Small out of the way property. There was construction/renovation going on. Outdated facility and the so called breakfast was paltry.

This property was absolutely nasty and felt very unsafe as a woman traveling alone. The outside stairs were lined with beer bottles and other trash, people were partying, playing loud music and shouting at one another over the banisters. The room smelled terrible (pets, past smoking and musty), the bedspread and furniture was stained (yeah, yuck) and there was no shower curtain. The exterior “hallways” (this is a motel, with all outside doors to rooms) were filthy, and the back grassy “barbecue area” near the stairs was clearly where management had been throwing non-working HVAC units and other trash from rooms.

There was construction directly in front of hotel extremely noisy .....hotel room very dirty, food undersink, in chair, bathroom was so disgustingly gross dirty ....staff was very polite

The location was convenient and the staff exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a good value. The location was obviously undergoing renovations and therefore some cosmetic and “normal wear & tear” issues were not 100% great. Overall, good value and great customer service. Kudos to your staff!❤️

Road into property could use some replacing. No stopper in sink, no glasses other than coffee cups. Shower hard to turn on. No tv quide or how to work tv. Desk attendant was very nice and very helpful. Very accommodating! Room was clean and new carpet was nice. I have stayed here before- it was a nice upgrade for toom

We were concerned because of the condition of the stairs going up to the second floor. They were not only very dirty but also bumpy and unsafe. That being said…I still gave 3 stars BECAUSE they had work crews at the motel. I am giving them the Benifits of the doubt that the stairs are on their list of things to get done ASAP. We picked up some yogurt and granola bars at the breakfast station. That was nice. The refrigerator in the room was super cold. Another plus. The A/C worked and the room and bathroom were clean. You get fresh towels every three days unless you ask for them. I thought that was a little odd. But they do get them if you ask, and are very polite about it. Our stay was in April of 2024. I would be interested in knowing if they ever fixed those stairs closest to the office going up to the second floor.(outside)

Not at all like pictured at booking site. Its a dingy dirty building. Room was dated and bathroom door wouldnt close. Toliet dies not flush properly. The check in lady was very pleasant and helpful. Alll night noise in parking lot. People ralking loudly and motorcycle starting and stopping..Will not be staying here again.

The lobby had a bad odor. Not appealing. Breakfast very limited. Outside stairway & hallway dirty. It affected my sinus allergies. Would not stay at this location again. Although the bed was comfortable & had lots of nice pillows. Parking lot was well lit.

Would not recommend. Stayed for 10 days while visiting family and left with bed bug bites. I reported it to office and woman acted like she was not surprised. I asked for refund but was told I needed to call manager tomorrow. Also don't count on breakfast,it's nothing more than coffee and granola bar and maybe apples. My daughter also slipped and fell in parking lot because of ice, they didn't put very much salt down and when they did it was from a small styrofoam cup. Definitely choose another hotel.

First room assigned someone had already been in there. Bed and sheets all messed up like someone there. Second room door lock didn’t want to open. Didn’t feel it was clean and didn’t sleep well. I had concern for the safety of my car. Matting on walkway was bubbles and trip hazard. Floor felt sticky and bathroom towels were thrown up there and weren’t neat. Needs a lot of updates. I guess you can’t beat the price though. Get what ya pay for.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The location itself seemed very sketchy but this hotel was absolutely disgusting!! The shower had mold in it, the floor was wet, and there were roaches in the room. When I was leaving the hotel, the desk clerk was passed out on the couch!! Everything about this was just awful!

Nice clean room with new carpet. Used GPS and was at WAL-MART in 4 minutes. Will stay again.

Bathroom had mold in ceiling, door didn’t shut right had to slam it to close it. It’s got holes in the walls water damage. Open electrical box half covered by the mirror. It needs renovated asap

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Their breakfast offerings were delicious and sufficiently stocked. It is an older location so seemed a bit run down but was clean in the room.

The hotel was filthy, the lobby the parking lot and the room itself. I’m pretty sure I saw drug use in the parking lot. We could not even consider staying there. I was told that my fee was non refundable despite the fact that I purchased insurance. It is completely unreasonable that I can’t get a full refund.

