At check in, I was told that I had to pay $100..in Cash. I did not see this when I booked, so I was not prepared, the ATM machine at office, did no work, I had to leave and go find one. Not sure why they would not accept a Credit Card as usual. During my 2 night stay, I found these issues. Toilet was backed up and would not flush properly, the Sink Faucet was very loose and coming apart. The Continental Breakfast was Not! Saturday and Sunday mornings, not even Coffee! I will Not stay with Super 8 chain..ever again!

My problem was that the room was not well lit, one of the lamps did not work. I asked for it to be fixed, no one ever came. No one was ever at the front desk, you had to run around the hotel yelling for them for basically any kind of help. I was traveling for business. I will never go back there.

The room smelled of smoke and had cigarette burns all over the blankets. The guy working the counter was not very friendly and just told me that there is no smoking on the second floor and that blankets move to different rooms. I had to search for him to check out. There is no elevator. If I had enough money I would have left but there was no refunds. There was an unexpected $100 cash deposited. Was extremely disappointed in my stay. The smell gave me a headache. If I had enough
