Booked a handicap accessible room. One of the best, well thought out for a variety of needs. Staff welcoming. Whole property clean and up to date. Pool and hot tub access easy. Highly recommend!

We had a great visit, room was clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool, but the hot tub jets didn't work. Some kind of shady people milling around out back between the hotel and shopping mall but nothing terrible. Would definitely stay again when we visit.

The staff were helpful and kind but overall hotel was very unkept. Hot tub was broke, wall falling apart in bathroom, plug for tub wasnt attached, sink slowly drained, housekeeping didnt come at all to the room and we stayed 3 nights. Had to go ask for fresh towels after the second night and their dryer wasnt working correctly. Breakfast was fair but so many people were coming to eat from outside that were not guests there was hardly any food left

I would not stay here again. The place seems like it needs a lot of work and the staff seems like they’re lacking support. The woman who checked us in was very friendly but the person working the breakfast seemed to be having the worst day of her life, maybe needed some help. The room was fine but needed a lot of repairs and the whole building needs a deep clean and remodeling. The indoor pool was fun but the hot tub was kinda green.

Great experience as I was drove south at this property. Friendly staff, clean property, comfortable rooms. The hot tub and pool were fully operational and free of debris. Breakfast and coffee for the road.

First room we were booked into was very dirty and never cleaned from the last stay. The second room was in the same condition but was also missing a mattress Third room was clean but the shower was inoperable The first check in in our other room was already occupied with another guest so that was pretty interesting Finally got into a room that was suitable

We were traveling and decided to stay in Medford for one night. The room we stayed in wasn’t that bad, but on our way back home we stayed another night and when I tell you the room was terrible is an understatement. The tracks on the carpet were almost black. The towels were stained with who knows what. I am mad at myself because I forgot to take pictures of the room. We just wanted to wake up and head home as soon as we could.

The hotel parking lot was filled with homeless and people actually using drugs in public when we arrived with our kids. The room had blood stains on the floor and ceiling. The room and bathroom was very dirty and we will never stay here again. The pictures are not the reality! The staff was friendly though but when the room and general condition are in this state, there is no amount of customer service to make up for it!

There were a few small negatives. One was that the electric outlets are insufficient power for overnight charging of my electronic and digital devices (blood meter, cell phone and Apple Watch). They either tripped off or could not supply charge. Another was that the television provider (DirectTV) had a fitfully tedious menu selection process that was time consuming and annoying to deal with. And the only window does not have a blackout curtain, so that parking and security lights outside are difficult to blockout for sleep. That said, I would stay there again. Microwave and refrigerator, plenty of lights, quality HVAC, spacious bathroom, luxurious king size bed felt like mine at home and the comfortable club chair and ottoman were an extra blessing.

Old. Elevator is sketchy. Carpet in hall and stairs stained and worn. Tiles in bathroom broken and loose. Hot water is warm at best, not hot enough. Bed is comfortable. Lobby is nice. It’s not terrible but I expected better/more

Room is really shabby. Stains on lampshades where a previous guest drew on it, on the floor under the desk, comforter losing stuffing, stain on sheets under the pillows. Black out curtains are full of holes... I'm sure they can upgrade these things. Daniel who checked me in was a joy. When I checked out the lady there was on the phone, took the keys and waved goodbye. Kind of rude really.

Nice room, clean. The only thing I would say could be improved was the too sheer curtains. Also, you could hear people talking in the hallway a little too well. Over all pleasant stay. Staff was nice and the breakfast was great!

Like the fact that they had laundry facilities and had a mini store are that sold snacks, drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) and laundry detergent. Nice breakfast in the morning

Got there and walked into our room to a clogged toilet and when i brought it up to the front desk i was handed a plunger and told to fix it myself. After trying that and it not working they gave us a new room but not with out telling me forst i needed to go get all my stuff out then come down return the key and then they would give me a key to my new room.