I’m typically not a picky person when it comes to staying in hotels, but this place was the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed at. There were about four or five cigarette burn marks on the blanket and quilt/comforter (in a “smoke-free room), there were at least five strands of hair on the pillow/pillowcase when I walked in. All of this made me feel so uncomfortable. The place was so dirty that I genuinely was afraid there were bedbugs. I felt like I had no other choice but to sleep in a dirty bed. I actually covered myself with a clean towel instead of the blanket at night because of how disgusted I was by it. Wish I was joking. The whole room was outdated, there was dirt on things. Microwave did not work, and I was also lucky that the toilet even flushed; went down Gerry slow every time. I really feel bad giving poor reviews, but this place was just that bad. Would not want my worst enemy to stay here. Plus, the area does not seem to be the best/too safe, and the doors to enter each room are OUTSIDE—like a motel. Horrible. And best of luck finding transportation in the area. 1/5 stars. Giving a 1 because the employees were nice for the most part and also because I had a place to sleep. But if you need a quick place to stop at or if you are visiting the state, save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else. Some serious work needs to be done here. I feel bad to say it, but it’s true. Don’t waste your money.

Perfect hotel for a one night stay or for a longer stay. Is a very quiet hotel and spacious meaning rooms are great for those that are handicap and need an accessible room.

If I had only stayed one night I would have given a "Poor" rating. We got there at 9:00 pm, so it was dark. There was no light switch by the door, so we had to walk about 8 ft to reach a lamp and then fumble around trying to figure out how to turn it on. The room had a bad odor to it. There floor was warped, running downhill towards the bathroom. Neither the microwave nor the phone worked. The top hinge of the bathroom door was broken, so you had to push on the top of the door to close it. I struggle getting up from a sitting position, so I asked for a "Handicapped" room hoping for a raised toilet with bars to grab. It was a regular height toilet and no bars. A person with major walking issues wouldn't have been able to use this room. The only handicap amenity was a grab bar in the tub. There was a 3" step to get into the room, so no wheelchairs. The door to the bathroom wasn't big enough to allow a wheelchair or a walker. The next day we complained at the desk and they moved to a different room for the second night. It was a much better room, and I would have given a 4-rating if this had been our only room. My only complaint then would have been the limited breakfast choices.

It was overall pretty good for a one nighter. Not spectacular or anything. Slept good. Beds were ok.

Sink did not drain well. Toilet did not flush well. Pillows were very lumpy.

Very old- room smelled old and musty- when checking in and checking out the “owner” didn’t even say a single word to us Very noisy right next to the highway

I’ve stayed at this hotel a lot. Management is friendly and helpful. They are continuously making improvements. Whenever I’m working in the area, this is my choice of hotel.

The rooms qere OK but the service was awful. The man qorking the feont desk was VERY rude. His attitude was negitive and he was short and mean whever a question was asked or i needed assistance. Maybe he should choose a profession where he doesn't have to work woth people. We Ll have bad days but he had bad days everyday i was there and i was there for 3 days . If you want a decent and cheap room this is the place. If you want a pleasant customer service, forget about it

The front desk guy was super helpful, and had fresh coffee in the lobby. Win win for me. Got me into a room that fit my needs. Pointed me to where to eat. Great folks

The staff is Extremely rude. It's not worth it to even try to stay there, literally stay anywhere else!

Whenever I’m working in the area, this is my choice of hotel. I’ve stayed here a lot in the past year or so. They are continually making many improvements. It’s usually quiet, always clean, and management is friendly and professional.

Came into room during week stay once for supplies. Great price and location. Friendly.

Shower and bed was fine. The room was so-so. Bathroom floor tile was cracked several times, bathroom door rubbed the floor heavily. The room seemed like it needed a deep clean (curtains, baseboards etc). Did not like how the hotel was hidden behind a strip center.

My room was clean and bed comfortable. Hotel also handy to restaurants, fuel and shopping.

Address took us to a wrong location. I called the property and they said we had to go down some alley ( it was super dark and sketchy ) to get there. So hubby said nope and we went somewhere else.

Close to stores, highway, and relatives homes when visiting.

didn't seem to be in the best area but I'm traveling with my mom and child and they needed to rest..place is run down but the lady that checked us in was fantastic and so nice-and that makes all the difference to me..we did get good rest and it was quiet all around us, they did have coffee, juice and a couple light things to grab for morning snack..

The breakfast was very limited conpared to similar motels.
