Muy mala experiencia en cuanto a las instalaciones por estar en remodelacion. No servian los ascensores solo el de servicio, no funcionaba la alberca, clima de habitacion no funciona, no contaba con secadora de pelo y la puerta se batallaba par abrir

Tiene dos elevadores, sólo funciona uno. Son muy pequeños, se llena muy rápido, entonces es algo difícil a la hora que algunos quieren subir y otros bajar.

Nada agradable ver una cucaracha en la cama y otra en la mesita. Está muy sucio, solo funciona 1 elevador y como había mucha gente todos teníamos que esperar, estábamos en el octavo piso y olía súper mal la alfombra. No solo lo dijimos nosotros, sino también otros que se hospedaban enseguida de nosotros. Una cosa es que este antiguo y otra cosa es que esté sucio.

The room was old and dirty. The bathroom door handle was falling off, as was the one where the towels were placed. The chair in the room was extremely dirty and stained, and it looked more like a motel than a hotel. The sheets were torn and the towels had holes in them. The experience was simply bad for all of the reasons mentioned here.

-Me gusto la atencion del personal, amables y respetuoso y check-in rápido sin problema -No me gustó para nada la falsa publicidad que se muestra aquí qué mencionan habitaciones insonorizadas totalmente falso, se escucha absolutamente todo al vecino de al lado de enfrente la gente que pasa inclusive escuchas las aves en el último piso, era imposible conciliar el sueño con todos los ruidos así como también la regadera hace que el agua se salga y forme charcos ya que se escurre el agua por todos lados, necesitan mejorar las instalaciones de los cuartos no van acorde al precio

Mi esposa se dio cuenta que le faltaban $250 pesos de su cartera y las tarjetas de debito y credito estaban volteadas, esto despues de que el personal de limpieza entrara a la habitacion aun cuando indicamos que limpiaran la habitacion. La gerencia del hotel no nos supo dar resolucion al respecto alegando que la persona de limpieza no robo nada

El recepcionista SAÚL una persona prepotente, insensible y nefasta: dijo que él era el gerente y que él recibía las quejas, que mi reserva era por Expedia y por ello no tenía derecho a otra habitación (decente); la habitación no tenía higiene, toallas desgastadas y rotas, no había jabón, almohadas fatales, el a/C nunca enfrió: 1 pesadilla de hotel!!!

El Hotel tiene excelente ubicación para trasladarse a varias partes, pero de noche si se ve insegura la zona, no me gustó que tienen la puerta principal cerrada a las 12 y ya no puedes ingresar más que por el estacionamiento, el agua de las regaderas aunque le ponías temperatura media de repente salía muy fría y de repente súper caliente varias veces.

Es muy viejo muchas cosas ya no funcionan bien, la llave de la regadera, si se sale el agua de la regadera no tiene por donde irse, el drenaje esta clausurado, solo tiene un apagador para la luz o enciendes todo o apagas todo no hay punto intermedio, el control de la tele no se le ven las letras ya todas estan borradas del uso, el restaurante es muy lento para servir el buffet, fila de 20-30 min para que te sirvan todo se les acaba y si quieres volver mas tarde tienes que volver a hacer fila otra ves de 20-30min xk la fila nunca se acaba, se les acaba la fruta, el pan tostado, el pan dulce y todo te lo sirven ellos asi que se me hace muy lento el servicio del restaurante, no tienen tortillas ni de harina ni de maiz. No vuelvo a quedarme en este hotel.

Es muy viejo muchas cosas ya no funcionan bien, la llave de la regadera, si se sale el agua de la regadera no tiene por donde irse, el drenaje esta clausurado, solo tiene un apagador para la luz o enciendes todo o apagas todo no hay punto intermedio, el control de la tele no se le ven las letras ya todas estan borradas del uso, el restaurante es muy lento para servir el buffet, fila de 20-30 min para que te sirvan todo se les acaba y si quieres volver mas tarde tienes que volver a hacer fila otra ves de 20-30min xk la fila nunca se acaba, se les acaba la fruta, el pan tostado, el pan dulce y todo te lo sirven ellos asi que se me hace muy lento el servicio del restaurante, no tienen tortillas ni de harina ni de maiz. No vuelvo a quedarme en este hotel.

Me encantó la ubicación, estacionamiento muy amplio y suficiente para el tamaño del hotel, la calidad y sabor del desayuno muy rico. Es un hotel viejito pero con calidad y buen servicio

Hotel monterrey macroplaza is walking distance to paseo santa lucia and barrio antiguo plenty of restaurants around the area. We did not like that the showers would clog up and roaches in rooms. We got the breakfast buffet included but its not worth it horrible service and food was poor quality

el lugar esta en condiciones "buenas" a secas, el elevador rechina, las habitaciones con mobiliario viejo pero en buen estado, el desayuno es supuesto buffet pero mas bien es meramente huevo y frijoles, algo de fruta y ya donde por cierto casi casi te avientan la comida las señoras que te sirven, como enojadas. el resto del personal es amable, eso si, muy atentos a los requerimientos para discapacitados (me facilitaron la estancia)

The AC was not too good, the pool was always locked, and our sheets were dirty when we checked in. The staff was nice, but I don’t think I’d stay there again. Location is great though.