Very rude staff.. I got yelled at for asking for better desk chair that wasn’t broken as I was there on a business trip trying to do paper work and the desk chair would not go up as I was almost sitting on the ground and could not do paper work as I could not reach the desk.! I was told I was being very rude for asking as all the desk chairs were like that! Also twice I made a report about broken glass in the parking lot do to a customers car window got broken into and glass was all over for two days! Garbage can in the breakfast room was over flowing customers were just staking it the best they could but falling all around on the floor while people were eating! Laundry room is where the Ice is And the floor was never cleaned for three days that I was there with paper, lint and wrappers all over. Talked to the manager she said if I personally call her that when I came back that she would make it right with me to call her first! Well I did but she never would return my call and the person at the front desk said she was there in her office and would be there all day! Very upsetting to be treated like that in a Clarion Hotel..

Check in took 45 minutes. Hotels.com payment was refused by hotel. Had to get on the phone and wait quite a while for Hotels.com to straighten out which they never really did. Hotels.com refunded my charges and I paid the hotel direct. Hotel folks, room, cleanliness and condition all good.

Tricky to review this one. The third floor smelled like animals but we ended up on the second floor which was very, very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When the first two rooms we went to hadn’t be cleaned they upgraded us to a suite. It was very comfortable, clean modern and spacious. Breakfast was very nice.

Easy check in. Upgraded room. Beth was super!!! Loved the room. Thank you. Breakfast was included. The time was posted to last until 9. We came down both mornings about 8:25 to find very little food available. In fact the girl tending to the breakfast started breaking it down before 9 each day. She wasn’t friendly at all. We just stayed in 11 different hotels on this trip and had breakfast included. This was the only disappointment. Maybe she should work somewhere else.

Clean room and safe location!!! That’s the most important things for me to choose a hotel. Also, it’s close to Walmart and freeway. The price is very reasonable and the breakfast is very good too.It’s wonderful experience in this hotel.

Location and availability were perfect to attend a wedding in Talent, and visit family in Medford. The hotel is just a couple lights away from going either direction on 99 or 5, right next door to Wal Mart, and across the street from Shari's. The room had a couple of minor maintenance items that had been overlooked, but nothing that impacted function or safety in anyway. The staff were all very friendly and helpful from check in to check out.

Great location just off of the freeway. Need to drive to get food, which is just around the block. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast in the morning, No hidden charges. Staff was professional and helpful.

The hotel is older and could use some updates, but the rooms were clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There are major roadways everywhere around, but the hotel sits back from the road in front and there’s a small shopping center behind, so it’s quiet at night with convenient restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

It is unfortunate for them that they have a city pocket park that the hotel parking backs up to. There was just a bunch of riff raff that made there way to the hotel, were stoned out of their minds and started bathing in the bird bath fountain. I didn’t really get much sleep since I worried of the well being of my vehicle. Unfortunately, it never felt safe and cozy so we will not be staying there again when we are back for more sport tournaments

The property itself is ok. Everything is fine as billed. However, a lot of homeless hanging around outside the property. During breakfast in the morning this ratty chick busted in real quick, scooped up most of the yogurts, made a huge bowl of cereal and piled it high with all of the oatmeal toppings, grabbed a couple more things and then bounced fairly quickly. So just be aware of this.

The check-in front desk lady was helpful. My issue was breakfast. The lady who “worked” during breakfast on June 19th 2023 was uninterested in doing even the bare minimum. She caught my eye when I continuously watched her walk past mess after mess. There was a HUGE spill from the waffle maker all over the floor. I looked for breakfast lady but she was nowhere to be found. There wasn’t an unusual large number of people having breakfast this particular morning so there wasn’t a whole lot of food that had to be refilled. I had to report to the front desk TWICE that the spill needed to be cleaned up before anyone slipped. Finally they got a hold of her and she’s sauntered out with a mop and then turned around and walked away ignoring the spill right in front of the waffle maker and the rest of the debris all over the counter. I saw her take a rag and instead of wiping the counter and removing the debris, she simply shoved it underneath the cereal containers. She should not be working with the public because there is no concern or attention to detail around food handling. Once my gaze was fixed I couldn’t take my eyes off her, every time, she did nothing as she walked into the food area. This isn’t a coaching situation as she was in her 50s and should know better. All I could think of was, I can’t imagine what her own house looks like. Classic watery eggs and unappetizing sausage. I’ve had a better eating experience with the same exact food in other hotels.
