Wi-Fi doesn’t work and our electronics had hardly any signal so the kids were extremely bored when in the very tiny room. Water pressure in shower was non existent and hardly any hot water. They do have washer and dryers for $2, however, I used the dryer for just a few swimsuits and after running it twice, they were still wet. The pool is very clean and nice. The AC in the room worked great. All of the staff was very kind and helpful and the room was a good price.

The stay was ok. My mom and kids room was ok and clean however my room was slightly different. The door looked as if someone tried kicking it in so when you close it it wasn't all the way closed but it locked. The curtains had black stains on them. The safe was rusty the bathroom tub/shower needed to be re culked. The staff was amazing and helpful the pool was nice as well.

Room was clean and plenty of parking. Front desk was very nice and quick. If I had to say I had a con it would be that it was a little noisy. I guess due to it being a Saturday night it was rather busy.

No shuttle from the airport ! Staff very rude ! Therefore I only stayed for two night and at check out asked for reciete and they said it’s not my problem !! And no breakfast but they did have coffee and juice but that’s it !!!! Not good at all

Loved my stay very comfortable spacious rooms free wifi nice pool awesome night staff at the front desk. Centrally located to everything needed. The only problem i had was little teeny tiny fruit flies drain flies everytime the door was opened an closed. Overall i was pleased with the stay and will be returning again. Ph an super comfortable beds an the linens were all brand new an clean fresh.

The place was dirty and in disrepair. I felt unsafe since the door looked like it was broken and I wasn’t sure if the lock worked correctly. Even the lobby smelled bad. No airport shuttle service. Even the taxi driver said it was the worst place in the area. At least the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. I’m surprised that Expedia offers it as a choice on their site.

The room was filthy, there was what looked like feces on the toilet seat, and there were stains on the sheets and pillows. The overwhelming smell of bleach and mold were overwhelming. Pictures on web site are very well doctored. I wouldn’t kennel my pet rock there.

Stayed over holiday weekend so prices were elevated. That said, room was terrible. The bathroom had different hairs in the shower, the shower itself had a large crack in the wall, the bathtub actually had pieces coming off of it (the liner?) and the main door did not seal so there were bugs everywhere when we got inside and the room was hot. Same for the window. Stains in the chest of drawers, everything was dusty. It was a non-smoking room but the walls were filthy. The water was hot and the water pressure was good. People at the front desk were polite. We made note of the issues just so it was not assumed we did not do the damage to the room and were told that there was no manager on duty but they made note of the various issues in the room.

Rented three rooms and all three rooms were disgusting. Two rooms were heavily covered with mold, and one stunk terribly of urine. Hotel staff did rec clean one room and change the other two. But should not have happened in the first place.

Our first room wasn't cleaned. It was very dirty, food cums on the Mildred around the tub. We immediately requested another room which was given. The second room was a little better, but still was dirty. The floors weren't clean or moped. The bathroom was a little bit better . We requested that the be clean but no one ever came. My wife went out and got some cleaning items and she had clean the herself. We requested that someone needs to remove our garbage but again no one came. We had todo everything ourselves. We should be compensate for the terrible treatment we had to endeavor and the money spend for the cleaning items.

We were sent to the wrong room originally as someone was staying in the room we were assigned. When we did get to our room it was filthy, urine stains from the previous person, dirt and dust everywhere, the TV was unplugged, no one had swept behind the dresser in what looked like months. There was also hair scattered around the room.

The staff was friendly, that was the only good thing about this stay. I arrived and was asked for a card to put on file but ended up getting double charged for my stay, they did resolve the issue but it took 7 days to get my money back. The hotel was FILTHY! Covered in cob webs, spiders, little flies, ect. Probably because the front door wasnt able to close all the way, letting not only bugs in but a bright light and every noise.

I booked a non smoking room which as soon as i opened the room door it smelled like cigarettes. The shower walls had hugh holes/cracks in them, and it looked like they just trying to plaster over. The baseboards were very black and dirty. The room had new hard wood floor but the housekeeping must not pull anything away from the wall to sweep,because there was so much dirt behind everything. You had to ask for your room to be cleaned or linens daily. The website says breakfast thats a lie it only has jello and muffins to Go. For what they make off a room a night they could go buy a gallon of paint and make these room look decent but i guess thats to much work.

