The pool advertisement should point out that the water slides are not in operation unless they hire a lifeguard to be present (Oregon state law is what they claim in their customer service). So most likely you won't be able to enjoy those water slides.

This hotel was amazing for the price. The slide in the pool was a blast for the entire family. My husband and daughter went on it over and over again. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean. The only thing that wasn't great was breakfast but it was ok.

No towels at the pool, asked for an extra blanket and pillows, didn't have any, rooms weren't cleaned daily, wires and outlets were exposed and hanging, lamps didn't work, breakfast was limited and "restocked" a couple items at a time still not having enough for guests that were in the breakfast room at the time. Old cheap chairs in pool area that were iffy to sit on, Slide was cool but that was the only thing worth it.

I’ve stayed at this property a few times now and only because of the water slide. It’s a bit frustrating that they have limited hours on the slide actually being turned on. I called ahead to determine the times it’s available and once to the property I was given different times. It’s turned off early as well. It’s very frustrating. I most likely won’t stay again because of this. The room was very clean but extremely small. Pool towels weren’t available both times swimming. The staff was great and friendly though.

Pool was cloudy and dirty and very small. Hot tub was too cold. They watch you like you're a criminal to make sure you dont bring drinks into the pool area except water. I've never seen this. The 'life guard' will come inspect your drink to make sure it's really water inside. Not sure what they are so concerend about? There is a 'life guard' and its filthy anyway. Just put a sign that says no glass like normal hotels. Just weird vibes everytime you walk by front desk. It's like they check you out to see if there's anything you have on your person that they can tell you you arent allowed to have. 'Comforter' had holes in it. They brought us a replacement as requested and that one was in just as bad shape. We threw them both on the floor. Room/property in general was worn down.

The room was gross when we walked in. There was sticky droplets next to the bed and bare feet prints throughout the room. It was definitely not mopped. There was also small trash around the bed. It wasn’t swept well at all either. Over all disappointed. Glad we mainly came for the pool. My kids had a blast

The room was filthy on check in, bugs found on the towels in the bathrrom. Bathtub was full of previous gets hair. Toilet handle cracked, felt like it was going too break off everytime you flushed. Toilet backed up and started overflowing and not from us using it. Air conditioner barely worked. Parking is awful.

I was prepared to come home with bedbugs from this place. Honestly, the sheets were clean, and I wasn’t afraid to sit on the toilet. However, the floors, the table tops, and the tub you could tell had not been cleaned. Sticky was on a table as well as the floor, and the shower had a lovely leak, which may have contributed to the weird “something” I found in there, but I wasn’t willing to explore further. I had a loveseat in my room, and I’m pretty sure I would have found a cleaner one, with less stains, sitting on the side of a road with a free sign. Ultimately the Night Shift team at the front desk was super nice, and it was fairly quiet. If I was asked if I would stay there again, it would be a no.

Our room smelt like stale cigarettes which was gross. Especially since the entire property is “smoke free”. There was also food splatters on the ceiling and on the wall above our mini fridge.

Front desk didn’t speak to my wife. Refused to let her check in for us or fill out paperwork. The parking lot was sketchy with shady looking people visiting staff at late hours. The hallways smelled like pee. The bedspread/tablecloth was very worn and felt like sandpaper. Only 3 small pillows on the bed.

After non functioning keys, wifi, difficulties finding a place, I did not need to show up and not have someone there to check me in. Fortunately someone got there shortly after I got my stuff together. The wifi worked but got slow eventually. Breakfast was not till 6:30 but that worked out ok in this case. The bed was relatively comfortable. There was a 5 minute delay to figure out how to turn on the shower. The pool guy was helpful. Overall it was not bad.

This place was fine. I came in on a late flight and needed a shuttle hotel close to MFR. Driver was nice. Room was clean-ish, but the smell of disinfectant was strong. LOTS of noise between 4-7 AM with all the work trucks leaving for their jobs--I think this is probably a great place to stay for people working in Medford away from home. Absolutely no breakfast was out when I left at 8 AM. Take your chances for a cheap stay.

Decent room overall for the price. The staff was wonderful. We didn't use the pool or have breakfast, so can't rate those. The rooms were clean, just outdated a bit and the beds weren't the most comfy, but again decent for the price.

Stayed overnight at this hotel before leaving for the airport. I booked a room that said it was big enough for 6 people. I hope all 6 people are extremely small. It was a small hotel room with the smallest pullout couch I’ve ever seen and it was extremely uncomfortable. There was a metal bar that went across your back. The pool color was yellow and the room smelled funky. The hot tub kept filling up with foam and the “lifeguard” would put chemicals in it to remove them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The air conditioner was on the fritz. And despite getting maintenence up there they did nothing the room was hot and miserable. They also full charged me my deposit and refused to refund it to me even though i didnt leave a mess. The one bright side was the breakfast host was super nice and helpful.

Check in was terrible. The front desk girl couldn’t find my reservation and was completely unhelpful. After a half hour chatting with Expedia I got my confirmation number and went back. A new guy helped me and gave me a room but it was occupied. We had to go back and get a different room. Turns out they had checked someone else in on my reservation! The room they gave us was not the kind I’d reserved and it was dirty. I will not stay there again.

The facility itself was very nice and the staff were very kind, however there was a man sleeping on the sidewalk next to the parking lot woth his van parked in the only entrance/exit I could find.

this location is backed up to a huge logistics transportation company and their lights are so bright it lights up the entire build side and then on the other side of building is big empty fields where homeless people like to roam back and forth all night.

The stay itself was amazing! Breakfast staff did a great time keeping the area cleaned and stocked. The pool area was perfect; the staff in there for the water slide was good. We had a suite room with the jacuzzi tub. The bed was AMAZING! My biggest complaint is I called to have more towels brought up to my room (you only get 2) and i was told I had to come down to get them. I have NEVER had to do that before & it was very inconvenient. My next complaint is you could see and feel the tension between staff members. As a business owner myself that should never happen. Fake it if you have to infront of paying guests.

We were pleasantly surprised the first day/night with the great amenities for the low price. It fell apart the next morning when we went down for breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to go until 9:30 but when we showed up at 8:45 they were out of almost everything. Only had a small amount of waffle batter left and no milk for the cereal which we had to ask for a refill of. There was zero protein. No eggs or breakfast meat like you are lead to believe is available. She was nice enough to microwave us a biscuit with gravy on it. If breakfast was what it should’ve been I would’ve given 4 stars.

Clean, friendly staff, rooms were kept up, the breakfast lacked a lot of what other traditional hotel breakfasts, so if you expect eggs, sausage, or other hot items you'll be disappointed, ask they had was bread you can toast, yogurts, juice, milk and a waffle maker, pretty basic, but for the price of the room you cant expect much. If you why a clean safe place to lay your head at night that doesnt break the bank, then this place is perfect. I didnt use it. But it does have a pool with a slide that appeard in good shape and kept up nicely
