New property but was surprised to find floors had some debris. Otherwise, was very pleased, the staff is amazing. The breakfast is great with many options. The property is quiet and safe. We also found EV chargers which was very convenient.

New hotel, nice pool, nice gym. Juan Pablo checked us in, wow he is amazing!!! Great customer service!! Don’t let him go Hyatt! So young and so experienced. The room was nice, but I suspect they have bed bugs unfortunately. A brand new hotel and looked clean but they had tiny insects on the bed and they seem to be bed bugs.

We decided to drive up to Eagle Pass and do some gambling but when we tried ti get a last minute room at the Casino they were BOOKED! After going online and using my Hotel.com app we found the Hyatt and we were a little disappointed in not being able to stay at the Casino but it was the best Hotel stay we ever had. We even stayed the next night because the BEDS ARE JUST PERFECT. Staff was so attentive and just willing to go above and beyond. Will be back in a few months and we already know where we will be staying.

I loved this hotel and will probably make it my official hotel when visiting the area. The check in was effortless and the hotel was relaxing and inviting. It smelled nice and clean, the rooms were so cozy with a couch and a small hallway. For the price, I am really satisfied with this one.

I was not able to travel to Eagle Pass because of a family emergency so family needed a place to stay locally in San Antonio. I called to transfer my reservation to my hometown so family would have a place to stay. I was told I needed to speak to someone in Expedia. I called Expedia and was told that it was up to Hyatt and that they would send an email. I never received a reservation transfer or a credit since I paid for the insurance and had to pay for a different hotel for family to stay.

After going online and using my Hotel.com app we found the Hyatt and we were a little disappointed in not being able to stay at the Casino but it was the best Hotel stay we ever had. We even stayed the next night because the BEDS ARE JUST PERFECT. Staff was so attentive and just willing to go above and beyond. Will be back in a few months and we already know where we will be staying.

The worst experience i have ever had. We show up wit our family we had 3 rooms reserved in total and at 9 pm they didn’t have our rooms available and they tried to say that under one of our names there was only one room reserved when on our confirmation email it clearly stated one night two units with two beds and they kept saying they didn’t understand what that meant. We always just use marriot website this was the first time using a third party and another hotel brand and it was horrible experience

Very beautiful! We stayed at this hotel only 4 days after it opened and it’s one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been to! Very spacious, good breakfast, and in a nice quiet area, not too far of a drive to get to the border. Definitely plan on coming back!
