My girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend. The house is immaculate and there were so many nice touches (wine, chocolates, toothbrushes etc). We had a wonderful stay. We grilled, hungout outside and made use of the ping pong table. Communication was prompt and information regarding the property ( and anything we could wish to know) was available via a pdf they put together. The only thing that was not quite accurate was the 4th bedroom. Like others have said it is basically a common area in between the 2 basement bedroom. Absolutely no privacy. We didn't mind but it would have been nice if it were clear in the description.

Gorgeous house and great location near Gunstock Mountain Ski Resort and hiking trails lots of great outdoor adventures and a bonus 6” fresh snow upon arrival and departure an awesome winter escape! We enjoyed all the amenities of the home including fire pit on the back deck and taking pictures in the ski chairlift! We appreciated all suggestions from Allie a great host ! I can’t say enough about how cozy and well maintained this home is, we would def go back !

We wanted a fully equipped home for a low-key getaway near the lake and mountains, and that’s exactly what this home is. From the generous deck with ample seating and views of the woods, to the comfortable bedrooms and well-stocked bathrooms, to the cozy first floor kitchen and living space, we had everything we wanted and then some. Allie was a very helpful host, even providing restaurant suggestions. We’d definitely return here if our travel plans take us back to NH!

We had an absolutely amazing weekend at this peaceful mountain escape! Our friends all enjoyed the amenities, the lovely toiletries the host left, and the fire pit on the deck was the perfect spot for nighttime conversations. Will definitely be back.

This was our second time staying. The home was just as beautiful as we remembered it from last year. Exceptionally clean. Well stocked. Communication with the owner was great (again), she’s very responsive. We love the peaceful location and the deck. We also love that it’s a short drive to many different fun things to do. Hour house escape room was a lot of fun. Kellerhaus is always a must-stop for us. Franconia Notch is worth the drive. Castle in the Clouds was beautiful too.

This home is hands down the best rental I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many. Very clean and has everything you need - right down to toothbrushes, toothpaste and even contact lens solution. The host is super responsive to questions/concerns often responding in minutes. Our group of 4 adults, a teenager, a 5 year old and an 18 month old had a great stay (so did the dog 😊)

We spent Thanksgiving weekend in this beautiful home. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to have fun and relax. The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked and is open to the living area. It was spacious and comfortably slept 7 adults. Allie was very helpful and kind. The fireplaces both inside and on the back deck were great! We would definitely return to this house and beautiful area.

My family of 5 and I had a wonderful stay at this home. The home itself was gorgeous and well-stocked with everything you could need. The yard is big and there were plenty of outdoor games in the shed. The beds were comfy, the furniture was comfortable and newer and the layout was great. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck. The location is great with lots of restaurants and things to do within 15-20 mins away. One thing to be aware of is that the 4th "bed\' wasn\'t in a private space. We knew it wasn\'t a true 4 bedroom home because the listing states that. We also knew that the 4th bed was a pull out couch because that was made clear in the listing too, but it was in an open space outside of the other 2 bedrooms and the bathroom - not at all private. Just something to consider if you\'re looking for 4 private sleeping spaces. This is really a 3 bedroom home with a pull-out couch in a common room. With that being said; we\'d definitely return because we were able to make the sleeping arrangements work out.

We can't say enough about this beautiful rental home. We are a family of five with three children and a dog. The home was clean, spacious and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location of the home worked really well for us. We were visiting for a big family reunion with most family staying at Samoset Townhomes near the lake. We were able to visit them daily in less than three miles. We were also very close to Gunstock for the tree top rope course and alpine coaster adventure days. We did that twice and had a blast grabbing lunch & drinks on the patio restaurant at the base of the mountain with our large group. The Fun Spot arcade was close by and perfect for a rainy morning. On our last night we were visiting family at Somaset and the power went out all over the town. We drove home and the lights and internet were working at the house!!!! We were the only house around with a generator and with three children, this was a major bonus! We also enjoyed the large deck and backyard with the kids. We saw deer, wild turkeys, a bobcat and a porcupine! The kids thought it was awesome. We would highly recommend this home and plan to rent again next time we are in the area.

