Room and lobby very clean. Updated bathroom and hot water/good water pressure. Free breakfast was great. Very convenient right off the highway, right next to a gas station and decent restaurant right in the same parking lot. Would highly recommend and stay again! Good for kids - games in the lobby!

Room and bathroom in particular were clean, well-maintained. Room was small but it didn’t really need to be larger. Bathroom was a good size. Staff was friendly. We appreciated the availability of coffee and tea all day, and a water station for refillable water bottles. There was no closet, so limited space to hang clothes—a slight problem as we were there to attend a dressy event. But overall quite satisfied.

Very safe, quiet and clean hotel! It is fun and modern and has tea, hot chocolate and coffee available 24/7. The market is great and breakfast is a really good selection! Room is modern and comfortable! Highly recommend!

This is a fairly new hotel. It is clean and very well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the pillows so nice I've been tempted to swipe one both time I've stayed here. It's the only hotel in Concord I use.

It looked like a new property as the carpets looked new. No attempt was made to keep the elevators clean. Someone had spilled a sticky liquid in one elevator, and someone finally mopped it up somewhat but didn’t was the sticky residue left behind. The next morning the stickiness was added to by spilled corn flakes. Again, no attempt to clean up the mess. The Tru group is the least favorite of the Hilton group. They look cheap and tacky. The breakfast is bare bones and not tasty.

We arrived here quite late in the evening, the lady at reception was really helpful and friendly. We got take out from t bones which is within walking distance from the hotel, was a great option if you’re arriving late and need something to eat. Room was surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the highway. The breakfast was good, especially that it was included in the room rate - plenty of options and was getting refilled regularly

Nice and clean hotel with ample parking and great breakfast with pancakes. No microwave in the room so you have to travel to the lobby to warm your food. Fridge in room, nice beds and spacious bathrooms. No washer on premises.

I thought the hotel was clean and well maintained however our room was the smallest hotel accomodation I have ever experienced, having traveled extensively. No closet, seating for one in a King room. Was situated well so would have been tollerable if it wasnt outrageously expensive (per SF).

Property is new and everything is in almist new condition. Location is very convenient but the only downside is windows are not soundproof so you hear the trucks passing using their airbrakes.

Pros: water pressure was good, nice Kohler fixtures in the bathroom, everything was new, fun modern decor. USB plugs & lots of available outlets. Free WIFI, decent breakfast. Cons: Furniture in the rooms is cheap crap. Check in was kind of slow. Shower floor super slippery. Linens are microfiber. Duvet cover was stuffed with a BEDSKIRT. Come on, Hilton. It wasn't even a cheap duvet, but a bedskirt. And because of the type of bed, a bedskirt would never be used at this property. Rooms were really small. No place to put your open bag, def not enough space for 2 people to unpack. Not a single drawer. Towels are small and they give you 2. Right by the highway. Overall, for what we paid it was ok.

Rooms are small but nice and very clean. No microwave in the room but there was a small fridge. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking around the hotel was limited. Noise from nearby major roads was more than I had hoped but I still managed to get a good night's sleep.

Hidden Gem! I think this place is truly a hidden gem! First of all, a big thank you to the gentleman at reception on Saturday, June 31, 2025 (I believe your name was either Steven or Jame, sorry for forgetting!). You were incredibly kind and helpful, and made navigating everything so much easier. I really appreciated the warm welcome and great service. I’ll definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes up!

Staff was outstanding at check in, able to ensure we were in a higher room due to previous experience in Ky. We erred and left behind our note book/legal pad with expenses etc and when we called to ask, the gentleman at the front desk (I apologize, everyone’s names have left me) knew exactly what we were missing and did not release it to my husband without ID.

I was supposed to meet my significant other there at 3 to check in but there was a accident on the highway which delayed me for over an hour. I called to ask if they could check him in so he could get ready instead of sitting outside waiting. I was told no because they needed a credit card for incidentals I offered to give them my card number and again no. The room was already paid in full. How many incidentals can one have in an hour? When I finally got there to check in a little after 4 I am told my room was not ready. Not a happy camper! Then no instuction of where the elevator was or what time breakfast was or what time check out is. That is all not good customer service.

It was very nice. Quiet with a restaurant across the parking lot. Other than that there isn't anything within walking distance. So it's kind of remote unless you want to drive somewhere. And maybe it's just me, but I really enjoy hotels that are walkable. That being said, the experience was great.

This was our first time staying here. The hotel is very nice and the staff friendly. We liked the fact it appears new, clean, and fresh. The best part was no surprises meaning everything worked. It's also very quiet at night. Breakfast offered many choices and again everything was fresh. We travel to Concord twice a year and this will be our go to hotel from now on.

Clean, spacious room with fridge. Large bed was very comfortable. Breakfast options were good, lovely fresh fruit and plenty of baked goods to choose from. Tea/coffee facilities available 24/7. Liked the water fountain and ice machine, all conveniently located. Would recommend.
