Stayed for 3 nights in a Premium King room. Really enjoyed our stay here - the rooms was fantastic - comfy bed, very clean and well set out. We took the Onsen pass - it was great, very traditional style Onsen. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the service in all parts of the hotel was top notch. Games room was great, had afternoon tea in the lobby and dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Hotel had everything we needed, will definitely be staying again when we’re next in Bangkok.

Pool huge and scenic. Fitness entire floor with modern new machines. Entire floor dedicated to games for young and old. On site onsen. Luxury at affordable price. Great for tourists and staycation for locals. Next to Lumphini met which is very practical

Alles war super in dem Hotel! Ein sehr sauberes Zimmer, zuvorkommendes Personal, super Spa und Erholungsbereich! Insbesondere der Pool und der Gaming Room bieten einen schönen Ausgleich zur doch hektischen Stadt! Es war ein absoluter Traum und wir würden immer wieder kommen. Amazing hotel but really sad to be kicked out on day of departure; so if you’re leaving Bangkok late it’s not for granted you can enjoy the pool after checking out; first time I had this experience and it took some arguments and try with another staff member to find a solution for it; I got a day by the pool but the 5 star feeling was already long gone.

Hair dryer is Dyson. Buffet breakfast has good spread: various fruit juices, coffee machine, salad bar, pastries like donuts, cinnamon, local Thai coconut pastries, egg station, noodles station, porridge station, Pad Thai station, Japanese spread, Chinese, Thai, Indian dishes, Fruits station, etc. At level 27, the games rooms were great with board games, table tennis, soccer table, arcades machines, pool table. The infinity pool is Olympic size like. The pool side restaurant also serves great drinks and pizzas where you can use the given tokens (we had 16 tokens for 2 rooms for 4 nights stay). The hotel is within 100m walking distance to the MRT train station, and the underground pass leads to One Bangkok Mall where you can shop and eat.

It was my first time to stay in this new hotel. Unfortunately our bath tube was leaking in our first night, but the hotel reacted rapidly & this impressed me surprisingly. In summary, this hotel is very suitable for the daily w/ kids coz the facilities r prefect such as game room, swimming pool & spa , onsen …. The only inconvenient was the distance to MRT not BTS fr the entrance of the hotel.. and we need to trf to BTS if we want to go to the main tourists’ attractions or malls . Anyhow, l highly recommend this hotel to the families

The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Good supply of amenities in bathroom. Beds super comfortable. Amazing shower! Games room and pool were a hit with the kids and the Onsen massage was the best I’ve had. With a nice treat of mango and sticky rice complementary. Only downside is that this is a dry hotel. The staff happy for you to bring in your own alcohol.

We loved our five night stay at this immaculate suite with an expansive view of the city and the river. However, the breakfast turned out to be a big disappoinment, especially in comparison with the offer from some other 5 star hotels we stayed in Thailand, such as the Eastin Grand Payathai in Bangkok, or the Adam Hotel Krabi. Early birds would get stale fruits that were precut and refrigerated from the night before; the pad thai tasted almost like dessert, just to name a few. Having said that, the uninspiring breakfast is not our main reason for our great disappointment in this hotel. On a few occassions, we felt the staff's discrimating treatment of us due to our local like appearance (we travel simple). Both at dinner (our only time there) and breakfasts (once) our request for unoccupied window seats were turned down "because they have been reserved", but noone claimed them during our entire meal which took longer than 2 hours due to their extremely slow kitchen. We are avid travellers and we will surely return to Bangkok, however, we will not be returning to this hotel where not all paying customers are treated with the same courtesy and respect.

Stayed at this hotel as I’ve seen many good reviews online and heard from friends about the it being new. The children facilities are awesome! We spent everyday at the games room and the indoor playground! The outdoor pool is nice for kids and they have 2 jacuzzis as well which is sheltered. Breakfast press is also very good but it gets abit boring after staying for 6Days. The location is not recommended if you prefer to walk around and there is no shelter to One Bangkok and with the traffic, it’s a hassle to get to Siam Parahon area. Would not recommend if you have no kids as it’s not linked to any BTS station. The hotel gets very busy on weekends.

It was a lovely hotel with great amenities although it’s worth knowing that it’s dry. There is a 7-11 in the foyer of the office block where you can buy wine/beer and if you are having an event they will serve alcohol (walk to it from the hotel lobby by going to the non-hotel lifts near the pond: took me all week to work that out). The onsen is great (there’s a female and male one) but instructions would have been appreciated! You can walk to the One Bangkok mall where there are lots of restaurants through the metro station Lumphini which is only about 200m along the main road. Rooms are very comfortable, great pool, gym and games rooms which are included (Onsen is extra). Breakfast is superb and the 50th floor restaurant is very reasonable.

Everything was amazing. Best hotel we had ever stayed in, and they left us a gorgeous swan towel display on the best to congratulate us on our engagement. Clean, modern but classic, new, comfortable, convenient, great food delivered to the room and on the 50th floor, I could go on! We had a massage at the spa, I am tender today but I know it will have done me the world of good! The 7eleven in the building was also a big bonus. Honestly can’t recommend the place enough.
