The hotel is clean. However, all the trims on the doorways are rusty. The bathroom ceiling needed to be painted. It looks worn. Be aware that the hotel is located in an older neighborhood & offers rooms for 28 days, so most guests were down on their luck.

Room was disgusting, to say the least. Feces was left in the toilet and there was hair in the sink and shower: it was definitely not cleaned prior to our check in. When we arrived at the property, the office door was locked and no one was at the desk. We knocked on the door for at least 5 minutes before someone showed up. The floor in the room was filthy, it probably had not been mopped in weeks. No coffee pot in the room. Had to go to the lobby to get coffee. This was, by far, the grossest hotel I have ever been in. Would never go back and would never recommend

I had to book accommodations in a quick time manner. When I saw this place I looked through some reviews and all the photos provided. The photos looked nice so I booked. When I arrived…it was awful. I will say the woman at the front desk area was nice but that was it. There was dog (or who know what/who)feces on multiple places in the parking lot. There was garbage laying around a long with explicit pills and packaging. We used the elevator (which was dirty and smelled of something gross…not sure what) to get to our room. As soon as we opened the door, this pungent smell hit us and within a few minutes left the room. I went to return the keys. I told the woman the room was not going to work for us (myself and my daughter). She took the keys, said ok, and went about her conversation with an employee. I reached out, via, an email and text message to express my concerns and the only response I got was a survey about my visit. Extremely disappointed.

The hotel was cleaner than I expected which I really appreciated. There are no kitchen items available for use which was an unexpected issue. Overall good value for the money, but the hotel is not in the safest area which made it less desirable, I wish I had paid more to feel safer.
