Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Finally a VRBO that over delivered . Pics don’t do the house justice. We were in town for my daughter’s UCSC graduation and this place was the perfect location to gather with family and spend a long weekend visiting.

We loved our stay at the Pot Belly house. It was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. We loved the State park right outside the back gate, and the multiple comfortable spaces for our teenagers and younger children and us to all enjoy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful, clean and comfortable home. The home is very nicely laid out with comfortable beds and nice bedroom furniture. Two separate living room areas with comfy seating and plenty of room to spread out. TV's all worked fine, and it was nice to have access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu on the main living room TV. Very nice, well-appointed kitchen with plenty of storage space for your food items. An added bonus is a great backyard with easy walking distance through New Brighton State Park campground to the beach. We are return customers who will continue to return as long as the property is available for rent!
