There needs to be more information regarding parking. There is valet parking in front otherwise you can self park in a garage. It is within walking distance, but no self parking is available at the hotel. Music was great, slight happy hour and the restaurant served delicious food. I was surprised the prices were reasonable until I seen the portion size and it made sense. Overall great experience for the price.

Energy saving motion sensor AC meant that the room would constantly get hot and never reached anything below 72. Shower leaked all night, stains all over the bathroom mirror. No close parking unless you paid $35 a night for valet or $20 to park 4 blocks down the street.

Enjoyed the location with its water view. Pool area was lovely for relaxing . Big ‘thumbs Up ‘ to English, our server in the dining area who was Fantastic! Her pleasant personality & kindness were so refreshing. She truly is a huge Plus in making guests feel welcome . We appreciate her top level of service which made our visit more enjoyable. We also enjoyed our meals. The food was very tasty & I was pleasantly surprised at the short wait time after ordering. *I definitely think the desk staff should inform guests when checking in about the parking lot situation. The lot location was not explained so we needlessly had to carry our luggage from the lot to the hotel , when we could have unloaded & then parked.

The Hotel is in a fantastic location but needs some updating. The revolving door was broken, one of the elevators was broken and it took nearly 15 minutes to get down to the lobby. Just needs some updating

Pluses and minuses. Our bathroom was so small, and toilet so small and low, you could believe that you were in a small mom & pop along a highway. Location on the water was nice, especially for the 4th of July fireworks. Parking was either a bit inconvenient to walk to and far from "included" at $31+ for 31 hours or pricier valet. Largest hotel gym we've seen, but very hot, and there were no towels or wipes (and we used their system to message housekeeping for supplies). Coffee was hard to come by. ... Lots of little things but the price was not little at all!!

Only 2 of the 5 elevators in the hotel worked & they were booked to capacity, with several events in progress. There was a horrible odor in the front of the lobby & the revolving door was tied off with yellow tape, like a crime scene! And there were only 2 luggage carts available for the whole hotel. Definitely not worth the costs.

Great location it was right off the highway, they have several restaurant options at the hotel and in walking distance. The only thing that that needs to be improved is valet parking process at check out during peak times the wait time to get your car is 20-30 mins.

I had a terrible experience with the night shift customer service at this hotel. The front desk clerks were incredibly rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional, showing no concern for my well-being as a customer. Their nonchalant attitude and eagerness to leave made me feel unwelcome and disregarded. I even took pictures of the two clerks, as I was so taken aback by their behavior. Because of this unacceptable service, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

A friend dropped me off, but, found there was no temporary parking for checkin, no one even acknowledged my existence. At 4pm, my room was not ready and I was told to wait in the lobby until it was ready. I had a dinner reservation, so I left my bag at the desk with a sticky noting my room. When I returned at 1030 pm, my bag was still behind the desk but unsecured. Staff seemed indifferent to my arrival, then I was told my room was not ready yet and would I like a different room! Incredible. Room was fine, but, the fridge wasn’t plugged which I didn’t discover until the next day. The only plug was on the lamp. The only restaurant offers a $18.95 breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs and yogurt in a dish. I got an email offering a chance to meet the hotel manager and I addressed my concerns directly. He gave me a coupon for a free dinner. I did not feel welcomed at this hotel at all. Even at breakfast, I was told “I wasn’t talking to you” when I thought the server was showing me a table. I am glad to be checking out today.

I got there at 4:30pm, i was told room wouldn't be ready until some time after 6pm!! Then, they put 2 holds on my card for the room!! Each hold was the price of the room. It was at the beginning of my vacation and this tied up a lot of my money i had for my trip. It took a week for one of them to clear and the 2nd is still on there, I was told it wont come off of my account until 5/23!! I am so upset that they did this! They didnt even discount my room cost for all the mistakes! They should have comped me the room. I wont stay there again. Very poor management.

I had left some of my property in a Lyft after a horrendous day of traveling, including my phone. The front desk manager was so unbelievably amenable, and helped to make sure that everything got returned and was kept safe behind the front desk until I returned after an obligation the next day! The entire staff in general were polite and obliging, the restaurant was delicious, the view was spectacular. 10/10 would stay again.

The stay here was very pleasant. Everyone was nice and professional. The only thing that I had a complaint about is my partner and I decided to have breakfast in our room so we ordered room service. The food was on time and hot. When we unpacked the food to eat, we had no utensils or any salt, pepper, butter or jelly in which we had asked for. So we are in our night clothes getting ready to eat breakfast with no utensils or other needed items. So I had to get dressed and go downstairs anyway to get those items. But other than that the stay was great. And by the way the room service was $61 but well worth it but we had nothing to eat our food with.

Amazing hotel to stay! The staff is extremely hospitable and go out of the way to make people happy. The live music in the lobby from time to time was really neat and the complimentary foods and drink that they put in the lobby were extremely nice as well. It was amazing over all! Besides the paid parking which is to be expected in cities. I must have missed that when booking but it wasn’t very expensive because we walked to most places from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!
