There is definitely an ocean view. You are right on the beach. The fridge was a visible eyesore but it worked. ( needs to be upgraded) No amenities. Just towels, toilet paper and trash bags were provided. Bring your own everything. If you’re looking for fancy, this is not it. If you’re looking for practical, then this is it. The A/C worked well, the bed was comfortable and I was able to cook breakfast every morning. Every morning I could just look at the ocean from the balcony and walk on the beach in less than 5 minutes. Grocery stores and restaurants are within 15 minutes walking distance. There is a public library, Harris Teeter grocery store, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Starbucks and Mudita coffee shop 15 minutes away. My concerns were addressed promptly by pleasant hotel staff. (I only had one concern about operating the TV). There were a couple of noisy neighbors. Cameras are everywhere. I felt safe. Unfortunately, I did see 4 live roaches during my 5 day stay.

Hey this was a budget hotel so it didn’t have all the bells and whistles of a luxury hotel but it was just fine. The room was clean, it was quiet and it is right on the beach. Also could walk to the Oceanview Diner and a burrito place. I would recommend it

Cloth cushions on very old chairs were badly stained. The room smelled old and moldy and there is mold in the shower. Pictures on the web must be 30 years old, as are the bedspreads, pillows, pillowcases, which were thin like crepe paper. No phone in the room. Wi Fi DID NOT WORK. This is a Bait And Switch, the room is not anything like the Web describes. We would not stay in a room that bad, and the old man at the desk just said "Call the third party" NO HELP. We deserve a full refund, but we're being told that we won't get that, losing 75% of our money.

I normally don't stay in 2 star hotels. So I kinda was prepared for the worst. However quite surprisingly it was clean and comfortable. Direct beach access wasa plus, they even had grills in a small courtyard. I will return as we normally fish in the area
