Was there only one night, so it served its purpose. Location was good. Only a luggage elevator.

Everything was great but it has poor facilities.

Room was small but workable especially as the roof garden was nice and we were hardly ever in the room. We got coffee pods but the coffee machine was never findable on our schedule, available at some other time? Luggage elevator saved our backs. Courtyard cool looking. Needs a little TLC but ok price in very expensive city.

Très bon séjour, accueil impeccable et situation idéale pour découvrir Séville à pied. L’hôtel a upgradé ma chambre, vraiment très sympathique de leur part ! Le petit plus : la terrasse sur le toit avec une petite vue sur la cathédrale Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel pour séjourner à Séville

Si sono presi cura di noi per 5 giorni. Meraviglioso lo staff, sempre disponibile. La terrazza per la colazione con vista Giralda è perfetta. Si possono comprare le capsule simili nespresso alla reception e poi da mangiare in un vicino supermercato 4 minuti a piedi. La terrazza poi è aperta fino a tarda sera. Stupendo. Letti comodi, qualche piccolo disagio dell'essere in pieno centro in palazzi antichi. Pareti sottili e scarichi un poco odorosi.. Però basta chiudere la porta del bagno.

Bem localizado - perto de restaurantes e locais turísticos. No entanto, é importante pontuar que o acesso é meio complicado, considerando o "traçado labiríntico" da cidade. Mas isso não é exclusividade do Callejón del Agua - todos os turistas precisam de Google Maps para se locomover pela cidade. Quarto claro, ventilado, com banheiro privativo e uma pequena sacada. Um pouco barulhento, mas nada que incomode. O terraço é charmoso e vale uma visita.

Ubicación ideal y servicio bueno. Pero reservé una habitación para tres personas ( una cama doble y una de una plaza) y nos dieron una doble y un incómodo catre que ubicaron en una habitación pequeñita. El servicio de café gratis en la azotea debe estar disponible más temprano en la mañana. Servicio y limpieza de primera.

Muy recomendable. Todo limpio y cuidado. Personal muy amable. Café gratis en la terraza superior con vistas a la Giralda. En pleno centro de Sevilla. Hay aparcamientos cerca pero estaban llenos y tuvimos que dar varias vueltas. Pero por lo general muy bien todo.

La chambre est propre, chauffée/climatisée, petite mais confortable, et refaite tous les jours, avec changement des serviettes si vous le souhaitez (laisser les serviettes au sol si elles doivent être changées). Les lits jumeaux avaient une couverture et un matelas de bonne qualité. Une grande terrasse avec vue panoramique est accessible pour les hôtes, avec fauteuils, chaises et table. Idéal pour lire en fin d'après-midi, avant de repartir en ville pour la soirée ! L'emplacement est réellement idéal, à 3min à pied de la cathédrale, et pourtant très calme. Nous recommandons vivement!!!

Everything was beautiful and neat in this hotel. The service was exceptional. The room was beautiful and clean, I would just recommend to add another mirror in the room, other than the mirror in the bathroom. the area around the hotel was very nice lots of restaurants, coffee shops and walking distance from the Seville Cathedral and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Muy bien ubicado, limpio, se disfruta el café en la terraza del cuarto piso, los recepcionistas - especialmente Belén - muy asertiva y siempre nos ayudó con el mapa. A la policía le pediría mayor vigilancia en las calles, ya que una mujer puso un mapa sobre mi mochila y me la abrió, robándome un estuche con cepillo y pasta de dientes, le tomé fotos a ella y su acompañante. Esto ocurrió al lado del monumento a Curro Romero y me amargó un día.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Seul bémol pour le lit d’appoint qui convient pour un enfant mais beaucoup trop mou pour un adulte, mais pour 2 nuits cela suffisait . L’emplacement est idéal, la propreté irréprochable et l’accueil adorable

Inaccurate listing if booking via Expedia, no breakfast included as advertised, only allows 2 in a room instead of 3 as advertised. Bad/nonexistent wifi and data signal as far as we know, perhaps it's better in other rooms also bathroom smells pretty bad.

I’m pretty upset overall about my stay at this hostal. Here’s the bad and I’ll follow with the good. The very first night I checked in, the room smelled Absolutely disgusting. I tried opening all the windows, fan in bathroom etc. Then I thought maybe the smell was coming from Outside so I closed everything. Nope! The smell was RAW sewage and was coming from the bathroom and was permeating the everything. I was coughing and gagging and getting a headache really quickly. When I realized the stench was from Inside the room, I asked the front desk what they could do. The reply was nothing because they were fully booked. I said “please go and smell This and see for yourself that I cannot sleep there.” The front desk did not go to check it or have anyone check it. They said they could change my room teg following day. Since it was nighttime and I didn’t have other options, I tried to sleep. Coughing all Night. Terrible night there. Once changed the next day, everything was great. Super helpful and friendly Front desk and a clean room. I got the runaround about the first night I stayed saying “we will do something for you, refund you but have to wait for the manager to check the room in a week.” Ok - I’ll wait for your response. Nothing. So I wrote back and the owner/manger offers a $13 refund on a $119 room. Completely ridiculous. I recommend this hostal only if you don’t stay in The “Aguas” Room and don’t expect them To take care of you if anything Is unsanitary

Liked that it was charming and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was very small and the bathroom had limited space for toiletries.

Cama cómoda, agua caliente y con presión, habitación insonorizada. No me gustó la habitación que nos tocó por ser muy pequeña, daba sensación de agobio y el cuarto de baño muy pequeño también

The room was beautiful and clean, I would just recommend to add another mirror in the room, other than the mirror in the bathroom. the area around the hotel was very nice lots of restaurants, coffee shops and walking distance from the Seville Cathedral and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Fantastic location, easy walk to resturants and cathedral and royal palace. Quiet area just a block away from the noise.

I liked staying in old Seville. The property is tricky to get to. Make sure you have data and use Google to give you walking directions or you'll be lost getting back.
