For my purpose of visiting my son at Willamette University this property worked fine. It was an easy 4 blocks to his house and 6-7 blocks from campus. The price was very reasonable as well. And thy had a lot of channel choices on the TV which I appreciated. On the downside my room was a non-smoking room but smelled like tobacco smoke and the bed spread had several cigarette burn holes in it. One of the drawers on the small dresser in the room was missing it's front. The maids forgot to leave a bath towel in the room so I needed to call for it. If cost and location is a concern and you are not picky about accommodations this is a good choice.

No access to lobby. We had to use an outside window to do business. Had to request hand and face towels which were not in the room. They had beautiful roses on the property and the room was comfortable.

This property does not offer breakfast though the Expedia site indicated it did. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The office did mot allow people to come in. Instead you have to walk up to an window and ring a bell to get service to check in. The property is dated and you definately feel the need to lock you vehicle. The location is near a lot of attractions which was nice and it was quiet.

Expedia should never even list this property. Check in at 8 o'clock was through asmall pass through - like contact with someone in jail solitary confinement. He asked for my credit card and id and then disappeared to the baack of his office, He was gone for a long time and I thought that my credit card was gone too.. He passed me a sheet to sign and gave me a paper saying,"Everything you need to know is on this paper." Air conditioning did not work and the bedside lamp did not work. This was during the heat wave. We felt very unsafe because the door had a very unsafe, old latch and there were several unsavory people roaming around our door. Absolutely awful - felt so unsafe we could not sleep!!!
