxury King room, I expected some luxury. It was just a room. It had a small refrigerator, but the microwave was in the room with the vending/ice machine down the hall. The toiletries were fine. Nothing I felt was high-dollar. The towels were not especially soft, but they were functional. There were slippers on each side of the bed, which was a nice touch. There was 1 robe in the closet, but 2 people staying in the room. The bed was the best thing about the room. Normally, after 2 days, my back is hurting in a new bed. We stayed 7 nights, and my back never hurt. It was very quiet during the week. On the weekend, there was more activity in the halls, so it was noisier. The location was great, lots of restaurants in the area, and stores to look through. There is a grocery store very close, which was convenient, for anything you might have forgotten to pack. Breakfast was barely worth the time. I was not a fan of the parking situation. The parking garage is connected to the hotel, but shares parking with the businesses in the same building. The door is open during certain hours, and if it's late, the concierge will come and open it for you. I strongly suggest that upon check-in, you drop your bags in front of the hotel. There are several stairs from the parking garage into the hotel. If you're a senior citizen or have any issues lifting, it would be a problem. The staff, housekeeping and concierge were outstanding.