The door to our room was warped n left open cracks all along side of door n bottom of door to the extend that rain n cold air came into our room. We stuffed the side with Kleenex n put a towel at the bottom to catch the rain n these were both dripping with rain water by morning

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room we were put in had clearly not been cleaned and was full of black mold. It was really disgusting. My husband asked to be moved and they let him look at several to find one that was acceptable. The least objectionable was still moldy, though not as bad. The “amenities” are also terrible. Sure, there is wi-fi, but it’s so slow it’s basically useless. They also offer “breakfast “—various prepackaged pastries and granola bars. Also, they never cleaned the room, even though we asked them to.

Beds were comfortable but the next morning we got up I went to take me a shower and the shower was nasty! There was long black kinky hairs sticking to the walls. There was something yellow crusty in tub and a toe nail in the toilet paper holder. When I went and told the attendant at the front desk, the Indian guy thought it was funny! She told me she'd have house keeping clean it up before our return because they didn't have vacancy for another room. When I got done informing her about the room we went to get some breakfast and well all they were serving was individually wrapped muffins. You could get coffee and juice from a machine. They did clean the bathroom but did not clean out the toilet paper holder. For what we paid for the room at a Days Inn I had better expectations especially paying a little over $300 for the weekend. The next night we just going to chill out for a little bit before going to bed and could not find the remote to the TV. I will not recommend or stay at this location ever again. It's a shame that I couldn't download the pictures that I took of the bathroom

When checking in, they put us in a dirt room. The floor had dirt on it; the tub had a big black ring around it; the microwave had food splatter everywhere. So they gave us another room that had roaches running crazy. When we went to the office to complain about all the roaches we were told they would come and spray but they didn't. When we went to check out, I asked for the corporate office telephone number the General Manager, Brooke White, got upset with me and she asked why did I want the corporate office telephone number? I said to her that I was upset with all the roaches and dirty room that we received. Ms White was very unprofessional and had a nasty attitude toward me. I will never stay at that Days Inn by Wyndham Norfolk Airport located at 2450 North Military Highway, Norfolk VA

Considering it is a Wyndham property I am surprised at the physical condition of the place. The bathroom was in rough shape. It desperately needs pretty much new everything. There was NO maid service whatsoever, I don’t know, maybe that’s the norm today sadly. It said free breakfast, ah no unless you count a couple varieties of packaged food breakfast. This place used to be what you’d expect for $49.95 a night but then again in today’s corporate greed you should expect to pay over a hundred for a dirty, repair needed spot. And the sad part about it it honestly wouldn’t take much to turn the place around and make you feel like the owners actually cared for the place.

The staff was nice. The property seemed clean. The thing we did not like was the remote for the tv would not work. There body wash in in the bathroom was empty. The room needed to be swept better, the furniture needs to be moved out and swept behind and mopping better.

There were literally no cars in the parking lot. We refused and had to come back later. ther room was just okay, but the flooring was buckling and you could see through around the door jam as it opened to the outside. There are no elevators, so you have to take your suitcases up the stairs. It said that breakfast is complementary, but it was only some pre-packaged muffins and coffee or juice. Not great!

Bathroom had mold in the tub. The floors were filthy. The soles of our feet were literally black. The location is also not in the best of neighborhoods. There was a loud argument/ fight in the parking lot right outside of our room at midnight and it went on for over an hour.

It was nothing like the pictures ..They need to be ashamed of how they rent these rooms. I would never recommend this place to anyone,not even a dog. Then someone knocked on my door with hood on. It's not safe . Look like crackheads come out there or tricks. It was blood on my truck when I came out in the morning. SMH this was awful.They made this ADD PHOTOS BUTTON NOT WORK SO no one could send pictures SMH.Dont worry I can put the pictures on social Media, Facebook,Tiktok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube...I'm gonna put these pictures out whether your app let me or not.Clicked on this button 100xs but it's ok watch y'all hear bout these pictures.

Adequate is the best way I can describe this motel. Not great, not terrible. Breakfast is basically nonexistent despite what the website say, but rooms have a fridge and microwave and grocery stores are close. Staff was friendly but not very helpful when our key cards stopped working (dead door battery). Homeless people do hang around, but aren't a big problem. For the price and proximity to the beach though it's totally fine. If what you're looking for is a cheap place to rest your head after a day at the beach, I'd give them my recommendation.

Room was minimally cleaned. There was still hair shavings inside the shower. The tv did not work. However the staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast is a grab and go style and they are strict on their time frame which i feel should be changed. By the time we woke up (between 8am and 9am) it was too late for breakfast. Ive stayed in worse situations which is why i gave 3 stars.
