Hotel and Rooms are very dated and 1 of the elevators didn't work. Ice machines didn't work on most levels. An older couple asked if the area was safe? Twisted my ankle on the front steps which were uneven. Terrible experience

Elevator was out upon arrival. Desk clerk was so blase about it and never moved from her chair to figure out another option. Attitude was so blase! Another gent had to help with my bag up the steps. Do better.

Staff was great but the conditions of the location were not top notch. Location seemed very outdated; ice machines did not work had to move rooms due to broken ac/heat unit. TVs were not smart and carpets were not the cleanest.

Front desk and breakfast buffet staff were welcoming and very friendly. Aside from the usual chain restaurants, there were not a lot of family friendly dining options in the immediate area. We enjoyed using the fitness center, the pool area was not inviting though. Most disappointing was that we did not receive any housekeeping service on Saturday.

There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived. Had to wait about 10-15 minutes before anyone showed up. Once he did though, he was very friendly and courteous. Overall the hotel is clean and modern. Our room needed more attention from a vacuum. There were crumbs of some sort of food around the sofa area. Lots of breakfast options and looked like a nice clean outdoor pool. But it was raining the entire day so we didn’t use it.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The property is in need of an update. Upon entering the hotel it was dirty, and had an odor. Our room had a weird smell. The walls were scuffed and chipped and there were crumbs everywhere. The bathroom had a gassy odor and needed a good cleaning.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how dirty the floors were. I thought it was just the lobby area...nope! All of the halls and common areas needed a vacuuming badly. The room was okay and the bed was comfortable. The shower leaked all over the floor and the tiles were coming up because they had been wet so much. We told the front desk, and they said they know there's a problem but it's too expensive to fix. I'd probably stay somewhere else next time.

I have stayed there 5 times over the last 5 months. I have family nearby. The staff are very kind and courteous. The bed is made well and decor is decent. Each time, the floors are so dirty, both in the hallway and room. I could not figure this out. This last time there were crumbs on the bed tables, coffee stains on the coffee counter and excessive debris on the floor. The manager was great about it and sent housekeeping to fix it and moved us to another room. But it too was dirty int he same way, just not as bad. Housekeeping came to our second room too. I think the issue is they use BROOMS to clean the floor, not a vacuum, and most of it is carpet! I have never seen or heard one being used. The dirt is just getting pushed around. I feel bad for the staff, they are nice, but they do not know how to clean the rooms and they need vacuums!

The hotel itself was nice, I liked the rooms and it was updated, comfortable bed. Staff really nice. With so much going for it, I was disappointed in how dirty the floors and carpet were. I found someone’s hair in the bed, bathroom floor not clean and red fuzz in the sheets that I thought were bed bugs at first. The hallway carpets did not look like anyone had vacuumed them in a long time. I’d like to stay again but it has to be cleaner.

The property was dirty, from the downstairs lobby area to the carpets to the rooms. The facility deserves a deep cleaning. We did not have soap in the bathroom. Staff was the best part of the stay, they were kind and resourceful and pleasant

Very clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Staff was beyond helpful, courteous, and very friendly. Breakfast was served fresh and delicious. Air conditioning is stellar. Atmosphere is very inviting and our family was able to bring pizza and games to sit in the dining area to play quietly and socialize without any hesitancy from the staff. Highly recommend.

I booked this hotel specifically because the description said they had bathtubs but when I arrived I was told there were no bathtubs, only showers. My partner needs a bathtub for medical reasons. I was told because it was a non refundable reservation I would not get my money back.

Nice facility. Professional staff. However, facility does not meet ADA standards, as I understand them. The bathroom door was not wide enough for hubby’s wheelchair. Therefore, he could not shower during our stay. Most of his personal hygiene care was done in the hallway of the room. The commode was not ADA guidelines in height. The bed was too tall for a handicapped person—probably over 36” high. Had to buy a step stool to get mobility handicapped hubby in bed. HOWEVER, grab bars were adequate near commode “ in shower-if he could have stood in there long enough to shower. I wou be happy to be contacted if more details are needed!

Quick, friendly check in. Property is very clean. The only downside to this stay was that we were positioned on the top floor, room at the end of the hall, the shower was great but the water pressure in the sink was a dribble. And, for the first time ever the mattress seemed to be a little saggy. We also noticed that the rug had been swept but was needing some deep cleaning. There were some areas that looked like somebody had walked some sticky candy into the rug. However, we realize that not all patrons take care of a property when they stay.

We didn’t enjoy this stay because it was impossible to sleep due to that toilet bowl continuously flushing itself every 10minutes! It was late when we checked in and we just wanted a good night sleep but couldn’t due to that issue!

We stayed for two nights and overall it was great. The only two issues we have is we could hear everything outside our door in the hallway. The second is the water pressure in our shower was weak. I still would recommend this to everyone.

I loved the checkin process on Friday at 3:00. The guest agent as engaging, supportive and genuinely cared about my stay. Set the right tone. The room was clean and everything worked. The water pressure was very low and I was okay but my daughter had trouble getting the shampoo and conditioner out of her hair. The train passing 2 times at night was startling. Thanks

The front desk clerk, Andrena, was soooo warm and welcoming and she was most helpful with room arrangements. The room was pleasant, clean and the hotel area was quiet and well maintained. Definitely will consider this hotel on my next visit.

There were 2 tour buses and a high school bus at the hotel and it appeared that they were not ready for this volume of guests for breakfast. Saturday morning there were items available but you had to ask for items because the one worker could not keep up with the level of items needed. Sunday morning there was no milk or juice so we had to give up and grab breakfast elsewhere because we had a competition to get to. The beds were also squeaky and there was a loud train that passed by several times during the night.

An excellent choice for an overnight stay. Several choice restaurants were within a mile of the hotel, whether you liked fast food or a sit down at a restaurant. The room was very accommodating, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast had many choices from cold cereal to hot eggs bacon or sausage. Everything was well prepared and tasty. Will definitely stay there again.
