Quality Inn & Suites Alexandria

It was a clean room. The numbers of the rooms were all messed up,not in order like other hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast was never full only had cereal and milk,waffles,coffee, eggs and sausage were always empty. They need to put on their website that pool is closed! Drove 5 hours to see daughter and grandchildren, told them we were going swimming but pool was closed. Need to do something with their parking lot half gravel,half blacktop. Good thing grandchildren got fishing poles for their birthday at least we could take them fishing.

It was very quiet and rooms were clean! Wish it would’ve had an elevator or be able to have been able to get bottom floor rooms !

Didn't have our room ready for check in. Had to leave and come back. Pool was also closed which wasn't told at the time of booking.

The pool was shut down. There was no notice until I got there. I had grandchildren so I wanted so swim.

There was not much offered for breakfast other than wonderbread, cereal and waffles Room wasn’t complete upon arrival, had to go to front desk for pillow cases No one at front desk for check out for quite a long time we left eventually
