Ok this is a huge hotel hardly any guests maybe too many hotels right there. Friendly desk staff good shower pressure hot water!! Bed very comfy my only concern is my room was right next to the ground floor side door and they NEVER lock it i was assured i would be safe and clearly i am alive to report no mishaps 😆breakfast fine typical fare the coffee wasnt strong .. i like strong they are upgrading things and it was very clean

Hotel is older, it’s in a creepy area the bar attached to it is all boarded up. Our room was handicap accessible, and you could tell that it was just done. Bars were stuck up on wood. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast choices were good.

It was hot and smelled like cigarette smoke upon arrival. It’s a non-smoking hotel. The hallways were also hot and also my room. I had to turn the A/C on. The curtains were tattered, sink missing the stopper, the tub was in poor condition on the bottom and couldn’t take a shower because there was no shower curtain. The pool looked clean. Breakfast served its purpose. Bed was clean and comfortable.

The property was ok for a night. The bathroom floor was sticky and there was food debris on the carpet. The restaurant was closed and it looked like someone tried to break into it, which didn’t make you feel safe. Our room keys stopped working well before check out. It was ok for a pit stop on our trip but I wouldn't book this hotel again.

We like motels, and we don’t expect them to be something they are not, but this one is very dirty, and feels somewhat unsafe. The lobby was fine and the staff was friendly and efficient. We chose a room with an outdoor entrance to make things easier with our dogs ($15/dog). The room itself was very dirty. Carpets, blankets, and furniture were all stained. There were tumbleweeds of dark hair in the corners of the bathroom and the shower curtain had a blood stain on it. Not the motel’s fault, but my wife and child were leered at during unloading by a group of men drinking outside their rooms on the second floor. One of the men followed her to our room and knocked on our door to talk to her, leaving once he saw me. Obviously we won’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it for families. With dogs the room was only about $60 cheaper than the Hampton Inn with their $75 dog fee.

Mold and mildew in bathroom, refrigerator did not work. We had to change rooms , this room had mold and mildew in bathroom and a big hole in the ceiling from an unrepaired roof leak. They should have paid us to stay there. Never again . Days inn off our list.

The staff in the lobby were very nice, the room was deplorable. It was dirty, there were bugs on the floor and in the bathroom, mold on the outside of the refrigerator, bug wings on and under the sheets of the beds, terrible odor. There was no way to stay, we had to leave and find another place to stay.

sheets seemed clean, toilet not properly cleaned, floor in bathroom not cleaned, hair in tub, many spots on carpet, towel with yellow stain. Front desk at arrival not friendly, the one in the morning was friendly. had room on side of highway very loud. We were there just one night just to get sleep, we didn't shower because of cleanliness. We didn't eat breakfast, just wanted to get out.

This is an older property, the visuals are not the best. The indoor hallways and common areas had little air conditioning. The rooms were very good compared to the rest of the property. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was very good

TV didnt work very well. Only had 1 channel, and the light switch for the area outside of the bathroom with a mirror and sink did not work. You have to flip it multiple times to get it to finally turn on.

The king bed was very comfortable. My wife and I slept great! The room was very quiet. The plumbing fixtures seemed ancient. The toilet would not function properly. No real hot water either. Included breakfast was very minimal.

I have stayed here over 20 times since 2017. It’s my “go-to” when traveling to see family. Great staff, it’s clean, Beds are super comfy, nice quiet area, great if you have pets, plenty of parking, convenient to everything and budget friendly! Love this place.

This property is located RIGHT OFF the highway and had a few gas stations with convenient stores next door. Plenty of parking. We felt very safe. Staff were all incredibly nice and accomodatiing. I LOVE the fact that they have dedicated rooms for service pets (while regularly it is pet free) because my daughter is allergic to cats and dogs. No issues with her allergies so that means they are true to their word. Lobby beautiful and rooms were clean. Nice size fridge and freezer included, as well as microwave. Breakfast was just a simple continental, but it was clean and had a staff member to help if needed. Coffee was hot and tasty. When traveling along that route again, I will definitely stay again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I liked the when the front desk clerk remembered me after 2 years. I usually come there for my military weekends. I was gone for 2 years and when I showed up at 12:45am. He welcomed me with a big smile and remembered my name. Now that’s Excellent customer service.

From the start the lady at the desk was rude! We got up to the room (after driving 16 hours) we tried to turn on the heat and it made an awful clicking noise, it took forever to heat up, then the t.v. did not work, we tried the hot water just in case because we knew we wanted a hot shower, that took forever to heat up! The phone said dial 0 for the desk haha that didn\'t work either so we had to walk all the way back to the desk just for her to be rude and all we wanted was heat, hot shower and to relax! We had to go through all that! She decided to tell us maintenance had to confirm these issues before changing our room! We were so upset! The maintenance guy came up after 10 min, he was not properly dressed but definitely had more manners then the front desk lady! He heard the heat and tried to call the front desk from the room phone I had to say "that doesn\'t work we had to walk to the desk" so he used his cell and first thing he said " please change their room the heater is so loud with a clicking coming from it" then started to work on the t.v. We had to wait about 45 min to an hour for all of this just to get to relax for the night!

The room was clean and the TV worked without problems. The tub had seen better days but it was clean. Even the counter top in the bathroom was chipped. There was a decent choice of food for breakfast. For a one night stop it was close to the highway and convenient for an early start.

Beds were comfortable, price point was great. Not as clean as it could be peeling paint in the tub . Toilet did not flush properly. Staircase to upper level handrail was gross breakfast was microwaved frozen sausage and egg. A griddle would be useful

Room was adequate and reasonably priced. The breakfast was good, but it was a huge turnoff to see signs plastered all over the breakfast room that we were not allowed to take breakfast to our rooms. I mean, honestly, I greatly prefer to eat in my own room and not in a common area. It just really felt like a slap in the face to customers who paid to stay there.
