Pool was closed. Staff when check in was video others on her phone and not even paying attention as we tried to check in. The room was in very poor condition. Had to have them bring clean blankets. Breakfast had to ask to refill the machines and the staff did not deal with the fighting that was happening in the tiny breakfast area. The furniture was tore up and the shower was dirty. The floors where not vacummed. Would have switched and went to a different hotel but it was late at night when we arrived and had two very tired little ones so we just made due. Will not stay there again very disappointed

There was no elevator so that brining item from the upper floor was difficult. Bedding was worn out. The mattress was not comfortable. The shower was stained on the floor didnt seem clean. The included breakfast had no options. The lamp made weird electrical sounds from were you plug in USB for charging your device. Will not stay there again.

This was a quick overnight trip for back to back soccer games. The service was great, the hotel description is a little misleading. Technically it has a gym, and but one out of four machines work, and no weights. The breakfast is a little lacking, basically all of your standard carb items, and juice. The area has everything you could need, shopping, food, etc and I felt safe on my 4am run.

Property was easy to find, parking was hidden which was nice for security. Room was old, hole in carpet, outlet in bathroom did not work, AC struggled, TV picture was going out, overall seemed run down. Front desk was nice, check in was easy, bed was comfortable, for the price and for one night you get what you pay for.

Pool was Absolutely disgusting had not been cleaned in god knows when, Bedroom had broken wall behind the door and bathroom shelves were falling off. The walls also staff had no clue that that was even there... I stayed on the second floor in a king size bed

My room's television was analog, not HD. The image was terrible. I didn't know they still made analog TV's! Lower end HD televisions became quite inexpensive at least five years ago, even for large ones. There's really no excuse not to provide guests with this.

This hotel does NOT look like it does in the pictures on the app or their website. It is run down, no elevator, stained and disgusting carpets, cigarette burns on furniture, sticky surfaces, blood stained sheets (changed twice).

This hotel is a typical lower-end budget hotel experience. Positives: Let us check in very early, clean hallways, continental breakfast, key locked external doors, large rooms, comfortable, clean beds, good wifi, quiet and working a/c & heat. Quiet hotel. Cons: Carpet was disgusting, like very gross, and is the reason I would not stay again. All touchpoints in the room and breakfast room--remote controls, doors, lamps/switches, cabinetry, coffee containers, handles, were grubby. Bathrooms floor corners and baseboards grimy. Show not functioning properly and TV fuzzy. The room, apart from the bed just felt/looked grimy and after 2 nights I was glad to leave that carpet behind. OK for a night, maybe two, if you get a much better deal here than others. But next time I'll stay somewhere else and pay a bit more, just due to the grime around the room.

First room (220) toilet wasn’t flushed or working - bed spread had what appeared to be mold let front desk know Moved is to room (219) Was ok but shower had what looked like hair sticking out of shower handle plate and hair dryer had hair on did look like it has been cleaned in a while reported to front desk with pictures- thought they would clean the next day but was still dirty and floor had not been vacuumed Dirty hotel and the manager apparently didn’t care as front desk was shown pic and and would let manager know - as he was relieving her - no call or acknowledgement of situation

Walls are paper thin, we could hear everything in room next to us. Main light flickered continuously . ROKU TV didn’t work and front desk had no resolution to fix it. Breakfast items all looked stale. We weren’t expecting much for the price but I definitely won’t refer or return.

The staff member who checked me in charged my credit card even though I had prepaid with Expedia and reminded her of that upon checkin (charge was reversed). I stayed 2 nights. My room was not refreshed the second day - no new towels, coffee packet, nothing. I went to get new towels at the front desk and the same lady was there I dealt with at checkin. She was unfriendly and dismissive. Another lady brought me the towels - she was nice. My second night was disrupted at 3:30am by the people in room next to me screaming profanities. I tried to call the front desk to complain but no one answered. I almost called the police after 30 minutes, but they left the room so it was quiet. The second morning I had to asked the front desk - a man this time - if there were any more bananas, bagels, cream cheese, or english muffins, since the shelves/baskets were empty. I have stayed here before - this was disappointing.

Daniel who checked us in was amazing!!!!!! The next morning we went down at 6:40am for breakfast that is available from 6-9am. The lady on duty was asleep at the front desk, we had to ring the desk bell to wake her up. She was grumpy and rude about us waking her. She said breakfast isn’t ready come back in ten minutes. We did, and it was still not ready. Needless to say we did not get breakfast. I love the retro look of the room decor. The tv signal was terrible, picture was snowy on every channel. I microwaved a cup a soup and it burnt the bottom of the cup(yes I had water in it). Almost caught fire. It was only in there for 2 minutes. 2 queen bed room, but only two shower towels for all 4 of us. Carpet was dedicating. Mattress cover and dust ruffle had brown something smeared on the bed next to the window. Again, Daniel was great, very helpful and nice. Everything wrong with our stay had zero to do with him.

Close to downtown so taxi ride was quick and inexpensive. Don't recommend walking the surrounding areas of hotel alone - especially if you're female. Hotel bed was comfy. TV worked well. Breakfast in the morning. Shower head wasn't on all the way so it sprayed out the sides. Black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Location was great. Just a few people walking along the street shouting. Not the properties fault, just saw families with kids staying there kept looking out their room window. But other than that it was a great stay with ac. The internet could be better. But the bed was comfortable and I had my dog with me. The pet fees were more than reasonable.

This Motel was in good condition it looks like it was recently remodeled. They allow dogs which is nice and the price is fair and the staff was friendly. Nice small buffet breakfast including hot waffles. I would have given it a five-star but their Wi-Fi wasn't working right and I need Wi-Fi when I'm on the road