Our group stayed briefly one night as a stop on our running route. Even though our visit was so short we enjoyed ourselves. The home is very clean and organized and in a very quiet neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We needed a place close to the event space and it was perfect! We came down for one night and it was so easy to get to the concert. It was a holiday weekend and very crowded so we ordered takeout and enjoyed the bottle of wine the host had left. The place was clean and fully stocked. Plus very close to Gunstock for a morning run to the top. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a beautiful house, very clean and well taken care of, and the owner was responsive and very friendly. However, it is not a 4 bedroom house. There is a large loft master bedroom upstairs that doesn't have a door but has a big bathroom and a very large closet. There are two private bedrooms on the basement floor that are comfortable and share a good size bathroom, but what they considered a 4th bedroom was a small den space outside of the two basement bedrooms that did not have privacy at all. It had a pretty rickety pull out couch that we couldn't use and my brother ended up sleeping on the floor. We were all adults so this did not at all fit our needs. It would be a good area for kids but is absolutely not a private bedroom. We were disappointed and felt mislead by the listing. Otherwise it would have been a perfect house for our stay, the first floor kitchen, dining and living areas were very clean and comfortable. The deck and furniture were all immaculately clean. We would stay there again but definitely now with as many people as we had.

SUPER nice accommodations in nice remote neighborhood and communication was great. Had everything and more you could need for a comfortable stay. Can’t say any negatives….well master bedroom you have to watch your head for sloped ceiling but so nicely appointed and bed super comfy and bathroom was huge. Highly recommend

Allie's beautiful mountain chalet home is truly idyllic and a little slice of heaven! Everything was exactly as expected from the listing & photos, yet even better than we imagined - we felt right at home from the moment we arrived! The house was so beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures and maybe even better! It was warm, cozy and had just about everything and anything you needed there. We will definitely be back. We had a lovely time at this property. The house was well maintained and stocked. The owner was very kind and communicative. I only docked accuracy of online listing because it was advertised as a four bedroom which is why we booked it, but it was only three bedrooms. My family of 5 and I had a wonderful stay at this home. The home itself was gorgeous and well-stocked with everything you could need. The yard is big and there were plenty of outdoor games in the shed. The beds were comfy, the furniture was comfortable and newer and the layout was great. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck. The location is great with lots of restaurants and things to do within 15-20 mins away. One thing to be aware of is that the 4th "bed\' wasn\'t in a private space. We knew it wasn\'t a true 4 bedroom home because the listing states that. We also knew that the 4th bed was a pull out couch because that was made clear in the listing too, but it was in an open space outside of the other 2 bedrooms and the bathroom - not at all private. Just something to consider if you\'re looking for 4 private sleeping spaces. This is really a 3 bedroom home with a pull-out couch in a common room. With that being said; we\'d definitely return because we were able to make the sleeping arrangements work out.

Allie was simply amazing! Super responsive and accommodating to all of our needs. The home and property is spectacular- very well maintained, clean and offers every amenity needed for long term or in my case, a quick last minute trip to the lake! Thank you Allie for being the best host ever!

We have stayed in many properties. This one was so wonderfully stocked with everything you could think of as a guest. The house was very quality and very clean. A few issues we needed to contact the owner over and she was very responsive and attentive. You will not want to miss this one!

We had a fabulous time on our girl's trip. The property manager was amazing, and very prompt in getting back to me with my questions. The welcome we received when we got there was so kind. The home itself was beautiful, and the yard was amazing. Such a perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

We wanted a fully equipped home for a low-key getaway near the lake and mountains, and that’s exactly what this home is. From the generous deck with ample seating and views of the woods, to the comfortable bedrooms and well-stocked bathrooms, to the cozy first floor kitchen and living space, we had everything we wanted and then some. Allie was a very helpful host, even providing restaurant suggestions. We’d definitely return here if our travel plans take us back to NH!

Communication with the owner was great (again), she’s very responsive. We love the peaceful location and the deck. We also love that it’s a short drive to many different fun things to do. Hour house escape room was a lot of fun. Kellerhaus is always a must-stop for us. Franconia Notch is worth the drive. Castle in the Clouds was beautiful too.

This home is hands down the best rental I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many. Very clean and has everything you need - right down to toothbrushes, toothpaste and even contact lens solution. We needed a place close to the event space and it was perfect! We came down for one night and it was so easy to get to the concert. It was a holiday weekend and very crowded so we ordered takeout and enjoyed the bottle of wine the host had left. The place was clean and fully stocked. Plus very close to Gunstock for a morning run to the top. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Gorgeous house and great location near Gunstock Mountain Ski Resort and hiking trails lots of great outdoor adventures and a bonus 6” fresh snow upon arrival and departure an awesome winter escape! We enjoyed all the amenities of the home including fire pit on the back deck and taking pictures in the ski chairlift! We appreciated all suggestions from Allie a great host ! I can’t say enough about how cozy and well maintained this home is, we would def go back !

We were looking for a dog-friendly location for our family to celebrate my wife's birthday over a long weekend.The property was comfortable, well-appointed, and suited us perfectly. We had a fantastic family trip! Great layout, clean, well stocked! Location is fantastic at the base of Gunstock Mountain and close to the lake, restaurants and everything else you might need. We are already booked again for the summer and can’t wait to go back!
