My short stay was amazing. The room and hotel are super clean. The bed was comfortable, and Mary Faye at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. She had a sweet anniversary gift and a note in the room waiting on us. They have a lot of food walking distance and even a free shuttle that will bring you and pick you up to surrounding areas within a mile. Amazing hotel.

Beautiful hotel and excellent service. Pool was chilly and hot tub was not hot enough but are was clean and sauna was nice. Shower pressure was low. Outside grounds were amazing and the hotel is very kid friendly. Restaurant brunch was pricey but food was good. Overall the experience was enjoyable.

Very stately and impressive from outside with great area in rear of building I would say geared towards kids and families. The shopping and restaurants you overlook is very inviting and fun! But, the drawn backs is the very cold temperatures while we where there due to construction under bar and restaurant. I mean freezing!! Lobby very small in fact the whole first floor is very chopped up not “Grand” at all the stairs you see in the pictures are down the hall very weird! Whatever! The most upsetting to us is ALL hidden fees!!! 29% wow!! The SPA considered world class as I was told was nothing more than average again 24%fee plus 5% service fee to the hotel and still a place for additional tip! Guests be aware. I won’t even talk about the restaurant!

This hotel is gorgeous! Went for a family get together weekend and we all had a great time. The indoor pool was not available but we didn't care, the outside pool was so nice! Very large and easy to get in and out of. The staff here is second to none! I highly recommend it and we will definitely stay there again!

The room on the park side hit the mark for us. We left the balcony door open just to listen to the fountains as we unwound from the day. Staff was friendly. It was nice the had both an indoor and outdoor pool. We enjoyed the service poolside for drinks and food.

It was ok. We arrived later than expected. Go to take a shower and the bathtub had a dirty rag left in the shower, I’m assuming from the previous guest. Not to my standards considering what I paid for the room. Also, it said my room included a mini fridge. Yep there was one to purchase things out of but where is the one to store my leftovers? We had dinner and my leftovers went to waste due to no fridge that stated would be there

Great stay! Last weekend 5/3/25….only issue was that we had some dirty bedding on one of the queen sized bed in our room. We called down to the front desk in the middle of the morning and they came right away to change everything. Great customer service. Really beautiful property. In walking distance to restaurants. Nice place and nice staff but exterior needs serious cleaning or power wash plus my window view was covered in cobwebs and dirt. It’s gotta be the first resort I’ve stayed at with no fridge- oh they have a mini bar fridge loaded with overpriced amenities but you can’t even stick a bottle of water in it to keep cold! And if you like a coffee first thing in your room you’ll need to throw on a robe and head to the lobby- complimentary yes, inconvenient absolutely. Only 1 restaurant onsite as well, good food though.

Other than Evan and the bellhops… The staff here is incredibly rude even though I have been coming here for over a decade. I spent over $30,000 in the last two years in the spa, etc., and they still are the most disrespectful individuals I’ve ever met. I will never stay here again. The spa staff. Awful and I was charged for a service I canceled. This is the ONLY bad review I’ve ever given on here. There was also a roach(I didn’t mention it since they seem to think the people including me staying here are looking for a discount) SO STUPID. No one dropping 2 plus grand in a night is looking for that!!

Also they don't have a small store to purchas sundries and lastly, their really isn't a Conceige... so no brochures or help. We found out the day we left that there was shuttle, which we would have utilized if we had known..

You will have a view of either the parking lot or the high rise apartment building being constructed behind the hotel. This is no oasis, it's really just a overpriced hotel. There isn't so much as a mini fridge in the room or coffee maker. There is a mini bar which is extra. The indoor pool is nice. The outdoor pool is ok but the chairs at that one are stained and filthy. The walking path wasn't much to speak of, as it didn't go very far. The grounds out back are nice but on the small side. The overhead canopies on the balconies could use a power wash to clean off the bugs and spider webs as it makes it a little uneasy to eat out there. The spa is the best thing about the place, quite nice. Probably won't be back.

Beautiful hotel. We had a room with the balcony that overlooked a beautiful small lake with a fountain. The beds were very comfortable. There is not a coffee maker, but there is room service. The TV was a smart TV, so if you want to hang out in your comfortable bed and watch Netflix, that is definitely an option.

Overall, my recent stay was pleasant with welcoming staff and a gorgeous park view from the balcony in my room. We loved our stay here. I surprised my boyfriend with a romantic getaway. He was very happy with our room and how they decorated the bed both nights with roses and rose petals (I asked for this amenity, I think it’s called a “Romantic Turndown”). The staff was so amazing to us. I loved the weekend here, I wasn’t ready to go and attempted to convince my boyfriend to stay another night but he told me no. He said we’ll definitely be back and we’ll stay longer. We didn’t participate in the events on the property or the restaurants. But everything we did was pretty close or 30 minutes drive time. I loved not having to drive so far for fun.

Amazingly good staff to go along with a first class facility. I was here for an operation for my wife and had to extend the stay. Though sold out they scrambled to leave us in our room to recuperate before travel. They even sent us incredible cookies . Food was also excellent. We have not had a better experience as a platinum executive anywhere.

Our day started off wonderful with Jeffrey welcoming us as valet and Willow as checking us in. We went to the pool and the service was horrible that took forever to get anything to eat or drink. Our rooms air conditioning didn’t work and it took them over an hour to move us. Beautiful hotel needs help and service.

Our room was immaculate! And the hotel itself had the perfect luxury European vibe with a subtle equestrian theme throughout. The lobby boasted an enormous Christmas tree and each hall had small touches of holiday decor. Room service was delicious and prompt. The breakfast was the best. We also got a couples massage at the Spa and it was wonderful! The spa facilities were excellent.

What an amazing stay-cation! Great staff, great service. We were treated so well and had an amazing stay-cation. Food is AMAZING! Enjoyed some drinks at the bar. The jacuzzi and pool were great to wind down. The room was so comfy and relaxing. Will 100% return!

The restaurant in the hotel was below average. I went there for lunch. My sandwich and sweet potato fries were overcooked (burnt). Staffing shortage myst be a problem because it took a ling time to get my burnt meal. The waitress deducted a couple of dollars, but i should not have been charged for that food.
